Abstract

KWT Azalea Farm menghadapi tantangan dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan visibilitas usahanya di era digital. Dengan semakin banyak konsumen yang mencari informasi secara online, pembuatan website menjadi langkah strategis untuk menarik perhatian pelanggan dan membangun kredibilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pengalaman KWT Azalea Farm terkait digitalisasi dan penggunaan website, serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap pemasaran dan jaringan usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pimpinan KWT Azalea Farm. Daftar pertanyaan yang telah disiapkan sebelumnya dirancang untuk menggali pandangan dan pengalaman pimpinan mengenai proses pembuatan website, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta hasil yang diperoleh setelah peluncuran website. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website telah meningkatkan visibilitas Azalea Farm secara signifikan, menarik pengunjung dari luar kota dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Pembaruan rutin informasi mengenai produk dan kegiatan telah meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan. Selain itu, umpan balik dari pengunjung membantu dalam pengembangan konten dan strategi pemasaran. Meskipun ada tantangan dalam penguasaan keterampilan teknis untuk mengoperasikan website, pelatihan yang dilakukan telah membantu pengelola Azalea Farm untuk lebih percaya diri dalam menggunakan teknologi baru. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan website sebagai alat pemasaran digital dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi UMKM seperti KWT Azalea Farm. Dengan strategi pengelolaan yang baik, termasuk pelatihan berkelanjutan dan pembaruan konten yang rutin, Azalea Farm dapat meningkatkan kredibilitas, membangun komunitas, dan mencapai tujuan bisnis yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini juga menyarankan perlunya integrasi antara website dan saluran pemasaran digital lainnya untuk memaksimalkan hasil. KWT Azalea Farm faces challenges in expanding its market reach and increasing its business visibility in the digital era. With more and more consumers searching for information online, creating a website has become a strategic step to attract customers and build credibility. This study aims to explore KWT Azalea Farm's experience regarding digitalization and website use, and to evaluate its impact on marketing and business networks. The method used in this study was an in-depth interview with the leaders of KWT Azalea Farm. A list of questions that had been prepared in advance was designed to explore the views and experiences of the leaders regarding the website creation process, the challenges faced, and the results obtained after the website was launched. The results of the study showed that the website has significantly increased Azalea Farm's visibility, attracted visitors from outside the city and expanded its market reach. Regular updates of information about products and activities have increased customer engagement. In addition, feedback from visitors helps in the development of content and marketing strategies. Although there are challenges in mastering the technical skills to operate the website, the training provided has helped members to be more confident in using new technologies. The implications of this study indicate that the use of websites as a digital marketing tool can have a positive impact on MSMEs such as KWT Azalea Farm. With a good management strategy, including ongoing training and regular content updates, KWT can increase credibility, build community, and achieve broader business goals. The study also suggests the need for integration between the website and other digital marketing channels to maximize results

Abstract

Analyzing the role and impact of fintech in improving financial literacy and supporting MSME business activities in Boyolali City is the purpose of this study. A mixed method approach was used in this study, namely combining quantitative data through surveys of MSME actors and qualitative data through in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders. The results of the study indicate that the application of financial technology (fintech) significantly increases MSME actors' access and understanding of financial products and services. In addition, fintech functions to simplify business processes, improve operational efficiency, and expand market coverage. Thus, this study emphasizes the importance of supporting fintech adoption as a strategy to improve financial literacy and the sustainability of MSME businesses in Boyolali. Recommendations are given to policy makers and fintech service providers to develop more integrated programs to empower MSMEs sustainably

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of OODA Loop analysis in the resilience strategy of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the use of social media, with the TOE Framework (Technology, Organization, and Environment) approach. With increasing competition in the digital era, MSMEs need to adopt adaptive and responsive strategies to survive and thrive. This study uses a qualitative method with interviews and surveys of a number of MSMEs that are active on social media. Data analysis uses 2 (two) methods, namely OODA Loops and TOE Framework. The results of the study show that the application of OODA Loop analysis helps MSMEs in observing market conditions, orienting strategies, making the right decisions, and acting efficiently. Social media functions as a vital tool in the process of observation and interaction with customers, allowing MSMEs to respond quickly to consumer needs and preferences. The TOE Framework approach highlights the importance of technological, organizational, and environmental factors in facilitating the implementation of OODA Loop, where technological support and innovative organizational culture are the keys to success. The results of the study show that this approach can significantly improve the responsiveness and adaptability of MSMEs in a dynamic market and create a comprehensive framework to improve the resilience and competitiveness of MSMEs. The advice given is for MSMEs to continue to develop digital capacity and adapt to environmental changes to achieve sustainability and competitive advantage in the market.

Abstract

KWT Azalea Farm has the potential or assets that can be used as a place for edu-agrotourism. However, there are still many weaknesses or deficiencies that must be fixed in order to become a mini edu-agrotourism that is worth visiting. The purpose of this activity is to improve the economy of the surrounding community through more competitive edu-agrotourism management so that it is expected that there will be an increase in income and the creation of food security. The method chosen to solve the problem is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach as well as counseling, training and mentoring. The results of the activity are an increase in the understanding and knowledge of partners related to managing edu-agrotourism, managing websites and the ability to process animal waste into fertilizer. The conclusion of this activity is that partners receive benefits from the activities that have been carried out, and begin to improve to make KWT Azalea Farm a mini edu-agrotourism that is worth visiting. Product marketing begins to utilize website media by managing the website more seriously. Sheep waste has been processed into fertilizer using a flouring machine and has been successfully sold, increasing income. The hope for the future is that the potential that KWT Azalea Farm currently has can be maintained and managed well so that it can continue to provide benefits to the surrounding community.

