Abstract

Maksud kepenelitian tersebut yakni guna menguji serta melakukan analisa pengaruh Komunikasi, Motivasi, serta pengawasan kerja dalam Disiplin kerja di PT.Musim Mas KIM II Medan. Jenis kepenelitian tersebut yakni deskriptif eksplanatori. Populasi dipenelitian tersebut yakni karyawan yang berjumlah 130 orang, serta sampel sebanyak 98 responden. Metode dalam kepenelitian.tersebut yakni tekhnik kuantitatif. Tekhnik pengumpulan data digunakan yakni wawancara studi dokumentasi juga kuesioner. Data yang digunakan yakni data primer juga data.sekunder selanjutnya keterangan tersebut diolah memakai aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukan bahwasanya Komunikasi Motivasi serta Pengawasan kerja dalam simultan memiliki pengaruh baik serta signifikan. (0,000 < 0,05 serta poin f hitung 23,942 > 2,47) dalam Disiplin Kerja karyawan di PT.Musim Mas KIM II Medan, serta dalam parsial Proses mengawasi kerja (0,385 < 0,05 serta t hitung 0,874 < t tabel 1,986) enggan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan disiplin kerja karyawan, sedangkan komunikasi serta motivasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dalam disiplin kerja staf di PT.MUSIM MAS KIM II MEDAN.

Abstract

The primary goal of this study is to examine how employee engagement in North Sumatra's creative industries sector is impacted by ethical leadership, self-efficacy, work-life balance, and perceived organizational support. The Purposive Sampling Technique was applied in this study. The sample's features include having more than a year of experience in a comparable role and not being an outsourced worker or a third party employed by the creative industry, which employs 210 people in total. The study's findings support the notion that work-life balance, self-efficacy, ethical leadership, and perceived organizational support all significantly and favorably impact employee engagement. The study's findings support the notion that work-life balance, self-efficacy, ethical leadership, and perceived organizational support all significantly and favorably impact employee engagement. According to this study, a comprehensive strategy that incorporates elements of moral leadership, self-assurance, work-life balance, and organizational support can successfully raise employee engagement in North Sumatra's creative industry sector.

Abstract

Merek VIVO belum cukup kuat untuk menarik perhatian konsumen, terutama bagi mereka yang mencari ponsel berkualitas dengan harga terjangkau. Di pasar ponsel low budget, merek seperti OPPO, Xiaomi, dan Samsung juga memiliki reputasi yang baik. Selain itu, banyak konsumen mengeluhkan kualitas produk VIVO, yang membuat mahasiswa ragu untuk memilih merek ini dan lebih memilih produk yang sudah mereka percayai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup semua mahasiswa pengguna produk VIVO, namun jumlahnya tidak dapat ditentukan secara tepat. Karena populasi yang tidak diketahui, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah rumus Lemeshow. Metode ini memungkinkan perhitungan jumlah sampel meskipun populasi tidak diketahui, dan menghasilkan sebanyak 96 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan adalah accidental sampling, di mana responden dipilih secara acak untuk dijadikan sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Hidup memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian smartphone VIVO. Ekuitas Merek juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian smartphone VIVO. Selain itu, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian smartphone VIVO. Secara keseluruhan, Gaya Hidup, Ekuitas Merek, dan Kualitas Produk secara signifikan mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian smartphone VIVO.

Abstract

Employee engagement in the creative industry in North Sumatra is an important concern, considering the contribution of this sector to the regional and national economy. The creative industry, which is full of innovation and high dynamics, requires competent human resources and a strong emotional attachment and commitment to work. This study analyzes factors influencing employee engagement, especially through the work-life balance and perceived organizational support approaches. Using quantitative research methodology, this study aims to identify the relationship between these two factors and employee engagement in the creative industry sector in North Sumatra. The number of samples used was 210 respondents, as determined by the purposive sampling method. The study's results confirmed that work-life balance and perceived organizational support positively and significantly affect employee engagement. These findings are expected to provide insight for companies in designing more effective and sustainable human resource management strategies, especially in this innovation and creativity-oriented sector.
