Abstract

The main key to quality education management is how to carry out good and quality education to give birth to a generation of people who have potential, abilities, talents that grow and develop in all areas of life so that they are able to compete globally. For the implementation of quality education (quality), quality organizational management is also needed, one of which is by implementing Total Quality Management. Efforts to standardize quality and guarantee the implementation of higher education must meet quality standards in an effort to maintain and improve the quality of education nationally. In general, the definition of quality assurance in higher education is: The process of establishing and fulfilling education quality standards consistently and continuously so that customers get satisfaction. The process to ensure that the quality of graduates is in accordance with the specified/promised competencies so that quality can be consistently maintained and continuously improved.

Abstract

The application of entrepreneurship in educational institutions by school principals can be through the management of programs that can grow and develop their schools in producing real work that is highly competitive in order to prepare the future of their students in the midst of the complex challenges of entering Industry 4.0. This study aims to determine the spirit of entrepreneurship in education leadership based on religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology. This research is a type of library research by collecting library data, taking notes and reading and processing research materials. The results of the study show that 1) Success in entrepreneurship will come to someone who carries out the teachings of Islam in their activities, and always tries and does not give up in running it. 2) The essence of entrepreneurship for educational leadership or school principals is not making him an entrepreneur but making him an agent of change for creative ideas, innovations, his findings, implementing competitive models, approaches, management and leadership strategies and producing quality for his educational institutions. 3) The ability that must be possessed by an educational leader in carrying out his role as an entrepreneur in an educational institution is to have an entrepreneurial spirit, attitude, and behavior. 4) The entrepreneurial influence of educational leadership in terms of the social environment, the creativity and innovation of an educational leader can realistically be utilized for the benefit of students, teachers and institutions as well as for the community using graduates who are competitive and useful in society. ABSTRAK Penerapan kewirausahaan pada Lembaga Pendidikan oleh kepala sekolah dapat melalui pengelolaan program-program yang dapat menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan sekolahnya dalam menghasilkan karya nyata yang berdaya saing tinggi guna mempersiapkan masa depan peserta didiknya di tengah kompleksitas tantangan memasuki Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jiwa enterpreneurship dalam kepemimpinan pendidikan berbasis agama, filsafat, psikologi dan sosiologi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis riset kepustakaan (library research) dengan pengumpulan data pustaka, mencatat dan membaca serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Keberhasilan dalam berwirausaha akan datang pada seseorang yang melaksanakan ajaran agama Islam pada kegiatannya, serta selalu berusaha dan tidak menyerah dalam menjalankannya. 2) Hakikat kewirausaan untuk kepemimpinan Pendidikan atau Kepala Sekolah bukanlah menjadikannya sebagai pengusaha tetapi menjadikannya seorang agen perubahan atas ide kreatifitas, inovasi-inovasi hasil temuannya implementasi model, pendekatan, strategi manajemen dan kemimpinan yang berdaya saing dan menghasilkan mutu bagi Lembaga pendidikannya. 3) Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki seorang kepemimpinan Pendidikan dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai seorang entrepreneur di Lembaga Pendidikan, yaitu memiliki memiliki jiwa, sikap, dan perilaku kewirausahaan. 4) Pengaruh kewirausahaan kepemimpinan Pendidikan ditinjau dari kacamata lingkungan sosial maka kreatifitas dan inovasi dari seorang pemimpin kependidikan secara realistik dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan peserta didik, guru-guru dan lembaganya serta bagi masyarakat pengguna lulusannya yang mempunyai daya saing dan berguna di masyarakat.

Abstract

The potential for the Halal Industry is enormous, both for foreign and domestic needs in Indonesia. The need for commodities with halal guarantees for Muslim countries, even in non-Muslim majority countries, continues to increase from year to year, in the form of foodstuffs, medicines and cosmetics. From 2017 to 2018 it grew to 5.1%, reaching 1.37 trillion dollars in 2018. However, Indonesia is still a consumer and not a producer. Various challenges in the halal industry and supply chain as well as challenges in the Islamic economy as a support for the halal industry become an analysis of the causes of Industrial Engineering Science with its various scientific tools can be the answer to some problems. This research will explain about the Halal Industry and Supply Chain from the scientific aspects of Industrial Engineering which includes facts and data on the halal sector, regulations and sharia economics as a support for the halal industry, the halal food sector, halal operations, halal logistics (supply chain). ) and the potential of the halal industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

