Abstract

Sports activity today is very significant growth. The spirit to welcome the 2018 Asian Games, which was originally held in Jakarta and Palembang, made the West Bangka district government plan to build a Sport Center as a medium to foster youth activities and especially in sports. The selected location is in Air Belo Village, Muntok District, West Bangka Regency with 13 hectares area.The research of planning of Masterplan Sport Center by using Topographical Mapping Method Based on Geographic Information System (GIS) with initial coordinate reference using GPS Handheld is expected to produce accurate design that can meet the needs of sports facilities and tourism sector in West Bangka Regency.The result of the Topography Teristris measurement in the form of Contour Map integrated with Rambut Bumi Indonesia (RBI) resulted in the location oriented Thematic map. For position correction using Google Earth, the result must meet Gross coordinate position error fault

Abstract

The implementation of the façade with the acceleration method in the construction of phase 4 of Supermall Pakuwon Indah of Benson Tower 6 Surabaya is possible because of several aspects such as the delays in the work because the land is not ready. To analyze the acceleration method using the Ms Project program. From the results of the analysis with the acceleration method of adding work hours (overtime work), the duration of the implementation was 282 days, causing an increase in direct costs from Rp. 15,610,242,664.00 to Rp. to Rp. 17,661,323,855.34. And with the method of accelerating the addition of resources (labor & equipment), the duration of implementation was 287 days, causing an increase in direct costs from Rp. 17,410,735,885.96. After analyzing the acceleration of the duration of the implementation, it can be seen that the results of the study of the implementation of the façade with the acceleration method in the construction of phase 4 of Supermall Pakuwon Indah of Benson Tower 6 Surabaya is more effective using the acceleration method of adding work hours (overtime work) because the duration of the implementation is faster than using acceleration time with the method of increasing resources (labor and tools).

Abstract

Sebagai Negara kepulauan terbesar di dunia, Indonesia memiliki laut yang dapat dikelola sebesar 5,8 juta km2 dan mempunyai potensi serta keanekaragaman sumber daya kelautan dan perikanan yang sangat besar. Hal ini merupakan modal yang besar bagi pembangunan ekonomi dan pada akhirnya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, terutama perikanan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat menerapkan teknologi yang telah dirancang untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat dengan energy terbarukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dengan Energi Terbarukan (Renewable Energi) dapat meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM budidaya ikan air tawar di Desa Brongkal, Kabupaten Malang.

Abstract

Budidaya perikanan telah menjadi faktor penggerak utama untuk peningkatan produksi, melalui pengembangan budidaya perikanan air laut, payau dan air tawar. Perikanan tangkap dan perikanan budidaya secara langsung diperkirakan memperkerjakan 6.4 juta orang di Indonesia pada tahun 2012. Penelitian ini untuk mendesiminasikan teknologi alat pembuat Pakan Ikan dengan sumber Listrik Tenaga Surya (Solar Powered Fish Feeding Machine), guna peningkatan produksi pakan perikanan budidaya di daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Abstract

Kinerja sumber daya manusia menjadi salah satu faktor keunggulan dari suatu perusahaan. Dengan mengetahui faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja sumber daya manusia, maka diharapkan bisa memperbaiki kinerja sumber daya manusia oleh perusahaan sehingga bisa diciptakan kondisi  dan lingkunganyang memungkinkan kinerja perusahaan menjadi lebih baik: Karakteristik yang diambil adalah karywan yang terdapat pada suatu proyek konstruksi.Tujuan  dari   penelitian   ini   adalah untuk mengetahui faktor  yang   paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia dan seberapa besar pengaruh faktor- faktor  tersebut. Sebagai obyekpenelitian diamhil salah satu perusahaan jasa konstruksiPT.  X yang berdomisili di  Surabaya, dengan data -  data daftar prosedur PT.X, daftar  pengalaman  kerja  karyawan   PT.  X  dan  Basil kuisioner.  Faktor  yang memepengaruhi kinerja terbagi alas 2 bagian yaihl: faktor internal dan faktor ekstemal.Dari  hasil penelitian  yang  dilalcukan menunjukkan bahwa factor yang  paling berpengaruh dalam kinerja sumber daya manusia poda proyek  konstruksi adalah faktor disiplin  diri  dengan  nilai  mean  3,61.  Faktor internal   adalah  faktor yangpaling berpengaruh dalam  kinerja sumber daya manusia pada proyek  konstruksi dengan nilai mean 3,53.  Sedangkan berdasarkan aspek demografi faktor yang berpengaruh terdapat variasi  dalam  hasilnya.  Sehingga  dengan  mememiliki aspek  usaha  menunjukkan kemampuan  diri,  disiplin,  dan  kemampuan  berkomunikasi pada   suatu  perusahaan diharapkan   dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan  dalam pencapaian tujuan.