Abstract

The Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes) Yayasan Pendidikan Islam (YPI) Syahda is located in Dk. Randu RT 08 RW 02 Ds. Temon, Kec. Simo, Kab. Boyolali, currently has 102 students, but 21 students live in the boarding school. The educational model of the partner Islamic boarding school is traditional in the form of sorogan and bandongan methods, and students receive useful soft skills support such as information technology education with graphic design materials. However, the output of the current soft skills products has not provided a significant income generating impact for students. The purpose of implementing the activity is to improve soft skills and hard skills in the field of Entrepreneurship for the development of an entrepreneurial spirit, increase production capacity in implementing an integrated agricultural system that is integrated to maximize agricultural, livestock and fishery products and expand marketing through e-commerce-based digital marketing. The method of implementing activities with structured, systematic and well-planned work procedures through 5 stages of implementing community service. The results of this activity are that students have an entrepreneurial spirit so that they will be able to process the potential owned by the boarding school by implementing an integrated agricultural system whose agricultural products can be marketed through online marketing.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of implementing Tawazun Agency Cost on the management of Financial Risk and its impact on the Financial Performance of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. Tawazun Agency Cost is a concept that emphasizes balancing agency costs with prudence and fairness in decision-making between managers and the owners of Islamic boarding schools. Using a quantitative approach, this research employed questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents from Islamic boarding schools registered with the Ministry of Religious Affairs during the 2019–2024 period. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression and classical assumption tests to ensure the validity of the results. The findings indicate that the application of Tawazun Agency Cost significantly contributes to reducing Financial Risk, which indirectly improves the Financial Performance of Islamic boarding schools. In addition, financial risk was also found to have a negative effect on financial performance, highlighting the importance of effective risk management. This study provides important implications for the management of Islamic boarding schools in optimizing agency costs and risk management to achieve optimal financial performance. The results of this research are expected to serve as a reference for academics and practitioners in developing more effective financial management strategies based on the principles of balance and fairness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of organizational support, person-job fit, and person-organization fit, both separately and in combination, on organizational commitment at Boyolali University's academic and administrative personnel. Saturated sampling was used to get the data from a questionnaire, with 58 individuals in the overall sample size. This study used a case study technique in conjunction with quantitative research methodology. Using SPSS 25, the instrument data and hypothesis testing were carried out. The findings showed that, with a sig. value of 0.116>0.05 and a t-value of 1.599<t-table of 1.672, the variable (X1) Person-Job Fit had no significant impact on the variable (Y) Organizational Commitment. However, with a sig. value of 0.001<0.05 and a t-value of 3.409>t-table of 1.672, the variable (X2) Person-Organization Fit had a positive and significant effect on the variable (Y) Organizational Commitment. Additionally, with a sig. value of 0.127 > 0.05 and a t-value of 1.549 < t-table of 1.672, the variable (X3) Organizational Support had no discernible impact on the variable (Y) Organizational Commitment. With a sig. value of 0.000<0.05, the F-test showed that Organizational Support, Person-Job Fit, and Person-Organization Fit all together had a significant influence on Organizational Commitment. An adjusted R2 value of 0.750 was found in the determination test, indicating that 75% of the variance in the dependent variable can be explained by the independent factors, with the remaining 25% being impacted by other independent variables.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan bagian integral dari peran perguruan tinggi dalam memajukan masyarakat. Progam ini mendokumentasikan sebuah program pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan semangat kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas Boyolali selama bulan Ramadhan. Dalam program ini, serangkaian kegiatan telah dirancang untuk memanfaatkan momen bulan Ramadhan sebagai peluang untuk mengembangkan semangat kewirausahaan. Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut mencakup pelatihan kewirausahaan, pameran produk mahasiswa, serta pembuatan rencana bisnis untuk usaha kecil dan menengah. Melalui partisipasi aktif dalam program ini, mahasiswa telah mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang aspek-aspek kewirausahaan dan meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam merencanakan, mengelola, dan mempromosikan bisnis mereka. Evaluasi program menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah memberikan dampak positif pada semangat kewirausahaan mahasiswa, dengan meningkatnya minat mereka untuk mengembangkan ide bisnis dan memulai usaha mereka sendiri. Kesimpulannya, program pengabdian masyarakat selama bulan Ramadhan dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk membangkitkan semangat kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa, serta memperkuat keterlibatan perguruan tinggi dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

The science in the world is moving very fast, and technological support is an important factor in the development of this increasingly fast-paced business world. There is something very promising when technology becomes a very reliable tool, as a substitute for the use of muscle-based or human labors. One of the technologies that greatly support the performance of business organizations is the use of digital technology in human resource governance. of these digital technologies, it is still focused on the use of artificial intelligence technology for integrative HR management. This research is a literature review of several articles related to machine learning. The review was conducted from some of the recent research efforts that utilize machine learning. Furthermore, this review is derived from multiple literacies and includes an attempt at problem solving efforts that are divided into section areas from the perspective of each AI category. AI can change the way the human resource management domain functions in an organization. It is making changes in all aspects of human resource management starting from human resource planning. Enormous data is available in human resource information systems (HRIS) available in organizations.