Bank BTN, in supporting KPR financing, requires customers to prepare several documents, including personal identity, financial information, and certificates of title to home/equipment/vehicle ownership guarantees. Efficient storage and management of these documents are crucial to prevent loss due to mismanagement. To enhance services, Bank BTN has implemented a Centralized Document Collateral (CDC) documentation system. This study aims to analyze the CDC system's implementation using the PDCA cycle to evaluate each work step. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected from credit processing units at Bank BTN Syariah Bandung through observations, interviews, and literature studies. The findings indicate that the CDC system significantly improves document management efficiency, with key benefits including reduced document loss, streamlined retrieval processes, and enhanced security measures. These improvements contribute to more effective work processes and higher service quality for customers. However, some obstacles were identified, such as limited technological infrastructure and storage capacity, which require follow-up actions to enhance performance. Solutions like increasing server capacity, adopting cloud storage, optimizing data management can address these issues. The study concludes that the CDC system is a valuable tool in documenting customer credit files at Bank BTN Syariah Bandung, offering substantial enhancements in operational effectiveness and document security.

Abstract

The distribution of financing is provided by the bank to anyone who needs it, both for individuals and the business world, by taking into account two principles, namely trust and prudence (prudent banking principle). The bank will ask for guarantees in order to ensure the ability and ability of its customers to pay off debts according to the agreed contract. In operation, the requirement to provide this guarantee is to ensure that the mudharib does not make any deviations in managing the funds provided by the bank. The purpose of this study was to find out the procedures and requirements for mudharabah financing at the Indonesian Sharia Bank KCP Ujung Berung1. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach. The results of this study are that the procedures and requirements for mudharabah financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Ujung Berung1 comply with the provisions of fatwa 07/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning Mudharabah Financing, and OJK standards regarding mudharabah financing. Mudharabah financing requirements with the flow of inspection as follows: a) The business feasibility of the customer is in accordance with BSI provisions; b) Mudharabah financing will be processed if the account officer and Branch Manager meet the requirements, and contact the prospective mudharib to determine when to review the business location and collateral location; c) The account officer prepares a financing analysis report, visit data, collateral review results; d) Analysis of mudharabah financing carried out according to procedures using the "5C" principle; e) The decision on the application for financing is given after the submission of the application for financing is deemed feasible to be financed'; f) Mudharabah Financing Agreement, g) Disbursement of Mudharabah Financing is carried out after the contract process is completed, either with the mudharib or with other parties, namely Notaries and insurance parties; h) Supervision in the management of financing from the provision of financing to repayment by the customer. i) Return of Mudharabah Financing

Abstract

Mortgage financing to provide livable and comfortable housing by simply providing a down payment, and the rest is paid in installments every month. Mortgage financing also includes insurance coverage to anticipate if a customer dies and a way for the bank to minimize losses and risks. Qualitative research was conducted to find out the Application of Insurance and Murabahah Contracts in KPR Financing at BTN Syariah KC Bandung which was carried out by studying literature related to Islamic Banking, interviews, and financing procedures. The results of this study are that the application of a murabahah contract at BTN Syariah KC Bandung is used to provide mortgage financing in accordance with the results of the analysis carried out by the bank on prospective customers. First, the bank will inform the assessment of the location and house that the customer wants to own, fit to live in, and is considered comfortable to live in. Second, the customer prepares the required documents for submitting mortgage financing at the BTN Syariah bank. Third, the BTN Syariah bank will consider and assess the completeness of the prospective customer's files, as well as carry out a 5C analysis of the prospective Bank BTN Syariah KPR customers. Fourth, if the results of the analysis are feasible to finance, then proceed to the KPR financing disbursement stage. Fifth, installment payments are made every month according to the agreed period. Furthermore, the application of insurance to KPR financing at BTN Syariah KC Bandung in the form of a customer before signing in front of a notary, the bank asks the customer to prepare a down payment of 10–20% of the property price, booking fee fee, 1% provision fee of the total ceiling, fees credit agreement notary, APHT guarantee costs around 0.25% of 125% credit value, deed of sale and transfer of title, costs of acquisition of building land rights (BPHTB), fire insurance costs, and credit life insurance costs.