Abstract

Increase of population count in every time, then the need of the for clean water is the also enhancment, to solve the problem is the needed of an installation system cleane water is the worthy. Feasibility study is an activity do for know about worthy or not worthy of the an project that the seen of various aspects such as financial aspect and social economic aspect before that project implemented. The purpose of this activity to the know investation feasibility of installation clean water in the gleno city and to discover effect of investation feasibility to the give revenue. on the investment phase the feasibility study of the clean water installasion system that there in the ermera distric, sub-distric gleno timor leste are using Net present value (NPV), Internal rate of rentrum (IRR), and Benefit Cost Ratio (IRC) whereas to find out the effec of investment feasibility to the revenue that give seen from fund the region revenue is abaout 20% and reserve fund general is about 15% from the results of the calculation of financial aspects that is obtained NPV>0 around Rp. 235.667.254 > 0, BCR > 1 around 1.421 > 1, IRR > 1,50% around 2.75% > 1,50 whereas the for aspects social economic that consist of the fund developmental regional and general fund reserve around Rp 47.133451 dan Rp 35.350.088

Abstract

Optimizing the achievement of organizational / company goals is largely determined by effectiveness. More at this time in the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) the term BIM is often heard. That is a technology that in its development uses less time, labor and capital. This study aims to study whether it is necessary to develop BIM towards achieving a company's success. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods. Respondents of the experimental study were 39 people. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained through observation, literature and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques with validity and reliability test. The results of the study show that expertise supported by BIM-based technology is against the achievement of company success, analysis shows valid and reliable results. This is also supported by type variables, which are adjusted to the qualifications needed by the company. The percentage obtained from the sex variable was 87.2%, female 12.8%. The conclusion of this study is that the higher the level of skills supported by gender variables, the success and achievement of the objectives of the work will increase. Suggestions for leaders to develop skills, especially for employees who have the potential and higher education in special sections to support better results.

Abstract

The Construction of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Siberut Aggregated Biomass Gasification Power Plant is the first power plant project in Indonesia that uses bamboo as fuel to produce electricity. Judging from the complexity of the project, it is necessary to carry out risk management for the identification and detailed analysis of the risks or uncertainties that occur in the project, especially the design engineering stage. This study uses interview methods and surveys that are implemented in the google form questionnaire to make it easier for respondents to assess risks provided. Risk assessment uses a Likert scale to determine the level of probability and impact. Next step is risk mapping to determine mitigation efforts. There are 15 independent risk variables and 1 variable risk binders obtained from interviews and literature studies. It is known that 6.67% of the risk is included in the criteria of low risk (minor risk), 73.33% of the risk is included in the criteria of moderate risk (high risk), and 20% of the risk is included in the criteria of high risk (extreme risk). From the data projected onto the risk treatment table so that the results of 6.67% risk are acceptable (acceptable), 20.00% risk is unacceptable, 73.33% undesirable risk. Risk mitigation for 16 identified risks comes from detailed specification issues, incompatibility and implementation of drawing, and multitasking engineering resources. Most risk ownership is directed to the implementing contractor, but not limited to the owner, subcontractor, planning consultant, and supervisory consultant.
