Abstract

This PKM aims to overcome the problems faced by MSMEs in the UKI environment (canteen) when students are on holiday by focusing on education on managing MSME business finances. When students are on holiday, cafeterias face reduced revenues, inventory surpluses, financial risks, and growth constraints. Therefore, through PKM, we try to overcome this problem through an educational approach. The education carried out is education regarding financial management, simple bookkeeping, digital payment solutions, and online platform activation. From the results of discussions held during the activity, it was found that the majority of participants had not activated online sales using certain platforms, had not separated personal and business finances, had not kept bookkeeping for their business activities, and were still hesitant to use Qris as an alternative payment from buyers. After counseling, participants stated that they wanted to do good bookkeeping, wanted to make sales online, and wanted to use Qris. Continuous assistance is needed so that participants can increase their canteen income through online sales so that when students are on holiday there is no decrease in income, and assistance is needed so that participants can keep their business bookkeeping well so they can know whether their business is profitable and efficient. As well as the need for monitoring the use of Qris from the bank where participants open Qris so that any problems related to Qris can be resolved immediately. Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and service quality among 168 employees working in Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) establishments in East Bekasi, Indonesia. The research employs linear regression analysis to examine the extent to which OCB influences service quality within the context of BPRs. The sample was drawn from various BPRs in East Bekasi, utilizing structured surveys to collect data on employees' OCB and perceived service quality. The findings reveal a significant and positive relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and service quality. Specifically, employees who exhibit higher levels of OCB tend to contribute positively to the quality of services provided by BPRs. These results underscore the importance of fostering a culture of OCB within BPRs to enhance service quality and meet customer expectations effectively. The implications of this study extend to BPR managers and policymakers, highlighting the importance of promoting and incentivizing OCB among employees as a strategy for improving service quality and maintaining competitiveness in the financial services sector. Further research is recommended to explore additional factors that may influence the relationship between OCB and service quality and to validate the findings in different organizational contexts and geographical locations.

Abstract

This Community Service Program was carried out by the lecturers of the Applied Finance Study Program, Faculty of Vocational Studies, Universitas Kristen Indonesia at SMKS Jakarta Timur I. The purpose was to describe students’ entrepreneurial interest while also providing entrepreneurship education. The method involved distributing questionnaires to 34 students and conducting an interactive seminar consisting of lectures, discussions, and a question-and-answer session. The survey results showed that all respondents were interested in entrepreneurship, but most had not yet established their own businesses. Twenty respondents had tried running a business but stopped, while eight had never started one. The main obstacles were fear of failure, limited capital, and a lack of entrepreneurial knowledge. In addition, the majority of students considered that the entrepreneurship lessons provided by the school were still inadequate. Through seminars and discussions, students gained new insights into the importance of business planning, the courage to take risks, and the use of digital technology. This PKM concludes that although students’ entrepreneurial interest is high, practical education, mentoring, and access to capital are essential to better prepare them for realizing their future businesses. Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Vocational High School Students, Entrepreneurial Interest.
