Abstract

This article discusses the professional competence of Arabic language teachers in six schools in the Central Kalimantan region which have not met according to the standards set by the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 of 2007 concerning Academic Qualification Standards and Teacher Competency. This Research used the qualitative method by implementing phenomenological interviews. Through the results of the research, three Arabic teachers were found with inappropriate educational backgrounds. During the learning reflection process, the three Arabic teachers did many reflection activities to improve the quality of learning, such as evaluating learning, researching in the classroom, studying alone, observing themselves and students, attending training, being innovative, recording the learning process, analyzing students' needs, and meeting students' needs by analyzing them. The study suggests that Arabic teachers should regularly reflect to improve the quality of learning and meet professional competency standards.

Abstract

Mangga merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman buah yang berasal dari India. Mangga memiliki nama latin Mangifera indica L. dan termasuk dalam famili Anacardiacea. Perkembangan teknologi dan kecerdasan buatan telah menghadirkan berbagai inovasi ,salah satu aplikasi yang semakin berkembang adalah deteksi dan pengenalan objek menggunakan metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode CNN dalam deteksi dan pengenalan jenis buah mangga secara real-time melalui platform Android. Proses perancangan aplikasi berbasis android ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman python dengan modul Tensorflow. Jenis buah mangga yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah : Mangga Arumanis, Mangga Apel, Mangga Golek, Mangga Kweni dan Mangga GedongGincu. Pengujian ini dengan memakai citra sebanyak 5 citra sebagai citra uji dan 100 citra sebagai citra latih dari 400 total citra. Dengan akurasi pengujian model sebesar 80%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk menjelaskan strategi peningkatan produktifitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dari berbagai hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya berupa hasil telaah dari karya ilmiah artikel dan skripsi. kemudian peneliti juga melakukan penelitian langsung ke lapangan. Kemudia data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, kemudian dari analisis tersebut didapatkan temuan tentang bagaimana strategi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan produktifitas kerja karyawan yang hal tersebut ditentukan oleh beberapa aspek yang meliputi, motivasi, reward, bonus, pemberian THR dan pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh perusahaan.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of understanding how public perceptions are formed regarding Islamic accounting, particularly in the context of Islamic microfinance, which plays a crucial role in promoting financial inclusion and economic empowerment of communities in Indonesia. The objective of this study is to identify and analyze patterns of public sentiment toward Islamic microfinance through a digital sentiment analysis approach using the Brand24 tool. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method within a constructivist paradigm, with data collected non-participatively through online monitoring across various social and non-social media platforms during the period from April 19 to May 19, 2025. A total of 9,546 mentions were detected, reaching an audience of 38 million people. The analysis results showed a dominance of positive sentiment at 87%, while negative sentiment accounted for only 13%, with the BSI KUR program being the primary driver of positive sentiment. These findings indicate that public perception of Islamic accounting in microfinance is highly positive, especially when compared to similar studies that tend to yield a more balanced distribution of sentiment between positive, negative, and neutral. In this context, the number of 9,546 mentions is significant, especially since it comes from a wide audience reach and involves thousands of online conversations across various information channels, which strengthens the social validity of these findings. From an academic perspective, this study contributes to the strengthening of Islamic accounting through an understanding of public perception and serves as a basis for regulators to promote transparency and consumer protection in Islamic microfinance. In conclusion, the use of sentiment analysis technology can provide real-time insights into public opinion and has the potential to become a strategic tool in enhancing public trust and participation in Islamic financial services.
