Abstract

Many people are familiar with banking institutions but not all are able to access banks and utilize banking products and understand the risks they face. Through Community Service activities in Cawang Village, East Jakarta, financial education is conducted to improve public financial literacy in Cawang Village, East Jakarta on financial services, financial services products, and how to get access to financial institutions especially banks, including providing knowledge on how to apply for credit to banks, as well as knowledge about the role of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS). The method used is financial education and to see the results of the impact on the material presented, an evaluation is carried out in the form of pre-test and post-test for participants present in the Kelurahan. The results of the PkM show that the literacy of PkM participants in Cawang Village in East Jakarta is quite good, because they already know OJK. LPS and banks and have transacted at banks. After financial education, 61.30% of participants experienced an increase in literacy. Literacy improvement is also determined by levels of education, age and gender. PkM participants can be said to have knowledge and confidence about financial service institutions and financial products and services, including features, benefits and risks, rights and obligations related to financial products and services Keywords: financial education; financial literacy; banking

Abstract

The purpose of Community Service at the Association of Indonesian Methodist Women (PWMI) of the Jordan River Indonesian Methodist Church which consists of housewives is to provide counseling to the housewives about managing business finances. The approach method used is to provide counseling and education about the introduction of side businesses with small capital, Consumer Behavior in the New Normal Era, Break-Even Point Analysis, and How to Manage Business Profits. The results and implications of this Community Service (PkM) activity are the housewives who are members of PWMI can recognize various types of potential side businesses that can be carried out by housewives with small capital and whose mobility is limited. Knowing what challenges will be faced by business owners to survive while changing consumer/community behavior in meeting their needs during the new normal; gain knowledge in business analysis, break-even points and gain knowledge on how to manage business profits/profits so that operating profits can be used for business development. Abstract

This community service activity (PPM) aims to increase the understanding of the Methodist Indonesia Sungai Yordan Church congregation in managing business finances/side businesses to develop well and manage family finances to achieve specific funding targets in the future. To protect and increase the wealth owned; to manage cash flow (incoming and spending money); to carry out risk management and manage risks appropriately, and to manage accounts payable correctly and adequately. The method used is by conducting counseling and distributing online questionnaires to determine financial conditions during the pandemic. Based on the questionnaire results, most of the church members who attended stated that they could overcome financial difficulties during the pandemic with the income they received every month. The chosen investment method is savings and gold to be quickly withdrawn/sold during a pandemic.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan minat menabung pada pelajar SMK di kelurahan Cawang Jakarta Timur, yaitu SMK 10 dan SMK 64 Jakarta. Diharapkan rajin menabung dengan tertib menjadi perilaku baru di era new normal. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah melalui literasi dan inklusi keuangan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan edukasi tentang bagaimana meningkatkan minat menabung, tentang menabung dijamin oleh Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS) dan mensosialisasikan tentang tabungan Simpanan Pelajar. Penyuluhan yang diberikan harus dibarengi dengan pengenalan produk tabungan, dalam hal ini Simpanan Pelajar, agar Pelajar yang ingin menabung langsung mendapatkan produk yang tepat untuk menyalurkan minat menabungnya. Setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan ini dapat diketahui bahwa sebagian besar pelajar telah memahami manfaat menabung termasuk menabung untuk dana darurat namun belum menabung dengan tertib, baik di rumah, di sekolah maupun di bank. Perlu literasi dan inklusi yang berkelanjutan agar minat menabung dapat menjadi perilaku baru di era new normal. Abstract

