Abstract

Pasar merupakan salah satu sentra kegiatan masyarakat di kawasan perkotaan. Seiring tumbuhnya jumlah kendaraan pribadi dan kegiatan perdagangan yang semakin tinggi maka masalah parkir di kawasan pasar akhirnya muncul.  Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah evaluasi kebutuhan ruang parkir di Pasar Larangan Sidoarjo. Evaluasi ini sangat penting dilakukan mengingat banyaknya kendaraan (sepeda motor dan mobil penumpang) yang menggunakan bahu Jl. Sunandar Priyo Sudarmo untuk kegiatan parkir selama berbelanja di Pasar Larangan Sidoarjo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan kebutuhan tambahan ruang parkir di Pasar Larangan Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan perhitungan dan menganalisis karakteristik parkir yakni volume parkir, akumulasi parkir, durasi parkir, kapasitas parkir, serta tingkat pergantian (turn over). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kebutuhan ruang parkir yang harus disediakan untuk parkir kendaraan sepeda motor adalah 597 SRP (Satuan Ruang Parkir) dan untuk mobil 216 SRP. Maka diperlukan ruang parkir tambahan yakni 117 SRP untuk sepeda motor dan 136 SRP untuk mobil penumpang.

Abstract

The execution of a construction project will be said to be successful if the desired targets and goals are achieved and meet the cost, time and quality standards of construction. One of the important factors in working on a project is good time management. A project will be said to be efficient if the project implementation time is in accordance with the project planning schedule. The delay in the project itself means that the construction work does not go according to the predetermined plan, or takes longer than previously estimated. The occurrence of delays in workmanship also occurred in one of the pantry projects in the interior contractor. Given this incident, this study will focus on the object of analysis of the application of crash duration in the implementation of interior pantry projects. Abstract

Saat ini, teknologi komputer telah berkembang dengan sangat cepat dalam berbagai bidang, temasuk dalam bidang teknik sipil. Tetapi sangat disayangkan mahasiswa teknik sipil Universitas Wiraraja ketika melakukan proses perhitungan masih banyak menggunakan perhitungan secara manual, terutama pada saat melakukan perhitungan mix desain beton untuk mengetahui proporsi campuran beton, sedangkan perhitungan mix desain beton adalah proses yang sangat kompleks dan memerlukan analisis yang rinci, dalam melakukan sebuah perhitungan kita dituntut untuk selalu menghitung secara cepat dan tepat. Dalam penelitian ini membahas tentang perhitungan manual dan program Excel dalam menghitung mix desain beton. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif untuk menganilisis data sekunder yang berupa data mix desain beton yang diperoleh dari Laboratorium Fakultas Teknik Sipil Universitas Wiraraja.

Abstract

A sturdy of building must be contain with a strong foundation, which is able to withstand the burden on it;  channel the load into the ground and be able to withstand external forces such as earthquakes. In this study discussed the deformation of the bore pile foundation due to horizontal load on the soil slope by using the Lpile application.The  aim is to know the displacement of foundation motion due to horizontal loads using the Lpile application, Lateral bearing capacity analysis which is important aspect in the design of the foundation to anticipate the failure of the pile foundation. One method is the p-y curve, It is a development of the Beam method in the Winkler Foundation.

Abstract

Nowadays, The development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in Indonesia is very limited, even though the existence of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is very helpful in the Indonesian construction building projects. Mall Laves Surabaya project using several Building Information Modeling (BIM) based software in terms of project management planning.  There are Autodesk Revit, Cubicost Glodon, and Autodesk Naviswork software. The purpose of this research is to implementation Building Information Modeling (BIM) in Indonesian project development. The results are 3-dimensional modeling, volume calculations based on 3 dimensions, and project schedule simulations to provide detailed visual information.

Abstract

Gedung rumah sakit ini direncanakan dibangun di kota Bondowoso. Struktur gedung didesain menggunakansistem Struktur Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) berdasarkan Tata Cara Perhitungan Struktur BetonUntuk Bangunan Gedung (SNI 2847:2019). Analisis beban gempa menggunakan metode spektrum responberdasarkan Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung(1726:2019). Adapun penggunaan konsep ini bertujuan agar apabila terjadi gempa kuat yang menyebabkanterbentuknya sendi plastis pada elemen struktur diharapkan dapat terjadi pada balok. Pada disain pondasi telahdiakomodasi kemungkinan terjadinya likuifaksi. Dari hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwastruktur Gedung Rumah Sakit NU Bondowoso ini aman secara analisis.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) is concrete that is able to compact itself without using a compactor or vibrator. Therefore, to reduce the use of cement in the Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) concrete mixture, admixture is used as a partial replacement for cement. The additional material used in this research is fly ash. Fly ash is the residue from burning coal which contains pozzolanic elements (SiO2, Al2O3 and Fe2O3) so that it can fill voids and become a binding material like cement. This research is experimental carried out in the laboratory. This research design carries out. This mixing carried out 3 variations of fly ash, 10%, 20% and 50%, while the addition of superplasticizer was 1%. This research was to determine of adding fly ash and superplasticizer on compressive strength. The compressive strength test for Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) concrete was carried out at ages 3, 14, 28 days. Based on the test results, it is known that the workability and compressive strength of Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) decreases as the fly ash content increases. The highest compressive strength was the fly ash mixture with a variation of 20%, namely with a compressive strength of 45.25 MPa, which met the planned compressive strength. Where the design compressive strength is 29.3 MPa.

Abstract

Subgrade soil is a crucial component of any construction project, be it roads, buildings, or bridges. Maintaining soil stability, particularly soil reinforcement, requires special attention. The clay soil at the Cangar site is fertile and located in the highlands. Laboratory soil testing is crucial for development planning in this area, as it enables the determination of soil properties and bearing capacity. To verify the maximum bearing capacity of the soil, a 20% limestone mixture was used, using the compaction modification and laboratory CBR testing methods. Test results revealed that the clay soil at the site has high plasticity. After mixing with limestone, the plasticity decreased by 11 points to level 15, classifying it as silty clay with moderate plasticity. Based on the CBR test of the original clay soil, the soil bearing capacity value was 22.4%, and after being mixed with 20% limestone, the value increased to 26.4%. In contrast, the maximum density of the original clay soil MDD was 0.99 grams/cm³; then, after being mixed with limestone, the MDD reached 1.24 grams/cm³. The distribution of grain size before being mixed with limestone was 2.02 grams of gravel, 61.03 grams of sand, and 436.95 grams of clay. After being given a limestone stabilizer, it was 37.06 grams of gravel, 123.45 grams of sand, and 339.49 grams of clay.
