Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Secretariat Performance of the Regional Revenue Agency of Central Sulawesi Province in the Provision of Additional Employee Income (TPP). The foundation of the theory used is the Theory of Agus Dwiyanto (2006) which states that there are four factors in evaluating performance, namely productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. This type of research is Qualitative Descriptive which seeks to interpret and interpret data that is pleasing to the facts, using purposive methods, data cursing and discussion with a qualitative analysis approach to collecting data and materials through observation and interviews with the number of 6 informants. Based on the results of the discussion that the Secretariat Performance of the Regional Revenue of Central Sulawesi Province for Productivity, Service Quality, and Responsiveness has been maximized in the Provision of Additional Employee Income (TPP). However, for responsibility and accountability it has not run optimally in the Provision of Additional Employee Income (TPP) in the Regional Revenue Agency of Central Sulawesi Province due to the discipline of employees who have not gone well.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the performance of state civil apparatus in the Secretariat of Regional People's Representatives of Central Sulawesi Province. The research applied a qualitative method. The research setting was at the Secretariat of Regional People's Representatives of Central Sulawesi Province. The informants were 5 people selected using Purposive Sampling technique. The data were gathered through observation, interview, and documentation. In this case, the researcher used Miles and Huberman analysis approach. The research findings show that the performance of state civil apparatus in the Secretariat of Regional People's Representatives of Central Sulawesi Province with indicators such as 1. Productivity shows that efficiency and effectiveness have not run maximally. 2. Service Quality shows that the satisfaction on the service given has been fulfilled. 3. Responsiveness shows that the ability of the apparatus of Regional People's Representatives of Central Sulawesi Province to recognize the needs of service receiver, arrange agenda and service priority and develop public service programs are suitable with communities needs and aspiration have been run well. 4. Responsibility shows that the programs have already been properly as the right administration principles or adjust to organization policy. 5. Accountability shows that  state civil apparatus in the Secretariat of Regional People's Representatives of Central Sulawesi Province obey to the political officials appointed by the people that marked by the accountability report.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the service quality of Funeral Home of the Member of the Employee Corps of the Republic of Indonesia in Central Sulawesi Province. He informants of the research were 6 people. The data were gathered through observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed qualitatively through Miles and Huberman  and Saldana approach namely data collection, data condensation, and drawing conclusion. The research results show that 1. Physical evidence indicates that physical facilities at Employee Corps of the Republic of Indonesia in Central Sulawesi Province are not sufficient. 2. The reliability of the ability of the Employee Corps of the Republic of Indonesia in Central Sulawesi Province to provide service as promised in accurate and accountable way with punctuality parameter, the same service for everything without mistakes have not been running well, the Employee Corps of the Republic of Indonesia in Central Sulawesi Province will show a symphatetic, and a high accuracy in providing funeral home service. 3. Responsiveness is a quick and accurate response given by the Employee Corps of the Republic of Indonesia in Central Sulawesi Province have not been implemented well although there is already clear information. 4. Assurance covers knowledge, politeness, and ability of  the Employee Corps of the Republic of Indonesia in Central Sulawesi Province to create trust has been running well. 5. Empathy is by providing sincerity attention individually or personally given by the Employee Corps of the Republic of Indonesia in Central Sulawesi Provincen and trying to understand the desire. By having understand and knowledge, understand specifically, and have a comfortable time have been implemented properly.

Abstract

This research intends to identify the management process of villagen fund allocation in Sumber Agung Villagen Mepanga Sub-district Parigi Moutong Regency. This is a case study research using qualitative approach. The location and key informant were determined using purposive sampling. Data collected were analyzed is phases based on data information from informant through observation, document, and interview. Based on research conducted it can be concluded that the application of management functions of village fund allocation in Sumber Agung Village Mepanga Sub-district Parigi Moutong Regency have not fully optimum yet. It can be seen through planning administration that has not rum well because it does not match to planning the implementation of programs and activities. Organization doing by the government in Sumber Agung village has not run based on its function and principle due to the inadequate of humann resource completence. Those problrms become main factor in affecting the implementation of management of village fund allocation. Supervising conducted by the head of village continually of periodically to this village fund has not optimally implementd.