Until now, the condition of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia is still ongoing, this has caused the performance of BPRs to be disrupted. This study aims to analyze whether there are differences in the performance of BPR before the COVID-19 pandemic and during the COVID-19 pandemic at BPR during the period June 2018 to September 2021. BPR's performance is measured by six financial ratios, consisting of the ratio of return to return on assets (ROA), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), non-performing loan ratio (NPL), operating expenses to operating income (BOPO), loan to savings ratio (LDR), and Cash Ratio (CR). This research method uses a quantitative approach with a comparative nature. This type of data collection uses secondary data in the form of BPR financial reports sourced from www.ojk.co.id. The data analysis method used a paid sample-test analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study found that (1) there were differences in ROA before the COVID-19 pandemic and during the COVID-19 pandemic. (2) There were differences in CAR before the COVID-19 pandemic and during the COVID-19 pandemic. (3) There was a difference in BOPO before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. (4) There was no difference in NPL before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. (5) There was no difference in LDR before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, and (6) there is no difference in the Cash Ratio (CR) before and during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the board of directors, firm size, managerial ownership, and audit of KAP (Public Accounting Firm) audit on the financial performance of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat(BPR). This type of research is associative research. In this study, the population of rural banks located in the Bekasi area was used. The data obtained is based on financial reports that have been published on the website of the Financial Services Authority (www.ojk.go.id) for the period 2018-2021. The data obtained from the results of the study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis models using the Eview 10 software program. The results showed that the KAP audit variable had a significant influence on the return on assets of rural banks in the Bekasi area. This is because the resulting p-value is smaller than 0.05. Then the firm size variable significantly affects non-performing loans with a negative relationship direction. The KAP audit variable was also proven to have a significant effect on non-performing loans with a similar direction, namely negative. Both are able to affect non-performing loans because the p-value obtained is smaller than 0.05. Simultaneously also found the effect of the board of directors, company size, managerial ownership, and KAP audits on the return on assets or non-performing loans of BPRs in the Bekasi area for the 2018-2021 period.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic and the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions that occurred in Indonesia resulted in an economic slowdown. Then the problem that is present in the banking sector is the difficulty of debtors in fulfilling their credit obligations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in the performance of the National Sharia BPR before the covid 19 pandemic and during the covid 19 pandemic for the period June 2018 - September 2021. In this study, performance was measured by the asset return ratio (ROA), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), ratio of non-performing loans (NPF), operating expenses to operating income (BOPO), and the ratio of loans to deposits (FDR). The research is included in quantitative research with a comparative type. The data used is secondary data in the form of the financial statements of the National Sharia BPR obtained from www.ojk.co.id. Data analysis in this study used paired sample t-test analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that only CAR and NPF had significant differences before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. While ROA, BOPO, and FDR had no significant differences. before and during the covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji langkah-langkah yang telah dilakukan bank untuk melakukan restrukturisasi dalam rangka menjaga stabilitas kredit macet (NPL)  dan memungkinkan masyarakat untuk kembali ke pembayaran pinjaman normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data  dari buku, majalah dan situs informasi lainnya, serta menyusun dan menganalisisnya. Dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal, kredit macet tidak hanya berdampak buruk pada debitur, tetapi juga berdampak pada kreditur dan pemberi pinjaman, bahkan dapat mempengaruhi perekonomian suatu negara. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kredit macet atau macet adalah kondisi ekonomi, kebijakan pemerintah, kemauan dan kredit pelanggan, dan keadaan darurat pemerintah. Untuk mengatasi kredit macet tersebut perlu dilakukan penyesuaian posisi keuangan perusahaan dengan melakukan restrukturisasi (penjadwalan ulang) hutang, restrukturisasi dan penyesuaian kembali  pinjaman nasabah agar kredit macet dapat diatasi. Pembayaran dengan menutup pinjaman dan atau  membayar kredit tepat waktu.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada UMKM di wilayah Cawang mengenai akuntansi, pajak, pemasaran dan kredit bank. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini, UMKM di wilayah ini dapat mengurus NPWP, mengetahui bagaimana menghitung pajak pribadi dan usaha, melakukan pembukuan , pemasaran dan mempersiapkan diri mengajukan kredit bank. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah melalui literasi dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan edukasi kepada para UMKM dengan memberikan materi pajak, pembukuan, kredit bank dan marketing. Sebelum dilaksanakan edukasi disebarkan kuesioner. Dari hasil kuesioner diketahui sebagian besar UMKM yang hadir mempunyai usaha kuliner namun belum melakukan penjualan secara online dan melakukan pembukuan. Sebagian besar telah memisahkan uang usaha dan uang keluarga namun sebagian besar belum melakukan pembukuan atas usahanya dan tidak tahu bagaimana cara mengurus NPWP serta menghitung pajak usaha. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan seluruh peserta menyatakan sudah mengetahui bagaimana mengurus NPWP, 95% sudah mengetahui kewajiban pajak pribadi dan usaha, 95% sudah memahami pembukuan sederhana. 92% mengetahui bagaimana mempersiapkan diri untuk mengajukan kredit ke bank. 97% mengetahui bagaimana caranya mempertahankan pelanggan dan memberikan service excellent. Perlu pendampingan yang berkelanjutan agar peserta dapat mempunyai NPWP, membayar pajak yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya, melakukan pembukuan, pendampingan mengajukan kredit dan dapat .berjualan secara online dengan memberikan pelatihan digital marketing.Kata kunci: literasi dan edukasi, UMKM, akuntansi, pajak, kredit bank

Abstract

This Community Service aims to provide understanding to MSMEs in the Cawang area regarding the application of economic digitalization to increase the productivity of MSMEs in the region, in particular providing an understanding of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). It is hoped that these MSMEs will accept payments from their customers through QRIS so that they do not rely on cash payments only. The approach taken is to provide education about the benefits of using QRIS and how to activate it. Regarding payment transactions that are often made, 70% stated that they received payments in cash, meaning that more than half of the participants had not received QRIS. Regarding QRIS, 55% of participants stated that they had heard of it, but 54% stated that they were unfamiliar with it or not at all familiar with it. 72% want to expand payment methods so that they don't only accept cash but also non-cash. 77% said they were interested in knowing more about QRIS, and 72% said they were interested in trying QRIS. After education, participants who are interested in receiving payments with QRIS are directed to activate. Keywords: education, QRIS, UMKM, digitalization.
