Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Effect of Fixed Assets, Long-Term Debt, and Capital Against Net Profit on the Company Pt Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. This study uses descriptive quantitative data with primary and secondary data sources in the form of financial statements. The sampling used is fixed assets, long-term debt, capital and net income. The results of this study indicate that the simultaneous test results (Test F) obtained F count 11,327 f table 2.90 with a significant result of 0,000 0,05 which means that Fixed Assets, Long-term Debt and Capital jointly have an effect and significant against Net Profit. While t test results (1) Fixed Assets have a value of t count 3.736 t table 2.03693 with a significant level of 0.001 0.05, which means that Fixed Assets have a positive and significant effect partially on Net Profit. (2) Long-term Debt has a value of t count -5,310 t table 2,03693 with a significant level of 0,000 0,05 which means that Long-Term Debt does not have a significant and partial effect on Net Profit. (3) Capital has a value of t count 3.143 t table 2.03693 with a significant level of 0.004 0.05, which means that capital has a significant and partial effect on Net Profit.Keywords: Fixed Assets, Long-term Debt, Capital and Net Profit.

Abstract

PT. WIKA Beton merupakan bagian dari ekspansi perusahaan yang menghususkandiri dalam industri beton pracetak. Tetapi cara kerja untuk barang masuk dan barang keluarbelum terkomputerisasi sehingga menghambat adanya permintaan bahan baku, dalampembuatan laporan tentang barang masuk dan barang keluar masih menggunakan sistim tulistangan yang sering menyebabkan kesalaan dalam menulis laporan, serta dalam penyimpananlaporan sering terselip atau hilang. Maka dari itu penulis merancang sebuah sistem informasipengadaan bahan baku pada PT Wika Beton, untuk mempermudah proses pendataan barangmasuk dan barang keluar. Sistem informasi ini menyajikan pilihan permintaan barang, databarang, dan laporan tentang barang masuk dan barang keluar.Kata Kunci : Sistem, Informasi, Pengadaan.

Abstract

The success of an organization is determined by various aspects, including leadership, competence, cooperation and communication. In the aspect of communication, the intelligence organization of a person's interpersonal communication is a very important component. Interpersonal intelligence is one of the intelligences in which a person's ability to establish good social relationships with indicators such as empathy, pro-social attitudes, self-awareness, effective problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate effectively. This intelligence is needed by a person in meeting the need for personal competence and social competence. The article aims to explore how important the intelligence of someone's interpersonal communication is in supporting the success of an organization. The methodology used in writing this article is content analysis, one approach to writing scientific work in qualitative research. All data comes from the results of the authors' reading of various theories, expert opinions and the results of previous research related to the issues discussed. All data is then collected, reduced, presented and closed with conclusions. The results of the discussion of this article are expected to be used as additional reference material for the community, academics, subsequent researchers who will discuss this issue in different contexts and issues.
