Tujuan dari pelaksanaan PPPUD 2019 ini adalah untuk memecahkan permasalahan dari mitra yaitumasih kurangnya kapasitas produksi, belum adanya pengelolaan manajemen keuangan, belum adanyamerek, serta belum adanya pemasaran yang maksimal terutama pada segmen pasar ekspor danpemasaran melalui media internet. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, maka tim PPPUD ini pada tahunpertama memberikan bahan dan alat untuk meningkatkan produksi gitar, pelatihan pembukuan online,pembuatan merek dagang yaitu Javaguitar, pembuatan alat promosi berupa kartu nama dan notapenjualan serta masuk pada market place yaitu Tokopedia dan Bukalapak. Pembuatan Facebook,Instagram serta adanya website. Hal ini semua diharapkan akan berdampak pada terciptanya kualitasproduk yang baik, pengelolaan keuangan/akutansi terkomputerisasi, branding yang kuat dan pemasaransecara global. Luaran wajib yang telah dihasilkan adalah publikasi media cetak, peningkatan produksi,peningkatan pemasaran,dan peningkatan nilai asset mitra.

Desa Mancasan, Baki Sukoharjo sebagai kawasan sentra industry gitar mulai menggeliat dengan melakukan re-branding dengan nama Java Guitar. Di masa Covid-19 tidak dipungkiri industri ini pun mengalami dampak secara produksi dan penjualan. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas strategi PPPUD di tahun kedua ini focus terhadap perbaikan produk , implementasi pemasaran dan renovasi showroom.Dari segi produksi dilakukan inovasi terhadap produk gitar yang dihasilkan. Melalui penambahan ornament dan peningkatan jenis bahan baku yang digunakan. Segi pemasaran melakukan re-branding dengan melakukan pameran secara online maupun offline. Pelaksana juga melakukan optimalisasi di sosial media melalui Instagram dan youtube. Pelaksana Bersama mitra juga mempersiapkan katalog, video company profile dan price list sebagai media promosi. Hasil implementasi strategi re-branding merek Java Guitar mulai dikenal di masyarakat dengan adanya peningkatan jumlah followers. Melalui pameran , merek Java Guitar pun diminati dengan meningkatnya jumlah pembelian. Selain mengikuti pameran, Java Guitar pun memperbaharui tampilan showroom agar menarik untuk dikunjungi oleh konsumen

Desa Tolok Tegalgede Kabupaten Karanganyar merupakan daerah pinggiran kota Karanganyar yang rawan terhadap Covid-19, Banyak masyarakat yang bekerja di pabrik atau industri juga banyak yang bertani, sehingga mudah sekali tertular virus ini. Hal ini juga masih banyak rumah pemukiman yang tidak menerapkan PHBS (Pola Hidup Bersih dan Sehat), maka kami menjadikan lokasi ini sebagai tempat untuk kegiatan Bhakti Sosial Pen yemprotan Desinfektan guna menanggulangi virus corona 19 ditempat ini. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui satu kegiatan yang terintegerasi yang meliputi penyemprotan desinfektan dan pengarahan/pembimbingan tentang bahaya corona dan penerapan PHBS. Adapun hasil kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan bhakti sosial tersebut sudah berjalan dengan baik dan lancar, masyarakat merasa aman, tentram dan nyaman

Absrtact : Organizing Security and Safety training in tourist destinations, participants can understand security and safety both national and international standards, plan the right form of security and safety management in tourism destinations in general by adjusting the situation and conditions in tourism destinations, evaluate the extent to which security and safety practices are implemented. safety in tourism destinations, encouraging the sustainability of the application in tourist destinations. The training method provided is theory and practice adapted to the hotel area. The results obtained from participants can master the security and safety system of tourist areas, CCTV systems, fire extinguishing systems, and guest room security systems for home stay and hotel managers.

The implementation of this community service is to foster Homestay managers in the tourist village of Kampung Purba Dayu, Karanganyar Regency in growing and developing homestays by providing knowledge and skills to all related people in order to create professional homestay human resources. This housekeeping development method is with theory and practice that is adapted to the conditions of the homestay that already exists in the homestay. The results obtained from the coaching participants are getting a job description and standard operating procedures as work guidelines, having skills in the field of housekeeping and being able to apply everything they get in carrying out homestay operations.

