Abstract

Strategy For Empowerment Of Women’s Farmer Group Sanur Asri Lestari In The Development Of Urban Farming In Sanur Kauh Village, Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan Sanur Asri Lestari Women Farmers Group (hereafter KWT) is a women farmers organization consisting of 34 members in the village of Sanur Kauh. It is designated asKawasan Rumah Pangan Lestari (KRPL), a project that aims to increase ??green areas, realize food security, and increase family income through the utilization of vacant land and owned yard. The purpose of this research is to develop strategies and efforts to empower KWT. Research methods include (1) interviews with respondents and key informants (2) IFAS and EFAS matrix analysis, (3) formulation of alternative strategies with SWOT. The strategy that needs to be implemented is a growth strategy by introducing technological innovations such as drip irrigation. With IFAS matrix value of 3.10 and EFAS matrix value of 3.0, the IE matrix is ??in cell I (3.0 - 4.0). The result of empowering KWT proves that human development and business development are in good categories, institutional / organizational development in medium category, and environmental development in very good category. The KWT management organize activities that support group development such as hydroponic workshops to develop more diverse products while simultaneously managing the KWT garden gladually. The KWT members made direction board to go to KWT garden, they alsocreating attractive logos and packaging designs. The government or related institutions provide training and assistance to KWT.

Abstract

Manajemen usaha pembibitan di Desa Sudaji diharapkan mampu menjadi acuan dalam menjalani bisnis dibidang pertanian. Usaha pembibitan tersebut memiliki dampak positif bagi pelaku usaha dan masyarakat sekitar selain untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang optimal juga mampu membuka lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen usaha pembibitan tanaman melalui karakteristik usaha, penggunaan faktor produksi, alokasi tenaga kerja serta analisis pendapatan usaha untuk melihat keuntungan usaha pembibitan yang dijalani. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sudaji, Kecamatan Sawan, Kabupaten Buleleng pada bulan November 2022 sampai Januari 2023 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak delapan usaha pembibitan di Desa Sudaji. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis karakteristik usaha pembibitan tanaman di Desa Sudaji menunjukkan bahwa usaha tersebut termasuk dalam kategori usaha mikro berdasarkan nilai omset usaha, kepemilikan lahan, jumlah tenaga kerja sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 7 Tahun 2021 tentang Kemudahan, Pelindungan, dan Pemberdayaan Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (PP UMKM). Alokasi tenaga kerja usaha pembibitan tanaman di Desa Sudaji, Kabupaten Buleleng memanfaatkan mayoritas tenaga kerja lokal yang berasal dari Desa Sudaji maupun Desa Suwug. Saran untuk pengusaha pembibitan adalah meningkatkan promosi dan pemasaran melalui market digital serta petani diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan pengalaman yang sudah mumpuni agar dapat menanggulangi perkembangan hama dan penyakit dengan mulai mengarahkan pada pertanian organik maupun pertanian ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

In an agribusiness system involving agricultural supply chains, inventory recording is one of the economic resources that plays an important and strategic role, especially for the fresh fruit marketing chain, which is vulnerable to damage. Inventory is the main current asset for fruit traders in traditional markets with fast cash flow. This condition requires traders to manage and record inventory properly to maintain business continuity and minimize losses caused by damage or rotting of fresh fruit. However, in practice, fruit traders in the traditional market of Sayan Village have difficulty managing inventory, especially related to unorganized inventory accounting records. The purpose of this study was to analyze the inventory accounting system of fruit stall traders in the traditional market of Sayan Village, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through a survey technique with interviews of 3 respondents, who were determined by purposive sampling. The results showed that all fruit traders selling at fruit stalls in the traditional market of Sayan Village do not record inventory accounting. This results in difficulties in determining the amount of merchandise at the end of the accounting period and calculating gross profit. To make more accurate records and improve the efficiency of agricultural businesses, traders are advised to implement a periodic inventory recording system and conduct inventory assessments using the FIFO method.

Abstract

Conventional agriculture is increasingly dependent on the intensive use of chemical fertilizers. The increased use of chemical fertilizers has caused serious problems, ranging from soil fertility degradation to environmental pollution, which ultimately has a negative impact on farmers' health. On the other hand, organic farming systems have emerged as an alternative that integrates environmental conservation principles while improving the quality and added value of agricultural products. Extension plays an important role in efforts to transition to organic farming, Sugino (2021) stated that the extension approach must be arranged in such a way that farmers not only gain new knowledge but are also motivated to apply it consistently. This study aims to analyze in depth the instructional stages and motivational factors that influence the success of organic farming system extension at the Kedisan Mandiri Farmers Group in Tegallalang District, Gianyar Regency. Determination of key informants was carried out using the purposive sampling method to ensure that the selected key informants have characteristics that are appropriate and relevant to the focus of the study, namely agricultural extension and the head of the Kedisan Mandiri Farmers Group. Based on the results of data reduction and presentation, it can be concluded that the instructional stages in organic agricultural extension activities at the Kedisan Mandiri Farmer Group have been implemented systematically and contextually. Extension workers have succeeded in designing activities that are in accordance with the needs of farmers and are able to create a participatory learning atmosphere. In addition, high motivation from extension workers and participants is the main factor in the success of extension activities. External factors such as support from the village government, adequate extension facilities, and social recognition from external parties also strengthen the motivation and sustainability of the extension program.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Natural Sciences (IPA) learning model and the application of the Merdeka Belajar concept in class V of SDN 3 Kabila. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the IPA learning model, especially Project-Based Learning (PjBL), and its integration with the values ??in the Merdeka Belajar concept in class V students at SDN 3 Kabila. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study type carried out in class V of SDN 3 Kabila in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data collection in this study was carried out through semi-structured interviews with class V teachers and vice principals to obtain an overview of the implementation of science learning in the school. The results of the study show that the Project-Based Learning model is the main choice in science learning. This model is able to integrate the main values ??in the Pancasila Student Profile, such as critical and creative reasoning skills, independence, mutual cooperation, tolerance, and increased religiosity. The positive impact of the implementation of PjBL can be seen from the enthusiasm and activeness of students in participating in project-based learning. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the PjBL-based science learning model supports the concept of Independent Learning and contributes to improving the quality of science learning at SDN 3 Kabila. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji implementasi model pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) serta penerapan konsep Merdeka Belajar di kelas V SDN 3 Kabila. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan model pembelajaran IPA, khususnya Project-Based Learning (PjBL), serta integrasinya dengan nilai-nilai dalam konsep Merdeka Belajar pada siswa kelas V di SDN 3 Kabila. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di kelas V SDN 3 Kabila pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan guru kelas V dan wakil kepala sekolah untuk memperoleh gambaran implementasi pembelajaran IPA di sekolah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Project-Based Learning menjadi pilihan utama dalam pembelajaran IPA. Model ini mampu mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai utama dalam Profil Pelajar Pancasila, seperti kemampuan bernalar kritis dan kreatif, kemandirian, gotong royong, sikap toleransi, serta peningkatan religiusitas. Dampak positif dari penerapan PjBL terlihat dari antusiasme dan keaktifan siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran IPA berbasis PjBL mendukung konsep Merdeka Belajar dan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran IPA di SDN 3 Kabila.
