Abstract

The Information and Communication Technology course is a general course that is uniformly applied in study programs under the Publishing Department at Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif. Among them is the Broadcasting study program and Advertising study program which also provide this courses with similar material, namely transmedia storytelling. Transmedia storytelling refers to the concept of cross-media collaboration with specific goals. The communication resulting from this collaboration is in line with the concept of transmedia storytelling which requires the use of various media to achieve its goals. Thus, the focus of this research is to analyse the concept of transmedia storytelling which is used as an implementation of collaboration across study programs within departments with similar knowledge clusters. By using content analysis method, collaboration is identified in the object of work by students of the two study programs in 2022. The aim of this research is to identify the success of the transmedia storytelling concept as a supporting material for cross-study program collaboration. Researchers analysed using three stages of transmedia storytelling, namely Canon, Apocrypha, and Fanon, so that they could identify the final work based on the level of its development. The results of this study are expected to be an offer in designing collaborative final student projects.

Abstract

Dalam upaya membangun ekonomi yang berkelanjutan, peran kebijakan moneter memiliki signifikansi yang tidak bisa diabaikan, terutama dalam konteks ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana kebijakan moneter memengaruhi pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan dengan tinjauan ekonomi syariah. Melalui pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, dengan menganalisis sumber-sumber jurnal, literatur ilmiah, dan referensi terkait, studi ini mengeksplorasi berbagai pandangan dan temuan dari para ahli ekonomi dan praktisi. Hasil analisis menawarkan pemahaman mendalam tentang berbagai instrumen kebijakan moneter yang dapat merangsang pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan, serta implikasinya terhadap stabilitas harga, investasi, dan pertumbuhan jangka panjang, dengan mempertimbangkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah. Dengan demikian, kesimpulannya, kebijakan moneter yang disesuaikan dengan prinsip ekonomi syariah dapat menjadi salah satu pendorong utama dalam mencapai pembangunan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan, dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek vital seperti pemerataan pendapatan, pelestarian lingkungan, dan kesejahteraan sosial.

Abstract

Pembangunan masyarakat tani pada hakekatnya merupakan suatu proses perubahan menuju kehidupan yang lebih baik, sehingga pada saatnya setiap masyarakat dapat berprestasi dan merupakan palaku pembangunan untuk menunjang pembangunan nasional. Tugas ini merupakan tanggung jawab seluruh lapisan masyarakat baik itu pemerintah maupun swasta, termasuk juga tanggung jawab perguruan tinggi beserta civitas akademikanya. Oleh karena itu perguruan tinggi harus menunjang pembangunan wilayah pada khususnya. Pembangunan jangka panjang khususnya dibidang pertanian diupayakan untuk terus dapat ditingkatkan yang sekaligus untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani melalui peningkatan kesempatan kerja dan berusaha. Upaya meningkatkan usaha masyarakat perlu perhatian yang besar khususnya pada kelompok lapisan masyarakat bawah yaitu petani dipedesaan. Pemberdayaan usaha masyarakat tani khususnya tergolong belum intensif, seringkali para pelakunya menghadapi kendala yang berkaitan dengan asset, permodalan, pemasaran, keterbatasan saprodi dan lainnya. Permasalahan yang timbul sering terlambat diantisipasi oleh para petani ini. Beberapa permasalahan yang merupakan sumber dari sebab terjadinya usaha tani sulit berkembang, karena kurang pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan usaha, keterbatasan modal dan sarana produksi, pemasaran serta kerjasama antar petani yang masih lemah. Dengan gambaran tersebut, maka kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organic berbasis alam ini mendapat respon positif dari para peserta. Keseriusan tim pendamping dan para peserta dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ini merupakan modal utama (sebagai faktor pendorong) untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan komplek khususnya keterbatas sarana produksi yang para petani hadapi dalam beraktifitas.

Abstract

The lack of attention from various groups to the risks of food-related issues, such as food poisoning and cancer caused by harmful food additives, particularly affects the health of elementary school-aged children. The purpose of this community service program was to increase children's knowledge and understanding through education about the dangers of food coloring in snacks at UPT SPF SDN KIP Bara-Baraya II, Makassar City. The method of implementation included lectures in the form of educational sessions, demonstrations, pre- and post-tests, and the distribution of leaflets, aimed at assessing the participants' level of knowledge. The results of the community service program showed an improvement in participants' knowledge, with 26 participants (75%) categorized as having good knowledge, 5 participants (14%) in the moderate knowledge category, and 4 participants (11%) in the poor knowledge category. The community service activity concluded that out of 35 participants, there was a significant change in their level of knowledge after receiving education on the dangers of food coloring in snacks and its effects on children's health. It is recommended that students become more selective when choosing foods to consume, particularly avoiding those containing harmful coloring substances.

Abstract

To evaluate the immune response of a rabbit model to polysaccharide capsules of Streptococcus pneumoniae after primary and booster immunization with pneumococcal conjugate vaccine. Rabbits were immunized with 0.25 ml of the 13-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV13) on Day 0, 7, and 14. Blood of rabbits was collected to measure the specific antibodies against the native polysaccharide capsules of S. pneumoniae serotypes 6B (Anti-Pn6BPS antibodies) and 19F (Anti-19FPS antibodies) using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The specific anti-Pn6BPS and anti-Pn19FPS antibodies in the immunized group increased significantly compared to the control rabbit after immunization (P<0.05). The highest titer of anti-Pn6BPS and anti-Pn19FPS antibodies were obtained on Day 21 and Day 28, respectively. The third immunization on Day 21 is a fairly high increase in specific antibodies against polysaccharide type 6B and type 19F. The highest antibody titers against polysaccharide capsules of S. pneumoniae were obtained after booster immunization.

Abstract

ABSTRACK This research aims to analyze the application of business ethics in the operations of the Mang Jay Chicken Bubur MSME. This research uses interview and observation methods to collect data regarding the business ethics practices implemented. The research results show that Bubur Ayam Mang Jay applies the principles of business ethics such as honesty, integrity, fairness, responsibility and transparency in every aspect of its operations. The application of business ethics has a positive impact on business reputation and performance, increasing customer loyalty and employee productivity. Based on these findings, it is recommended that other MSMEs adopt similar practices and conduct ongoing training on business ethics for employees. Future research is recommended to conduct comparative studies in various sectors and combine qualitative and quantitative approaches to gain a more comprehensive understanding.
