Abstract

Abstract: Ms Glow Putri Shop is a business that operates in the beauty sector, selling beauty products, namely skincare and bodycare, which are useful for maintaining healthy body and facial skin. However, Ms Glow Putri currently often experiences problems, namely tight competition and inventory management that is less effective in terms of sales numbers. Every month reaching ±1300 products, Ms Glow Putri also often experiences shortages and build-ups in skincare and bodycare stocks. This can reduce customer confidence so that Ms Giow Putri often experiences losses in the form of finance and other things, so this method is needed to predict some skincare and other stock supplies. bodycare provided in the following month. This method uses the Weighted Moving Average and Single Exponentiation Smoothing methods to predict supplies of skincare and bodycare stocks. The results of research on Ms GIow daughter using the Weight Moving Average Method with a weight of 5 with a MAPE of 1.08% and the SingIe Exponentiation Smooting Method with an Alpha of 0.1, namely 0.84%, then the comparison between the two methods can be stated that the SES method is the best method good, because it has the lowest error.      Keywords: forecasting; ms glow putri; ses and wma Abstrak: Toko Ms Glow Putri adalah usaha yang bergerak di bidang kecantikan, menjual produk kecantikan yaitu skincare dan bodycare berguna untuk menjaga agar kesehatan kulit tubuh dan wajah tetap terjaga. Namun Ms Glow Putri saat ini sering kali mengalami permasalahan yaitu persaingan yang ketat dan manajemen persediaan yang kurang efektif dengan jumlah penjualanan. Setiap bulan mencapai ±1300 produk maka Ms Glow Putri juga sering mengalami kekurangan dan penumpukan pada stok skincare dan bodycare ini dapat mengurangi kepercayaan pelanggan sehingga Ms Glow Putri sering mengalami kerugian berupa finance dan lainnya maka perlu metode ini untuk memprediksi beberapa persediaan stok skincare dan bodycare yang disediakan pada priode di buIan berikutnya. Metode ini menggunakan metode Weighted Moving Averege dan Single Exponential Smoothing untuk memprediksi persediaan pada stok skincare maupun bodycare. HasiI penelitian pada Ms GIow Putri dengan mengggunakan Metode Weight Moving Averege dengan bobot 5 dengan MAPE 1,08% dan Metode Single Exponential Smooting dengan Alpha 0,1 yaitu 0,84% maka perbandingan antara dua metode tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa metode SES adaIah metode paling baik karena memiliki error terendah. Kata kunci: ms glow putri; peramalan; ses dan wma

Abstract

Abstract: The success of a government agency can be seen from the services provided by the agency itself. Therefore, government agencies must provide optimal services according to the needs of the community so that it is easy to carry out administration. Tanjungbalai City Office of the Ministry of Religion in conducting community satisfaction survey activities distributes questionnaires using google form and processes questionnaire data using number processing applications. So that there is no decision support system to accelerate knowing the level of community satisfaction with the services that have been provided. purpose of this study was to determine the level of public satisfaction with Hajj and Umrah Organizer section at the Tanjungbalai City Ministry of Religion Office. In this study the method used is the servqual method with 5 dimensions. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire given to 30 respondents who had received services from the Hajj and Umrah Organizer section. Based on the results of the study, it is known that 75% people feel very satisfied, 18.75% people feel satisfied, and 16.15% people feel dissatisfied. The results also show that there is one dimension that has a negative value, namely the dimension of physical evidence regarding waiting chairs.             Keywords: Satisfaction; Servqual; Deccission Support.  Abstrak: Keberhasilan suatu instansi pemerintah dapat dilihat dari pelayanan yang diberikan oleh instansi itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, instansi pemerintah harus memberikan pelayanan optimal sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat agar mudah melakukan administrasi. Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Tanjungbalai dalam kegiatan survei kepuasan masyarakat melakukan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan google form dan mengolah data kuesioner menggunakan aplikasi pengolah angka. Sehingga belum ada sistem pendukung keputusan untuk mempercepat mengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan yang telah diberikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap seksi Penyelenggara Haji dan Umrah di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Tanjungbalai. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode servqual dengan 5 dimensi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 30 responden yang pernah mendapat pelayanan dari bagian Penyelenggara Haji dan Umroh. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui 75% masyarakat merasa sangat puas, 18,75% masyarakat merasa puas, dan 16,15% masyarakat merasa tidak puas. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat satu dimensi yang bernilai negatif yaitu dimensi bukti fisik mengenai kursi tunggu.   Kata kunci: Kepuasan; Servqual; Sistem Pendukung Keputusan.