Kedung Lumbu Village, Kliwon Market at Surakarta Municipality is in the center of the heart of the city has many historical places and buildings, all of which have the potential to be developed into an integrated tourist destination. This study aims to determine the tourism potential that exists in Kedung Lumbu village and strategies that can be used for the management of Kedung Lumbu Village sabagai tourist attractions in Surakarta City. As for this study using natiralistic qualitative methods, the data used are the result of observations, documentation, literature studies and interviews. The data used is mostly the result of interviews with informants consisting of tourism managers (Pokdarwis), local governments, tourists, and also the surrounding community. The results of some of these interviews will be analyzed by SWOT to find out the tourism potential and strategies in its management The results in this study can identify existing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and also threats. These results can be analyzed with SWOT according to the situation and conditions in the tourist spot so that tourism potential and strategies can be obtained to take policies in the development of tourist destinations Kedung Lumbu Village, KLiwonMarket at Surakarta City. Concretely, the results of this study can be used in determining sustainable tourism, especially Kedung Lumbu Village and generally for other tourist attractions in Surakarta City.

The urgent need as a means of worship activities for community worshippers in RW 10 and the very many surrounding residents, encouraged the management of the Thoriqul Karim Tolok Tegalgede Karanganyar Mosque to carry out renovations to be able to accommodate all worshippers. Limited land and the size of the building demand for the construction of the mosque to be the 2nd floor. In this community service activity, it is carried out starting from the stages of preparation, implementation and the end of implementation. The purpose of this activity is to help the community in the process of building a mosque so that it becomes a safe and comfortable means of worship. The activities carried out are participating in planning, implementation and supervision during construction. The result of the activities that have been carried out today is the realization of the mosque in accordance with the expectations of the community.

Salah satu bentuk peninggalan historis yang berasal dari kasultanan Demak Bintoro ialah masjid Agung Demak. Dalam artikel ini memang bertujuan untuk menganalisis identifikasi nilai nilai historis pada masjid Agung Demak untuk wisata Heritage dan Ziarah di kabupaten Demak. Metode ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif, di mana data pengamatan dan literatur direduksi dan dianalisis untuk memaparkan artikel ini. Hasilnya, identifikasi nilai historis pada masjid Agung Demak terletak pada beberapa ornamen. Pertama, Pintu Bledheg, di mana ornamen ini yang berbentuk pintu tidak bisa dilepaskan dari cerita Ki Ageng Selo di zaman wali di dalam menangkal petir. Kedua, Mihrab yang berfungsi untuk tempat pengimaman yang ditandai dengan gambar bulus sebagai wujud prasasti “Condro Sengkolo”. Ketiga, peninggalan arkeologi yakni adanya Dampar Kencana yang merupakan singgasana raja yang digunakan untuk khotbah di masjid Agung Demak. Dampar Kencana ini merupakan warisan dari Majapahit di era Bhre Kertabumi yang diberikan kepada Raden Fattah, Sultan Demak I. Keempat, Soko Tatal / Soko Guru yang berjumlah 4 ini merupakan tiang utama penyangga kerangka atap masjid yang bersusun tiga. Kelima, Situs Kolam Wudlu . Situs ini dibangun mengiringi awal berdirinya Masjid Agung Demak sebagai tempat untuk berwudlu.

Abstract : The problem of waste has not been completely resolved to date, despite many efforts, especially in large cities like Solo. The Car Free Day (CFD) activity on Slamet Riyadi Solo, which takes place every Sunday, contributes to the waste problem in Solo. The implementation of this community service focuses on collecting waste in the CFD Solo area with the goal of raising awareness among the public about proper waste disposal, making them aware of the dangers of littering, and promoting personal and environmental cleanliness. The method of implementation involves providing guidance to CFD Solo users, collecting waste together according to its type, and disposing of it properly. The approach is to encourage community members to join together in taking responsibility for the cleanliness of the CFD Solo environment. The result of this implementation is the creation of a clean and healthy environment, ensuring that all CFD Solo users feel safe and comfortable. The implementation of this community service aims to provide technical guidance in managing Homestays in the field of housing arrangements in the tourist village of Girikerto, N,gawi Regency, East Java Province. Technical guidance is provided with the goal of fostering, developing, and advancing homestays by imparting knowledge and skills to managers and relevant institutions to create professional homestay human resources. The method of technical guidance involves theory and practice tailored to the conditions of homestays. The outcomes for participants in this technical guidance include obtaining a job description and standard operating procedures as work guidelines, acquiring skills in housing arrangements, and being able to apply all the knowledge gained in running homestay operations.
