Abstract

Decision making process by decision maker in hard situation, limited time as well as uncertainty condition, is needed especially on agroindustry. The papers assessed an implementation of multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) method on agroindustrial decision making process. Several techniques in MCDM method has used by decision makers such as AHP, ANP, Vikor, TOPSIS, VIKOR, SAW, ELECTRE, PROMOTEE, MAUT, and MPE. The objectives of this research were to conduct literature review on an implementation of the techniques in MCDM on agroindustrial sectors and to determine a critically research topic to future works. The literature reviews were undertaken by 87 papers, technical report and handbooks which were related to the topic. Majority articles were downloaded through several scientific webs such as: DOAJ, Crossreef, Researchgate, Academia.edu, EBSCO, Google Scholar, Garuda-Ristek and Science Direct. The clusteritation based on logical framework, generic model and implementation to agroindustrial. At the end was discussed critical judgment on MCDM, particulary AHP and ANP. Abstract

Motor induksi adalah mesin listrik yang mengubah energi listrik menjadi energi mekanik. Motor induksi tiga phase tipe sangkar bajing banyak digunakan karena konstruksi yang sederhana dan perawatan yang mudah. Kendala operasi motor induksi ini adalah arus pengasutannya mencapai lima sampai tujuh kali arus nominal, sehingga diperlukan suatu metode pengasutan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Metode soft starting pada penelitian ini memberikan tegangan input ke motor secara bertahap. Pemberian tegangan input diatur menggunakan triac yang ditrigger dengan mikrokontroler Atmega328. Rangkaian Soft starting digunakan pada saat pengasutan, dan motor terhubung secara langsung ke sumber tenaga ketika running. Penelitian ini menghasilkan modul soft starting untuk kapasitas motor 1 kW. Arus pengasutan dalam kondisi tanpa beban didapatkan 2.19 A, dan kondisi berbeban 5.80 A. Arus pengasutan tersebut masih lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan arus pengasutan secara langsung yaitu 6.59 A dalam kondisi tanpa beban, dan 8.61 A pada kondisi berbeban. Kata Kunci : Motor Induksi Tiga Phase, Soft Starting, Triac, Mikrokontrroller ATMega328 ABSTRACT Induction motors is an electrical machines that convert electrical energy into mechanical energy. Three phase squirrel cage induction motor a widely used because it has a simple construction, and easy maintenance. Operating it’s problem is a starting currents that are five to seven times the nominal current. Therefore, we need a method to overcome this it.Soft starting method in this research is provides an input voltage to the motor gradually. Giving the input voltage is set using a triac triggered by the microcontroller ATmega328. Soft starting circuit is used at starting time, and the motor connected directly to the power source while it’s running.The result of this research is soft starting module for 1kW motor capacity. Starting current in the no-load condition is 2.19 A, and 5.80 A on the load condition. Starting current is still smaller than the direct starting current is 6.59 A in the no-load condition, and 8.61 A on the load condition. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kelayakan usaha Rumah Makan Bakso Gibrass dengan fokus pada aspek teknis dan operasional. Melalui metode survei lapangan dan wawancara, penelitian menyoroti faktor-faktor kunci seperti lokasi, peralatan, manajemen operasional, dan pemahaman pasar yang memengaruhi keberhasilan bisnis. Hasilnya menunjukkan pentingnya lokasi strategis, peralatan berkualitas, dan manajemen operasional efisien dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan profitabilitas. Rekomendasi disusun untuk pemilik usaha, termasuk strategi pemasaran yang tepat dan pengawasan biaya operasional. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pengusaha kuliner dalam industri makanan dan minuman.
