Abstract

Di era saat ini, jam tangan merupakan salah satu gaya fashion yang digemari oleh masyarakat saat ini. Jam tangan adalah salah satu aksesoris yang digunakan untuk menunjukkan waktu yang dipantau oleh mesin. Dalam proses pembuatan sistem pendukung keputusan perlu adanya perubahan sistem yang lama menjadi sistem yang diperbaharui. Dalam proses pemilihan jam tangan terbaik di Toko Jul Jam masih menggunakan cara manual dimana pegawai toko mencatat kode jam dan data kriteria dalam buku laporan untuk menentukan jam mana yang terbaik. Hal ini dapat memperlambat proses pemilihan jam tangan terbaik sehingga Jul Jam Store membutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode MOORA dimana metode ini dapat menentukan hasil keputusan dari beberapa kriteria sehingga mudah dipahami dalam proses evaluasi yang bersifat subyektif sehingga menjadi kriteria pembobotan dengan bobot atribut dari suatu keputusan. Analisis data penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi pemilihan jam tangan terbaik. Kriteria dan bobot yang digunakan adalah harga, model, baterai, tipe strap, ketahanan. Dari 25 alternatif yang digunakan, diperoleh hasil penelitian alternatif A13 dengan hasil ranking tertinggi dengan nilai optimasi 0,0016. Penelitian ini menghasilkan keputusan menggunakan metode MOORA untuk menentukan jam tangan.

Abstract

Abstract: In this era, the rapid development of technology encourages people to use computer networks to take advantage of the services available on computer networks often called the Internet. A computer network is an interconnection between two or more computer devices that are connected. Currently, school institutions in this era need the use of computer networks. One of these schools is UPDTN SDN 015861 Bunut Seberang, where activities that require a network connection include the use of the Dapodik School Application, teachers' activities in seeking literacy, and many more needs for the use of computer networks. However, when using it, network connection problems often occur so that teachers and school operators cannot access the internet. One of the factors of this disruption is caused by the ISP (Internet Service Provider) experiencing problems. Therefore, to minimize this problem, it is necessary to implement Load Balance, where in its implementation an alternative ISP (Internet Service Provider) is provided if there is a problem with the Main ISP and the alternative ISP can work and remain connected. This Load balance implementation uses a Mikrotik Routerboard as management hardware. Meanwhile, infrastructure design uses the Cisco Package Trace application.Keywords: load balance; mikrotik routerboard; cisco packet trace Abstrak: Di Era masa ini, seiring pesatnya perkembangan teknologi mendorong masyarakat untuk menggunakan jaringan komputer guna memanfaatkan layanan-layanan yang ada dalam jaringan komputer atau sering disebut internet. Jaringan komputer adalah interkoneksi antar dua device komputer atau lebih yang saling terbubung satu dengan yang lain. Saat ini instansi Sekolah diera ini sangat membutuhkan pemanfaatan jaringan komputer ini. Salah satu diantara Sekolah-Sekolah tersebut adalah UPDTN SDN 015861 Bunut Seberang, dimana dalam kegiatan-kegiatan yang membutuhkan koneksi jaringan diantaranya dalam penggunaan Aplikasi Dapodik Sekolah, kegiatan guru-guru dalam mencarai literasi dan masih banyak lagi kebutuhan akan pemanfaatan jaringan Komputer. Namun dalam penggunaannya sering terjadi gangguan koneksi jaringan sehingga para Bapak/Ibu guru serta operator Sekolah tidak dapat mengakses internet, salah satu faktor gangguan ini diakibatkan oleh ISP (Internet Service Provider) yang mengalami gangguan. Oleh karenanya guna meminimalisir masalah tersebut dibutuhkan penerapan Load Balance dimana dalam implementasinya disediakan sebuah alternaif ISP (Internet Service Provider) bila terjadi ganguan pada ISP Utama dan ISP alternatif dapat berkerja dan tetap terhubung, penerapan Load balance ini menggunakan Mikrotik Routerboard sebagai hardware manajemennya. Sedangkan perancangan infrastruktur menggukanan Aplikasi Cisko Paket Trace.Kata kunci: load balance; mikrotik routerboard; cisco paket trace

Abstract

Abstract: In today's modern era where the progress is very significant, there have been many developments in information and communication technology that can assist the agency in solving problems related to the problems contained in the agency. In course education services at LKP, the SRH Training Center has provided several classes based on majors in the field of computer education, each of which will be chosen by course students. Most cases that often occur in LKP are course students have difficulty learning, because the majors they are interested in are not in accordance with their abilities. Therefore the LKP provides services in the selection of majors with a web-based decision support system application. Thus, students can find out the interests of majors according to their abilities by using the account of each prospective student. Keywords: Decision Support System; Profile Matching; Determination Of Interest In Majors Based On Students Abilities.  Abstrak: Di masa modern saat ini yang kemajuannya sangat signifikan, telah banyak berkembang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang dapat membantu Instansi dalam memecahkan masalah yang terkait dengan persoalan yang terdapat pada Instansi tersebut. Pada pelayanan pendidikan kursus di LKP SRH Training Center telah menyediakan beberapa kelas berdasarkan jurusan dibidang pendidikan komputer yang nantinya setiap  jurusannya akan dipilih oleh murid kursus. Kebanyakan kasus yang sering terjadi di LKP yaitu Murid kursus kesulitan ketika belajar, karena jurusan yang diminatinya tidak sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Maka dari itu pihak LKP memberikan pelayanan pada pemilihan jurusan dengan aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web. Dengan demikian para murid dapat mengetahui minat jurusan yang sesuai kemampuannya dengan menggunakan akun masing-masing calon murid. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; Profile Matching; Penentuan Minat Jurusan Berdasarkan Kemampuan Murid.

