Abstract

There are several problems in reading. Based on findings in the field in several elementary schools, it turns out that the learning methods created by teachers in teaching reading have not been able to encourage children to want to read. This is because the method of learning to read is less interesting in reading so that children have trouble in reading. This research is qualitative research, namely research to describe the problem and research focus. This research aims to determine the use of students' use of the Digital Scratch media learning model in improving beginning reading skills in lower grades. Meanwhile, the data collection technique is triangulated as a data collection technique that combines various existing data collection techniques and data sources, namely through interviews, observation, and documentation so that the answers to problems are clear and detailed. The sample in this research were students in class I and II (low class). Based on the research results, it was concluded that the Scratch digital media learning model can reach the initial reading proficiency level from the initial reading level to the initial reading proficiency level.

Abstract

Abstract : In providing opportunities to apply theory and practice in the field, students of Jakarta State University (UNJ) are required to undergo a Field Work Practice (PKL) program tailored to the needs of their respective study programs. PKL activities for UNJ students, which were originally carried out face-to-face in the industry where they were carried out, are now carried out online, this is in accordance with the policies set by the government and universities in line with awareness of the covid-19 virus (UNJ, 2020). Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation of field work practices (PKL) during the covid-19 pandemic on the work readiness of education management study program students class of 2017, Jakarta State University. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The sample in this study were Education Management Students of State University of Jakarta Class of 2017 as students who carried out PKL during the pandemic and PKL coordinator lecturers MP UNJ 2020. The data collection techniques that researchers use are interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of field work practices (PKL) during the covid-19 pandemic for UNJ Education management students was carried out by work from home (WFH) and also work from office (WFO), namely adjusting the policies of related agencies. In its implementation, several obstacles were found in the implementation of this blended PKL.

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak provides opportunities in the field of education, especially learning on campus, to learn online. Online learning in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is a form of implementation to adapt to the rapid development of ICT. Through online learning, lecturers and students are not bound by time and space to interact with the learning process. Online learning makes use of independent teaching materials that can be accessed by anyone at any time via internet technology. Online learning will facilitate the improvement and storage of lecture materials so that updating of electronic teaching materials is easy. The purpose of this study was to describe the perceptions of ICT-based online learning among prospective educators. The research sample was 270 students of the IKIP Siliwangi. The data collection technique uses google from which consists of 10 statements. The findings in this study are students like face-to-face lectures compared to online learning, the online media that students like are cellphones, the preferred online place to study is home, the online application used by lecturers is google classroom, lecture materials are delivered by lecturers in the form of assignments. online assignments and lectures make students less understanding of course material. The obstacles experienced during online lectures include pedagogical, technologi and didactic obstacles.

Abstract

Globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi semakin memudahkan pedagang internasional, mendorong pengusaha lokal untuk melakukan ekspor dan impor. Namun kenyataannya, industri furnitur Indonesia semakin terpinggirkan di lingkup internasional. Oleh sebab itu, perlu adanya perhatian terhadap bagaimana industri furtitur Indonesia menjalankan usahanya. Satu hal yang mempengaruhi ekspor furnitur adalah bagaimana pengelolaan rantai pasok atau logistik, salah satunya terkait dengan proses stuffing produk furnitur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi review dengan cara meneliti jurnal-jurnal yang khusus mempelajari pelaksanaan kegiatan stuffing pada perusahaan furnitur di wilayah Jawa Tengah. Sebagai representasi, penelitian ini mencoba mendeskripsikan proses stuffing yang dilakukan oleh beberapa perusahaan furnitur di wilayah Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian ini membahas tentang proses stuffing, peralatan dan tenaga kerja yang digunakan, biaya dan waktu yang dibutuhkan, serta inovasi yang dikembangkan oleh beberapa perusahaan furnitur di wilayah Jawa Tengah untuk menghasilkan proses stuffing yang baik. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah proses stuffing yang dijalankan oleh beberapa perusahaan furnitur di wilayah Jawa Tengah sudah cukup baik dengan menggunakan bahan dan alat yang standar. Namun, pada beberapa perusahaan dalam proses stuffingnya terdapat melakukan perhitungan manual sehingga kurang optimal dan dapat timbul berbagai permasalahan.
