Abstract

The purpose of Community Service at the Association of Indonesian Methodist Women (PWMI) of the Jordan River Indonesian Methodist Church which consists of housewives is to provide counseling to the housewives about managing business finances. The approach method used is to provide counseling and education about the introduction of side businesses with small capital, Consumer Behavior in the New Normal Era, Break-Even Point Analysis, and How to Manage Business Profits. The results and implications of this Community Service (PkM) activity are the housewives who are members of PWMI can recognize various types of potential side businesses that can be carried out by housewives with small capital and whose mobility is limited. Knowing what challenges will be faced by business owners to survive while changing consumer/community behavior in meeting their needs during the new normal; gain knowledge in business analysis, break-even points and gain knowledge on how to manage business profits/profits so that operating profits can be used for business development. Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the effect organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior towards service quality at Universitas Kristen Indonesia. The research method used was a quantitative method wiht using path analysed design. In collecting the data, 71 employees were chosen from 243 employees randomly to be the sample of this research. The data of the this research were obtained by distrubuting questiinnaires and analyzed them using path analysis. The result shows that there exists a positive direct effect of (1) organizational commitment towards service quality, (2) organizational citizenship behavior towards service quality, and (3) organizational commitment towards organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, as the conclussion to this research, to improve the service quality of the employee at Universitas Kristen Indonesia, the organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior should be improved.

Abstract

Many people are familiar with banking institutions but not all are able to access banks and utilize banking products and understand the risks they face. Through Community Service activities in Cawang Village, East Jakarta, financial education is conducted to improve public financial literacy in Cawang Village, East Jakarta on financial services, financial services products, and how to get access to financial institutions especially banks, including providing knowledge on how to apply for credit to banks, as well as knowledge about the role of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS). The method used is financial education and to see the results of the impact on the material presented, an evaluation is carried out in the form of pre-test and post-test for participants present in the Kelurahan. The results of the PkM show that the literacy of PkM participants in Cawang Village in East Jakarta is quite good, because they already know OJK. LPS and banks and have transacted at banks. After financial education, 61.30% of participants experienced an increase in literacy. Literacy improvement is also determined by levels of education, age and gender. PkM participants can be said to have knowledge and confidence about financial service institutions and financial products and services, including features, benefits and risks, rights and obligations related to financial products and services Keywords: financial education; financial literacy; banking

Abstract

ABSTRAK Setiap perusahaan dituntut untuk memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan berkarakter. Ketersediaan sumber daya manusia yang memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan yang mempunyai kemampuan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan serta yang berkarakter, maka diperlukan suatu metode pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Salah satu cara atau metode pengembangan sumber daya manusia adalah melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) dalam upaya pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Dalam mendiskripsikan analisis manajemen dan pelatihan, penulis menggunakan pendekatan sistem dimana dijabarkan terlebih dahulu mengenai konsep manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan, kemudian bagaimana proses manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan itu sendiri. Pendekatan yang kedua adalah pendekatan sumber masukan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dominan dalam manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan. Terdapat paling sedikit tujuh faktor yang dominan, yaitu: 1) Penyelenggara Diklat; 2) Instruktur/Pelatih; 3) Peserta; 4) Perencanaan Kebutuhan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan; 5) Kurikulum; 6) Sarana dan Prasarana; 7) Pembiayaan. Kata kunci: Manajemen, Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Sumber daya manusia ABSTRACT Every company is required to have qualified human resources and character. The availability of human resources that meet the needs of companies that have the ability, knowledge and skills as well as the character, it is necessary a method of human resource development. One way or method of human resource development is through education and training. The purpose of this paper is to know the factors that influence the management of education and training (Diklat) in the effort of human resource development. In describing the analysis of management and training, the authors use a system approach where described first about the concept of management education and training, then how the process of management education and training itself. The second approach is the input source approach to analyze the dominant factors in education and training management. There are at least seven dominant factors, namely: 1) Training Providers; 2) Instructor / Trainer; 3) Training Participants; 4) Education and Training Needs Planning; 5) Curriculum; 6) Facilities and Infrastructure; 7) Financing Education and training. Abstract

