Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu atau berkualitas pasti selalu menganalisis situasi atau keadaan baik diluar atau didalam lembaga itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu kemampuan suatu lembaga untuk menganalisis lingkungan (internal dan eksternal) akan berpengaruh terhadap eksistensi atau kemajuan suatu lembaga pendidikan. Banyak hal yang harus dianalisa, salah satunya lingkungan internal lembaga pendidikan. Lingkungan internal biasanya ada didalam organisasi. Sehingga sangat penting untuk menganalisis lingkungan internal lembaga pendidikan. Dengan demikian lembaga akan mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi kekuatan dan kelemahan. Sehingga lembaga pendidikan dapat merumuskan rencana (action plan) yang tepat.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify and analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) as independent variable either simultaneously or individually to Turnover Intention (Y) as the dependent variable at Employee at PT. BPR Mitratama Arthabuana Kertak Hanyar. This was an explanatory research. Multiple linear regression statistical technique were used to analysze the effect Job Satisfaction variable (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) on Turnover Intention (Y). Furthermore, to test the level of significance, the F test and t test is with SPSS. The study concluded that two independent variables simultaneously, namely job satisfacation variables (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) have significant relationship to Turnover Intention (Y) variable. Meanwhile, individually, Job Satisfaction variable (X1) have significant  negative relationship to Turnover Intention (Y), as well as the Organizational Commitment variable (X2) on a Turnover Intention (Y). Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention

Abstract

Objective: Tooth lost is the one of mostly case in dentistry. Dental implant are the proper and fast procedure to rehabilitated full or partial edentulous ridge. Many research and clinical study said that the successful of dental implant application are depend on osseointegration which considered by anatomical of the bone structure with implant or mechanical feature of implant. Dissucion : The composition of material and topographic surface are the important thing in osseointegration process . For many patient, Titanium give a good results, but some of patient worried because it can make a grey line in sub gingival or across the ridge which have a thin bone and soft gingival structure, So with zirconia implant hopefully that grey line doesn’t appear. Both of titanium and zirconia are very strong, Titanium have a high flexibility and fracture resistence but, zirconia have a low elasticity, which can cause a micro fracture. Conclusion : Zirconia implant have a good esthetics and looked naturally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through employees’ organizational commitment at the PT. Sajang Heulang-KKPA3 Estate. This study used a quantitative approach. The respondents of this study were 73 employees. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire spread to 73 employees. The data collected was processed using structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis techniques with the application of SmartPLS Version 3.0. The results showed that there was a significant direct effect of job satisfaction on OCB; there was a significant direct effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment; there was a significant direct effect of organizational commitment on OCB and Organizational Commitment partially mediated the effect of job satisfaction on OCB.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the conceptual model for the attitude and perception investigate customer interest in doing online shopping influenced by promotion, risk perception and trust. Samples collected were 117 respondents which found online and directly to respondent. The use of an online questionnaire among others, to ensure that respondents fill is correct respondents who are used to access the internet. The next filter to ensure respondents had online shopping, at the beginning of the questionnaire has been given the question of whether the respondent ever online shopping. There is no limit to the number of respondents in online shopping, which goods are purchased and through the website / online shopping portal specific. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a popular model that was adopted because it is a model that was developed to measure the level of acceptance of the technology, according to the model in this study. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS. The results showed that the promotion and trust influence the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use in online shopping, except for the variable trust has no effect on the perceived usefulness. And both perceptions significantly influence the attitudes and interest in online shopping. But the perceived of risk was not significant effect on trust and perceived ease of use.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze: (1) the effect of nutritional knowledge on the use of nutrition labels on Le Minerale products, (2) the influence of motivation on the use of nutrition labels on Le Minerale products, (3) the influence of attitudes on the use of nutrition labels on Le Minerale products (4) the effect of the use of nutrition labels on Le Minerale products on purchase decisions. This type of research is in the form of quantitative research. The population used in this study is generation Z in Indonesia aged 17 to 28 years and has bought Le Minerale products. Data was collected from 122 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is SEM PLS. The results showed that (1) nutrition knowledge had a positive and significant effect on the use of nutrition labels on Le Minerale products, (2) motivation had a positive and significant effect on the use of nutrition labels on Le Minerale products, (3) attitudes had a positive and significant effect on the use of nutrition labels on Le Minerale products, (4) the use of nutrition labels on Le Minerale products had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, (6) the use of nutrition labels as a moderation of the influence of motivation on purchasing decisions had a significant effect, while nutrition labels as a moderation of the influence of attitudes on purchasing decisions did not have a significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the organizational structure and organizational commitment to the performance of employees in the Education Office Education of South Kalimantan Province. This study involved 128 respondents as the study population using census method, to collect data used in the form of a questionnaire instrument with scale measurement using Likert scale with weight 1 to 5, to determine the validity level or accuracy of the research instrument tested the validity and reliability, and multiple linear regression analysis methods (t test and F test) with SPSS 20.0 for Windows program. The test results indicate the significant Organizational Change (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) on the Employee Performance (Y) at the Education Office of South Kalimantan Province. The results of this study provide management implications in improving employee performance should begin with efforts to improve organizational climate and organizational commitment.

Abstract

Perawatan saluran akar (PSA) merupakan prosedur penting dalam konservasi untuk mempertahankannya gigi yang mengalami infeksi atau kerusakan pulpa. Artikel ini mengkaji perkembangan terkini teknik PSA, dengan fokus pada publikasi lima tahun terakhir. Kajian sistematis ini berbasis data elektronik dengan kata kunci yang relevan. Hasil menampakkan kemajuan pesat dalam instrumen rotari, teknik preparasi minimal invasif, sistem irigasi, bahan obturasi, dan pendekatan regeneratif. Teknologi pencitraan seperti CBCT dan mikroskop operasi juga berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan perawatan. Disimpulkan bahwa teknik-teknik terbaru PSA telah meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan tingkat keberhasilan perawatan, meskipun masih diperlukan penelitian jangka panjang untuk memvalidasi efektivitasnya secara komprehensif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) services at the Regional Revenue Service Implementation Unit (UPPD) of the Tanah Laut Regency Samsat (Regional Revenue Service Unit), South Kalimantan, and examine how this quality contributes to increasing regional tax revenue. Quality public services are one of the main keys to improving taxpayer compliance and optimizing regional original revenue (PAD). The method used in this study is a mixed methods, namely a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Primary data were obtained through observation, interviews with service officers, and distribution of questionnaires to taxpayers. Meanwhile, secondary data were in the form of supporting documents, such as the number of motor vehicles, tax revenue targets and realizations, and the Samsat organizational structure. The assessment of service quality was analyzed using five SERVQUAL dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results show that the service quality at the Tanah Laut UPPD Samsat is classified as good, indicated by tax realization achievements that exceeded targets for three consecutive years (2022–2024). The tangibles and reliability dimensions showed very satisfactory results, indicated by adequate service facilities and procedural accuracy. Responsiveness and assurance demonstrate a quick response and high public trust in officers. However, the empathy dimension still needs improvement, particularly in providing facilities for the elderly and people with disabilities. This study concludes that excellent service quality directly contributes to increased regional motor vehicle tax revenue. Recommendations focus on improving inclusive service facilities and ongoing public outreach to build a stronger culture of tax compliance.
