And from the results of research on violent behaviour, it is known that children who behave aggressively are 77 people (82.8%) and children who behave aggressively are 16 people (17.2%). Abstract

Introduction: Early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) is the process of breastfeeding the baby immediately after birth, where the baby is allowed to find the mother's nipple alone (not offered the nipple). IMD will greatly assist in the continuation of exclusive breastfeeding. The success factor is also strongly influenced by the attitude, knowledge and motivation of the midwife/doctor of the labor helper. The failure factor in the implementation of IMD is influenced by several factors, among others, the birth mother faces many obstacles to perform IMD on the baby who is born at the place of delivery, the lack of support provided by the family, as well as the number of mothers who have not been equipped with sufficient knowledge about the benefits of IMD implementation. Objective: to determine the effect of early breastfeeding initiation on the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Methods: literature review was conducted based on issues, methodology, similarities and research proposals. Results: Of the 10 studies used, 1 of them used analytic methods and 6 others used cross sectional methods and 3 others used case control. Conclusion: IMD affects the success of exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

Soy milk contains isoflavones which are natural estrogens from plants. The content of isoflavones in soy milk influence for endocrine hormone system disruption due to excessive absorption of phytoestrogens, which is feared to affect the development of reproductive organs. This study aims to determine whether the dose and duration of awarding of soy milk affect the level of estradiol. The research design used was experimental with a post test only control group design, which conducted for one month at 24 strains of female mice balb / C, divided into 6 groups namely two control groups and four treatment groups (with 15 and 30 days observation period). The control group was given a non-soybean diet (pellet feed), the treatment group was given soy milk (doses 0.325 and 0.65 mL each mice). Analyzed of data by one way ANOVA test, post-hoc LSD. One Way Anova test earned p value <0.05, this indicates a significant difference in estradiol levels. There is influence of the dosage of awarding of soy milk on the estradiol level of mice.

Abstract

Background: The indicator value of public health is assessed from the number of maternal mortality (MMR) and infant mortality (IMR). One of the contributors to infant mortality is icterus neonatorum. Icterus neonatorum is a yellow discoloration of the skin, eye membranes, and mucous membranes where the cause is too much bilirubin in the blood. If untreated, neonatal jaundice can cause brain damage (kernicterus) which can lead to mental retardation, cerebral palsy, and even death. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors that influence the occurrence of jaundice in neonates. Subjects and Methods: This research is a literature review from various national and international journal articles. Search articles using databases: PubMed, and Google Scholar. This method aims to enrich insight into risk factors for jaundice in BBL by summarizing the theory discussed. The method used will present new analytical facts and literature reviews by summarizing well-published articles that are also relevant, then compare the summary results in tabular form. Results: from 10 national and international articles, it was found that the risk factors for jaundice in neonates include low birth weight, premature birth, perinatal complications of infection, asphyxia, ABO incompatibility, and drug history, adequacy of breastfeeding, low vitamin E levels, delivery with oxytocin induction. Conclusion: risk factors for neonatal jaundice include low birth weight, premature birth, perinatal complications of infection, asphyxia, ABO incompatibility, drug history, adequate breastfeeding, low vitamin E levels, oxytocin-induced labor.