Abstract

In the era of covid 19, learning activities are only done using the internet that forces teachers and students to communicate with each other through applications. Whatsapp application is very familiar among children, adults and even parents because the whatsapp application is very easy to understand in its optimization and also very lightly used on android phones. It is very important to provide information for android users today, WhatsApp is one of the chat applications that are quite popular. Although there are many chat apps such as telegram, massenger and others, but WhatsApp is indeed a chat application that is easy to use and has a variety of interesting features. In making an online exam using whatsapp is not using the features in whatsapp but we use a third-party application that is whatsapp auto which is connected to the whatsapp application that we often use to chat daily both in groups and private. To obtain an effective online exam creation process, teachers must download the whatsapp auto application.

Abstract

Excellent service is a service provided by the government to meet the needs of the community according to applicable regulations. Low quality of service can reduce public trust in the government. This study aims to build a web-based decision support system to assess the performance of the best sub-district offices objectively and transparently. The system development uses a waterfall model, which consists of stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The analysis is carried out by collecting system requirements and determining seven assessment criteria: facilities and infrastructure, accountability, administration, performance, innovation and creativity, information systems, and preservation of customs and culture. At the design stage, use case diagrams and flowcharts are created, while implementation is carried out by building a web-based system that applies the SAW method. Testing is carried out using the black-box method to ensure the system runs well without errors. The results of our findings are in the form of a decision support system that identifies Kisaran Timur District as the district with the best performance, with a score of 0.896. The test results prove that the system functions optimally, transparently, and accurately. With this system, objectivity and transparency in assessing the performance of sub-district offices can be increased. In addition, this system helps the government in identifying superior sub-district offices and those that need improvement in order to improve the quality of public services.

Abstract

The uncertainty of the status of certain time work agreement (PKWT) workers, the appointment of which is still done manually, takes a long time, thus causing certainty problems among workers at CV. Pelita Berjaya Bersama. This study aims to design a decision support system for the appointment of non-permanent workers to permanent workers using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. This research chose a structured and linear waterfall development model, ensuring each stage of development is completed sequentially with complete documentation. The system was developed by going through the stages of requirements gathering, architecture design (database, interface, AHP, and SAW algorithms), design realization (PHP code writing and MySQL database development), and testing using a black box to ensure the system functions properly. The result of our findings is a decision support system that can help companies in making decisions objectively and simplify the appointment process. The system produces output data in the form of ranking results from each alternative so that it is easy to understand. The use of AHP and SAW algorithms in the system is expected to increase accuracy in the selection process. The results of system testing using black box are declared successful starting from the login to logout process. With this system, the company can appoint PKWT workers to become permanent workers.

Abstract

Abstract: The current development of information technology has had an impact on all fields, including the health sector. Many activities that were previously carried out conventionally or manually can now be carried out with the help of technology. Computers that were previously only used to process data now provide many services, applications, and programs that can help facilitate human activities. One of them is the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method, which is a support system method that has been widely used to provide accurate and efficient results. This study aims to build a decision support system for choosing healthy toddlers and elderly at the Petatal Health Center, Talawi District, Asahan Regency. So far, the process of selecting healthy toddlers and elderly is done conventionally, without the help of applications or computer programs. So the time needed is longer and the results are also less objective. The calculation process uses the MAUT method with an alternative of 13 toddlers and 15 elderly. The criteria used are body weight, nutritional status, potassium content, protein content, and carbohydrate content. Assessment weight 1-5. The results are 3 Toddlers with the highest total score Laila (17) Putri Sundar (14.25) and Tiara with a score of 12.25. The three people with the highest scores for healthy elderly are Rini Dewi with a score of 17, Joni with a score of 14.25, and Bejo Asmo with a value of 12.25.            Keywords: decision support system; MAUT; multi atribute utility theory; SPK Abstrak: Perkembangan Teknologi informasi saat ini telah berdampak pada semua bidang, termasuk bidang kesehatan. Banyak kegiatan yang awalnya dilakukan secara konvensional atau manual kini dapat dilakukan dengan bantuan teknologi. Komputer yang tadinya hanya digunakan untuk mengolah data kini menyediakan banyak layanan, aplikasi dan program yang dapat membantu mempermudah kegiatan manusia. Salah satunya adalah metode Multi Atribute Utility Theory (MAUT) yang merupakan salah satu metode sistem pendukung yang telah banyak digunakan untuk memberikan hasil yang akurat dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan Balita dan Lansia Sehat di Puskesmas Petatal Kecamatan Talawi Kabupaten Asahan, selama ini proses pemilihan balita dan lansia sehat dilakukan secara  konvensional, tanpa menggunakan bantuan aplikasi atau program computer. Sehingga waktu yang dibutuhkan lebih lama serta hasilnya juga kurang objektif. Proses perhitungan menggunakan Metode MAUT dengan alternative 13 Balita dan 15 lansia .Kriteria yang digunakan Berat Badan, Status Gizi, Kandungan Kalium, Kandungan protein dan kandungan karbohidrat. Bobot penilaian 1-5. Hasil adalah 3 Balita dengan total nilai tertinggi Laila (17) Putri Sundar (14,25) dan Tiara dengan nilai 12,25. Tiga orang dengan nilai tertinggi untuk Lansia sehat adalah Rini dewi dengan nilai 17, Joni dengan nilai 14,25 dan Bejo Asmo dengan nilai 12,25. Kata kunci: multi atribute utility theory; MAUT; sistem pendukung keputusan; SPK