This community service activity (PPM) aims to increase the understanding of the Methodist Indonesia Sungai Yordan Church congregation in managing business finances/side businesses to develop well and manage family finances to achieve specific funding targets in the future. To protect and increase the wealth owned; to manage cash flow (incoming and spending money); to carry out risk management and manage risks appropriately, and to manage accounts payable correctly and adequately. The method used is by conducting counseling and distributing online questionnaires to determine financial conditions during the pandemic. Based on the questionnaire results, most of the church members who attended stated that they could overcome financial difficulties during the pandemic with the income they received every month. The chosen investment method is savings and gold to be quickly withdrawn/sold during a pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan budaya sekolah dan motivasi dengan kinerja guru TK - SMP di Yayasan Wanita Kereta Api, dengan variabel bebas Budaya Sekolah (X1), motivasi (X2) dan variabel terikat kinerja guru (Y). Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK - SMP di Yayasan Wanita Kereta Api Jakarta selama bulan Januari – Maret 2015. Metode penelitiannya adalah penelitian korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengukuran skala likert 1-5. Teknik analisis menggunakan korelasi sederhana, korelasi ganda dan regresi ganda pada taraf signifikansi alpha 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan positif antara budaya sekolah (X1) dengan kinerja guru yang dapat dilihat dari koefisien korelasi 0,380 dan (Y) persamaan regresi linear Y = 45.244 + 0,595 X1 koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,380 dan koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,145; (2) terdapat hubungan positif Motivasi Kerja Guru (X2) dengan Kinerja Guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,887 dan persmaan regresi linier Y =13.937 + 1.079 X2 dan koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,787; dan (3) terdapat hubungan positif Budaya Sekolah (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja Guru (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan Kinerja Guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi 0,888, dan persamaan regrsi linier Y = 9.958 + 0,065x1 + 1.059x2 serta koefisien determinasi (R square) 0,788.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan minat menabung pada pelajar SMK di kelurahan Cawang Jakarta Timur, yaitu SMK 10 dan SMK 64 Jakarta. Diharapkan rajin menabung dengan tertib menjadi perilaku baru di era new normal. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah melalui literasi dan inklusi keuangan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan edukasi tentang bagaimana meningkatkan minat menabung, tentang menabung dijamin oleh Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS) dan mensosialisasikan tentang tabungan Simpanan Pelajar. Penyuluhan yang diberikan harus dibarengi dengan pengenalan produk tabungan, dalam hal ini Simpanan Pelajar, agar Pelajar yang ingin menabung langsung mendapatkan produk yang tepat untuk menyalurkan minat menabungnya. Setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan ini dapat diketahui bahwa sebagian besar pelajar telah memahami manfaat menabung termasuk menabung untuk dana darurat namun belum menabung dengan tertib, baik di rumah, di sekolah maupun di bank. Perlu literasi dan inklusi yang berkelanjutan agar minat menabung dapat menjadi perilaku baru di era new normal. Abstract

ABSTRAK Guru sebagai tenaga pendidik disekolah diharapkan memiliki kompetensi sesuai dengan Undang-undang No. 14 Tahun 2005 Tentang Guru dan Dosen Pasal 10 pasal 1 mengungkapkan guru harus memiliki kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi profesional. Pengabdian  kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan disalah satu sekolah penggerak angkatan pertama di kabupaten Karawang yaitu SMAN 6, PKM dalam bentuk pelatihan tersebut dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan yang dilakukan selama 2 hari pada tanggal 13-15 Juli 2022. Pelaksanaan pelatihan guru dimulai dari kebutuhan kepala sekolah SMAN 6 Karawang yang menceritakan terdapat kebingungan tenaga pendidik disekolah tersebut terhadap pengoptimalan tehnologi digital dalam kegiatan pembelajaran disekolah secara khusus terhadap penerapan kurikulum merdeka yang telah diadopsi sekolah sejak 2021. Kegiatan PKM yang dilakukan di SMAN 6 Karawang sangat membantu guru memasuki tahun ajaran baru, pengembangan kemampuan guru merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan sekolah terhadap kebutuhan tenaga pendidik disekolah tersebut. Kata Kunci: Stres, Kompetensi Guru, Sekolah Penggerak ABSTRACT Teachers as educators in schools are expected to have competence in accordance with Law no. 14 of 2005 Tebtang Teachers and Lecturers Article 10 article 1 states that teachers must have pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence. The implementation of teacher training started from the needs of the principal. the school of SMAN 6 Karawang which told that there was confusion among the educators at the school regarding optimizing digital technology in learning activities at school in particular to the application of the independent curriculum that the school had adopted since 2021. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic and the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions that occurred in Indonesia resulted in an economic slowdown. Then the problem that is present in the banking sector is the difficulty of debtors in fulfilling their credit obligations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in the performance of the National Sharia BPR before the covid 19 pandemic and during the covid 19 pandemic for the period June 2018 - September 2021. In this study, performance was measured by the asset return ratio (ROA), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), ratio of non-performing loans (NPF), operating expenses to operating income (BOPO), and the ratio of loans to deposits (FDR). The research is included in quantitative research with a comparative type. The data used is secondary data in the form of the financial statements of the National Sharia BPR obtained from www.ojk.co.id. Data analysis in this study used paired sample t-test analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that only CAR and NPF had significant differences before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. While ROA, BOPO, and FDR had no significant differences. before and during the covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji langkah-langkah yang telah dilakukan bank untuk melakukan restrukturisasi dalam rangka menjaga stabilitas kredit macet (NPL)  dan memungkinkan masyarakat untuk kembali ke pembayaran pinjaman normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data  dari buku, majalah dan situs informasi lainnya, serta menyusun dan menganalisisnya. Dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal, kredit macet tidak hanya berdampak buruk pada debitur, tetapi juga berdampak pada kreditur dan pemberi pinjaman, bahkan dapat mempengaruhi perekonomian suatu negara. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kredit macet atau macet adalah kondisi ekonomi, kebijakan pemerintah, kemauan dan kredit pelanggan, dan keadaan darurat pemerintah. Untuk mengatasi kredit macet tersebut perlu dilakukan penyesuaian posisi keuangan perusahaan dengan melakukan restrukturisasi (penjadwalan ulang) hutang, restrukturisasi dan penyesuaian kembali  pinjaman nasabah agar kredit macet dapat diatasi. Pembayaran dengan menutup pinjaman dan atau  membayar kredit tepat waktu.
