Abstract

kehidupan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja, dan pengaruh tidak langsung kualitas kehidupan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Desain/Metodelogi/Pendekatan - Metodologi Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Deskriptif-Kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah 159 staf administrasi Universitas Palangka Raya yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Temuan Penelitian - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja secara signifikan, motivasi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja secara signifikan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja secara signifikan, kualitas kehidupan kerja secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kinerja secara signifikan melalui kepuasan kerja. dan motivasi secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Abstract

Based on the location of Indonesian astronomy which is located on the equator, it is very appropriate or feasible if Indonesia develops PLTS as a technology to offset human demands for dependence on electricity. Indonesia also has a tropical climate (consisting of 2 seasons, hot and rainy), so that solar radiation in the territory of Indonesia (± 12 hours) is sufficient to make PLTS a solution for the demands of electricity needs. One of the technologies used in PLTS is solar panels. Solar panels are able to convert sunlight into electricity directly. The performance of solar panels is influenced by several factors, namely solar radiation, temperature and wind speed. Calculations and analysis of the measurement results show that the performance quality of solar cells is not very good, namely 0.143 for solar cells without reflectors, 0.156 for solar cells with galvalume roof reflectors and 0.157 for solar cells with aluminum foil reflectors. And the efficiency of solar cells without reflectors is 7.48%, for solar cells with galvalume roofs is 8.75%, and for solar cells with aluminum foil is 9.72%

Abstract

Rapid technological advances, especially in technology based on the Internet of Things (IoT). The Internet of Things creates a smart environment that provides intelligence in various fields, one of which is agriculture and plantations. Gardening activities are activities to cultivate or plant plants on an empty land or a planting medium. Gardening begins with planting plants, monitoring plant growth and caring for them by watering and fertilizing so plants can thrive. Use of Internet of Things (IoT) based technology to help promote plant growth. This research is focused on controlling and monitoring plants by using a planting medium, namely greenhouse. This control and monitoring is carried out by using an application that is connected to the internet connection which will then be stored in a database from the firebase platform. The application is made on a Mit App Inventor platform and installed on an Android device where the application is named IoTMonitoring which can assist in controlling and monitoring by taking into account the ideal values ​​needed by plants. Based on the results of monitoring carried out with the lowest conditions for temperatures reaching temperatures reaching 23.40C, air humidity 44.7%, soil moisture 543%, and light intensity 0 lumens. At the highest conditions for temperature reaching 38.3 0C, air humidity 82.7%, soil moisture 730%, and light intensity 15263 lumens obtained from the readings of the sensor values ​​in the greenhouse room. Meanwhile, the control is carried out by watering plants before 09.00 to maintain soil moisture and if the humidity is below the ideal value, for temperature and humidity the exhaust fan is in the ON position if the temperature is above 320C and the humidity is below 55%.
