Abstract

Dalam upaya menghasilkan madrasah yang berkualitas, banyak faktor yang terlibat didalamnya, salah satu peranan yang sangat menentukan adalah kepala madrasah. Kedudukan kepala madrasah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan di madrasah merupakan figur sentral yang bertanggung jawab terhadap lancer tidaknya kegiatan proses pendidikan di madrasah. Sumber daya manusia, keuangan, sarana dan prasarana serta informasi tidak dapat berperan optimal dalam pencapaian tujuan madrasah untuk tanpa dikelola dengan baik oleh kepala madrasah. Tingkat ketercapaian supervisi akademik kepala madrasah sebanyak 47% kategori kurang efektif, 28% kategori efektif dan 25% kategori sangat efektif. Tingkat ketercapaian pelaksanaan manajerial kepala madrasah sebanyak 30% kategori kurang efektif, 25% kategori efektif dan 46% kategori sangat efektif. Tingkat ketercapaian mutu administrasi guru sebanyak 29% kategori kurang efektif, 26% kategori efektif dan 45% kategori sangat efektif. Ada hubungan yang signifikanantara supervisi akademik kepala madrasah dengan mutu administrasi guru MAN di Provinsi Banten. dimana hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan nilai r = 0.54 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 29,08 %, artinya mutu administrasi guru 29,08 % dipengaruhi oleh supervisi akademik kepala madrasahsisanya sebesar 70,92% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. 5. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pelaksanaan manajerial kepala madrasah dengan mutu administrasi guru MAN di Provinsi Banten. dimana hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan nilai r = 0.47 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 22,47 %, artinya mutu administrasi guru 22,47 % dipengaruhi oleh pelaksanaan manajerial kepala madrasahsisanya sebesar 77,53% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Ada hubungan yang cukup signifikan atau korelasi sedang antara supervisi akademik dan pelaksanaan manajerial kepala madrasah dengan mutu administrasi guru MAN di Provinsi Banten, dimana hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan nilai r = 0.76 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 57,76 %, artinya mutu administrasi guru 57,76 % dipengaruhi oleh supervisi akademik dan pelaksanaan manajerial kepala madrasah sisanya sebesar 42,24% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Pencemaran udara semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahunnya. Hal tersebut mampu berdampak buruk bagi kesehatan maupun lingkungan. Emisi transportasi memiliki persentase yang cukup tinggi dalam penyebab pencemaran udara yaitu sebesar 80-85%. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan zat aditif pada bahan bakar yang mampu mengurangi pencemaran udara tersebut. Salah satu zat aditif yang dapat digunakan yaitu Etil Levulinat. Etil Levulinat merupakan senyawa kimia yang dihasilkan dari lignoselulosa yang dapat digunakan di berbagai bidang khususnya sebagai zat aditif bahan bakar yang baik dalam mengurangi emisi gas Cox dan NOx. Zat aditif tersebut harus memiliki karakteristik sifat fisikokimia yang baik agar mampu berdampak secara maksimal. Sifat fisikokimia yang dapat mengidentifikasi zat aditif tersebut antara lain densitas, viskositas dan titik didih. Sintesis Etil Levulinat melalui proses Esterifikasi antara Asam Levulinat dan etanol dengan rasio mol 1:12. Pada proses ini menggunakan katalis loading dengan variasi 5%, 10% dan 15%. Analisa pengujian kandungan Etil Levulinat dilakukan menggunakan GC-MS. Karakterisasi terbaik didapatkan pada percobaan rasio mol 1:12 dengan penggunaan katalis loading 10%. Percobaan ini memiliki nilai densitas 0,9736; nilai viskositas 1,57; dan titik didih 92 yang hampir mendekati karakteristik Etil Levulinat pada umumnya.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the use of information technology in improving the quality of learning. The problems encountered include the low use of information technology in lesson planning, document management is still done manually, some teachers have not fully mastered the use of information technology, there are teachers who have not attended training, limited information technology infrastructure. This research uses a qualitative approach by determining informants using purposive sampling techniques. The results of the research show that the use of information technology at Kindergarten Pertiwi III Mulo has been implemented. With indications that, in planning the learning process, appropriate learning approach strategies for early childhood, learning content that is in accordance with the curriculum, and assessments to improve the quality of learning have been implemented using information technology infrastructure, however, improvements still need to be made.

Abstract

The study is aimed to evaluate accountability and gender roles in enhancing the accountability of village fund and other government-related assistance during COVID-19 pandemic. This study employed an integrated framework of accountability, gender socialization theory and gender subtext theory. This study applies a case study with 2 (two) types of instruments, i.e., observations and semi-structured interviews. The villages observed have provided limited information regarding the BLT DD assistance and other COVID-19 related assistance. Consequently, the villagers did not have sufficient information to participate in the village decision-making process and to criticize BLT DD assistance and other COVID-19 related assistance distribution process. The villagers were not invited to any village meetings that it prevents them to provide inputs and consequences to the village government. As a result, the level of accountability regarding the information provided, a discussion held and consequences are given at a minimum level. The roles of female BPD members were insignificant due to the pervasiveness of gendering practice in village organizations. These findings contradict gender socialization theory that women with all their feminine traits are suitable and potential to perform supervisory tasks in guiding the organization. However, these findings are aligned with gender subtext theory that segregation of duties based on masculinity and femininity are apparent in the village organization.

Abstract

This study examines the complex governance dynamics affecting Indonesian Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) [village-owned enterprises], focusing on political, social, economic, and cultural pressures. Using a qualitative multi-case approach, including focus group discussions with 65 participants from West Java and West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, the study identified significant challenges: political interference, limited community engagement, economic dependence on government funds, and cultural norms that constrain BUMDes operations. Village elites frequently influence governance, limited capital access, and ingrained cultural values hinder transparency and open dialogue. To address these challenges, this study recommends a comprehensive approach comprising four key strategies: enhancing the institutional autonomy of BUMDes to reduce external interference, fostering that are transparent and inclusive government practices to ensure meaningful community participation, establishing sustainable funding models to secure financial independence, and integrating cultural adaptability into governance frameworks. Together, these strategies aim to build a resilient and inclusive governance structure for BUMDes, enabling them to fulfill their role in future village empowerment and economic development effectively.
