Abstract

Company is a monetary service, thus it must win emulation which progressively more competitive. Bank Rakyat Indonesia cannot only rely on product development of eye service, but it must also force relation with all service users or clients who judge the make-up of the quality of service and product which on the market. This research aims to study and analyze the influences of The Quality of Service on the Costumer Satisfaction of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Cabang Ponorogo. The Quality of Service in this research uses three of the that is consist of: reliability, responsiveness and assurances have relationship with Costumer Satisfaction. If costumer feel satisfied, that make customer high probability to buys a service. In this research, Multiple regreression of technical analysis is applied. To test the impact, F test is applied and to test the partial influence, t test is applied at significant level 0,05. The number of samples used for this analysis are 266 consumers that comprise at Tabungan of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Cabang Ponorogo. The result of the research indicates that partially only reliability dimension which does not has an effect on the satisfaction of the client. Abstract

A positive attitude in an individual can be formed if he has good psychological well-being. A good form of psychological well-being can organize oneself according to predetermined goals. The unemployed have very low psychological well-being so that many psychological problems. Many studies have linked religiosity with psychological well-being, with the result that there is a positive correlation between religiosity and psychological well-being. This study aims to analyze the influence of religiosity and psychological well-being defined by intolerance of uncertainty. This research subjects were 220 persons unemployed; they were 74 men and 146 women. The data of this research was collected by using some instruments, such as Orientation Scale-Revised (ROS-R), Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale (IUS-12), and Psychology Well Being Scale (PWBS). The data analysis of this research used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result of this research indicated that there was correlation between religiosity and psychological well-being (β = 0,707, p = 0,000), despite the correlation is getting weak when it is mediated by intolerance of uncertainty (β = -0,045, p = 0,046). This study proves that religiosity can directly affect the psychological well-being of individuals. This is evidenced by high religiosity, which has a positive and significant correlation to high psychological well-being. However, moderated by high yield uncertainty intolerance can weaken the relationship between religiosity on the psychological well-being of individuals.

Abstract

This study examines the crucial role of Strategic Human Resource Management (HRM) as a key to future business sustainability. In a business landscape that continues to experience disruption, this study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with a literature review method. The results show that Strategic HRM plays a fundamental role in creating sustainable competitive advantage. Strategic HRM transforms human resources into unique, non-imitable strategic assets and becomes a key source of innovation. In addition, this approach builds mutually beneficial relationships with employees, which encourages loyalty and high productivity. Finally, Strategic HRM ensures that every HR practice, from recruitment to compensation, is aligned with the company's overall vision and strategy.