Abstract

Abstract: In today's modern era where the progress is very significant, there have been many developments in information and communication technology that can assist the agency in solving problems related to the problems contained in the agency. In course education services at LKP, the SRH Training Center has provided several classes based on majors in the field of computer education, each of which will be chosen by course students. Most cases that often occur in LKP are course students have difficulty learning, because the majors they are interested in are not in accordance with their abilities. Therefore the LKP provides services in the selection of majors with a web-based decision support system application. Thus, students can find out the interests of majors according to their abilities by using the account of each prospective student. Keywords: Decision Support System; Profile Matching; Determination Of Interest In Majors Based On Students Abilities.  Abstrak: Di masa modern saat ini yang kemajuannya sangat signifikan, telah banyak berkembang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang dapat membantu Instansi dalam memecahkan masalah yang terkait dengan persoalan yang terdapat pada Instansi tersebut. Pada pelayanan pendidikan kursus di LKP SRH Training Center telah menyediakan beberapa kelas berdasarkan jurusan dibidang pendidikan komputer yang nantinya setiap  jurusannya akan dipilih oleh murid kursus. Kebanyakan kasus yang sering terjadi di LKP yaitu Murid kursus kesulitan ketika belajar, karena jurusan yang diminatinya tidak sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Maka dari itu pihak LKP memberikan pelayanan pada pemilihan jurusan dengan aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web. Dengan demikian para murid dapat mengetahui minat jurusan yang sesuai kemampuannya dengan menggunakan akun masing-masing calon murid. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; Profile Matching; Penentuan Minat Jurusan Berdasarkan Kemampuan Murid.

Abstract

Abstract: Student satisfaction with teacher performance plays a crucial role in improving the quality of education. Teacher performance evaluation is necessary to understand how well teaching meets student expectations. This study evaluates student satisfaction with teacher performance at MAS Alwashliyah Petatal using the COmplex PRoportional ASsessment (COPRAS) method, which effectively handles multi-criteria comparisons objectively. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by 66 out of 209 students (31.58% response rate), assessing 16 teachers based on four competency aspects: pedagogical, personality, social, and professional, with 12 sub-criteria. Despite the low participation rate, the data remained representative based on response distribution analysis. The results indicate that the COPRAS method accurately ranks teacher performance, with teacher Lia Novia, S.Pd achieving the highest satisfaction score (100%). These findings can be integrated into school policies, such as annual teacher evaluations and teacher development programs. The implementation of this evaluation system can also serve as a basis for designing teacher training that better aligns with student needs. Thus, the COPRAS method not only helps schools assess teacher performance more objectively but also supports more effective decision-making to enhance teaching quality and overall student satisfaction.            Keywords: COPRAS; evaluation; decision support system, student satisfaction; teacher performance Abstrak: Kepuasan siswa terhadap kinerja guru berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Evaluasi kinerja guru diperlukan untuk memahami sejauh mana pengajaran memenuhi harapan siswa. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan siswa terhadap kinerja guru di MAS Alwashliyah Petatal menggunakan metode COmplex PRoportional ASsessment (COPRAS), yang mampu menangani perbandingan multi-kriteria secara objektif. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh 66 dari 209 siswa (tingkat respons 31,58%), menilai 16 guru berdasarkan empat aspek kompetensi, yaitu pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional, dengan 12 sub-kriteria. Meskipun partisipasi rendah, data tetap representatif berdasarkan analisis distribusi jawaban. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode COPRAS memberikan pemeringkatan kinerja guru secara akurat, di mana guru Lia Novia, S.Pd memperoleh nilai kepuasan tertinggi (100%). Hasil ini dapat diintegrasikan dalam kebijakan sekolah, seperti evaluasi tahunan guru dan program pengembangan tenaga pendidik. Implementasi sistem evaluasi ini juga dapat digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan pelatihan guru yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Dengan demikian, metode COPRAS tidak hanya membantu sekolah dalam menilai kinerja guru secara lebih objektif tetapi juga mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat untuk meningkatkan mutu pengajaran dan kepuasan siswa.Kata kunci: COPRAS; evaluasi; kepuasan siswa; kinerja guru; sistem pendukung keputusan

Abstract

The manufacturing industry is experiencing rapid growth, compelling companies to adopt integrated and technology-driven approaches in managing production and supply chain operations. In the springbed manufacturing sector, where demand is consistently high from household, hospitality, and institutional markets, maintaining efficient supply chain management is essential for sustaining competitiveness and meeting fluctuating market needs. However, many enterprises in this sector still rely on manual processes for inventory tracking, stock reporting, and procurement, which often lead to inefficient resource utilization, increased susceptibility to human error, delays in raw material replenishment, and a decline in customer satisfaction due to unfulfilled orders. This study addresses these challenges by implementing and evaluating a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system as a strategic solution to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and real-time operational control in inventory and distribution processes. Using a qualitative research approach, data were collected through direct observation, structured interviews with key stakeholders, and comprehensive documentation reviews over the course of one year. The system was developed using PHP for backend functionality and MySQL for database management, with the design structured through Unified Modeling Language (UML) to align with specific business workflows and operational requirements. The resulting SCM system integrates supplier order tracking, raw material inventory monitoring, production scheduling, and customer order management into a centralized platform. By automating tasks that were previously manual, the system reduces discrepancies in stock reporting, enhances the traceability of raw materials and finished products, and supports timely decision-making. Additionally, it enables remote access to real-time data, providing improved operational visibility and managerial control. System testing, conducted through iterative validation and performance assessments, demonstrated measurable improvements in data accuracy, inventory turnover speed, and customer order fulfillment rates. The findings suggest that the adoption of a tailored, web-based SCM system can significantly improve operational efficiency for small-scale manufacturing enterprises. Moreover, the study emphasizes the role of digital transformation in strengthening business resilience and adaptability, particularly in mitigating the impact of supply chain disruptions. This research not only offers practical solutions for optimizing supply chain workflows but also serves as a reference framework for similar industries aiming to modernize their inventory and supply chain systems through integrated information technology solutions.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve the growth of Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) plants through environmental monitoring and control using a pH sensor, LM35 temperature sensor, and air humidity sensor within a hydroponic planting system. The methodology involves designing an automatic monitoring system based on a microcontroller integrated with the three sensors. The pH sensor monitors the acidity level of the nutrient solution, the LM35 measures ambient temperature, and the humidity sensor records the relative air humidity around the plants. Data were collected periodically and analyzed in relation to plant growth parameters such as height, number of leaves, and leaf color over a 30-day cultivation period. The results show that the sensor-based monitoring system successfully maintained environmental parameters within optimal ranges, positively impacting Pakcoy plant growth, with an average height increase of 18% compared to a system without automatic control. The study concludes that the integrated use of pH, LM35, and humidity sensors in a hydroponic system significantly enhances cultivation efficiency and plant growth quality.            Keywords: Hydroponics; Pakcoy; pH Sensor; LM35; Air Humidity; Microcontroller;  Abstrak: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) melalui pengawasan dan pengendalian lingkungan tumbuh berbasis sensor pH, sensor suhu LM35, dan sensor kelembaban udara dalam sistem penanaman hidroponik. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi perancangan sistem monitoring otomatis berbasis mikrokontroler yang terintegrasi dengan ketiga sensor tersebut. Sensor pH digunakan untuk memantau keasaman larutan nutrisi, LM35 untuk mengukur suhu lingkungan, dan sensor kelembaban udara untuk mencatat kadar kelembaban relatif di sekitar tanaman. Data dikumpulkan secara berkala dan dianalisis terhadap parameter pertumbuhan tanaman seperti tinggi, jumlah daun, dan warna daun selama masa tanam 30 hari. Hasil Pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa sistem monitoring berbasis sensor mampu menjaga parameter lingkungan dalam batas optimal, yang berdampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman Pakcoy, dengan peningkatan rata-rata tinggi tanaman sebesar 18% dibandingkan sistem tanpa kontrol otomatis. Simpulan dari Pengabdian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan sensor pH, LM35, dan kelembaban udara secara terintegrasi dalam sistem hidroponik mampu meningkatkan efisiensi budidaya dan kualitas pertumbuhan tanaman secara signifikan. Kata kunci: Hidroponik; Pakcoy; Sensor pH; LM35; Kelembaban Udara;        Mikrokontroler;
