Abstract

â??The subakâ? which organized the distribution of water at rice fields is one of the inheritance of Bali culture. Its existence is developed because Bali society tends to increase the rice plantation. Threaten to unspoiled of â??the subakâ? is derive from various changes of social life of Bali society.The objectives of this experiment were: to observe various changes of â??the subakâ? activities which is occur after plantations of tobacco. Abstract

Sektor pertanian memegang peranan penting sebagai penyedia sandang, pangan, dan papan bagi masyarakatnya. Di Bali lahan sawah dikelola oleh petani yang bergabung dalam satu organisasi yang bernama subak. Saat ini subak sudah menghadapi banyak tantangan, dan mengalami proses marjinalisasi. Apabila kondisi ini dibiarkan begitu saja maka alih fungsi lahan sawah menjadi semakin banyak. Keterpurukan sektor pertanian juga akan berdampak negatif bagi pariwisata Bali, karena sektor pertanian merupakan produk jual bagi sektor pariwisata. Tujuan tulis ini adalah: menguraikan faktor-faktor internal dan eksternak yang berperan dalam pengembangan Subak Pulagan sebagai kawasan agrowisata serta strategi pengembangan yang cocok diterapkan pada Subak Pulagan agar mampu berkembang menjadi kawasan agrowisata.Hasil penelitian ini adalah faktor internal terdiri dari 12 parameter kekuatan dan lima parameter kelemahan. Evaluasi faktor internal menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal yang dimiliki Subak Pulagan termasuk kategori kuat. Subak Pulagan memiliki faktor eksternal yang terdiri dari lima parameter peluang dan empat parameter ancaman. Evaluasi faktor eksternal menunjukkan bahwa faktor eksternal yang ada di lingkungan Subak Pulagan termasuk kategori kuat. Terdapat enam strategi alternatif yang dihasilkan dari analisis matriks SWOT, yang menjadi prioritas utama dari enam strategi alternatif tersebut adalah Subak Pulagan sebaiknya segera melakukan koordinasi dengan Desa Tampaksiring selaku payung subak.Kata kunci: strategi, pengembangan, kawasan agribisnis, faktor internal, faktor eksternal

Abstract

Abstract Analysis of Financial Ratios Cooperatin Village Unit (KUD) Panca Satya at Dawan Subdistrict, Klungkung Regency As integral part of national economic arrangement, the cooperation have strategic position and role in order to grow public economic potency. Since relased Inpres number 18 in 1998, The KUD do not as single cooperation at subdistrict level. Government program to develop villager like distribution of fertilizer, seed and suply of paddy at this time conducted via KUD. This study aims to find out the financial ratio of KUD Panca Satya Dawan in 2009 until 2013 viewed from financial aspect and financial situation by using financial ratio like: liquidity ratio, solvability ratio and profitability ratio affecting the financial performance of this KUD were also determined. The kind of data collected data qualitative and quantitative. Data collection method used observation, interview, documentation, and the literature study. Based on financial analysis, liquidity ratio and profitability was moderate, solvability ratios was bad. Horizontal analysis viewed from sheet balance and calculation of SHU show was good. Vertical analysis measured by using balance sheet and calculation of SHU tend improvement and fluctuation. Based on this research it can be suggested is KUD of Panca Satya Dawan should improve its performance to reach maximal profit and more improve their service. Abstract

The Effect of Marketing Mix on Consumer Decisions to Buy Green Products in Ubud Organic Market, Ubud Sub-District, Gianyar Regency. Public awareness about health and the environment has led to increased market demand for green products. Ubud Organic Market is a market that provides a variety of green products to meet market demand for green products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix on consumer decisions to buy green products and the most dominant variable in influencing consumers to buy green products in the Ubud Organic Market. The sampling technique was conducted by using purposive sampling with 42 respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program.The results of this study indicate that product and price variables respectively have a positive and significant effect onpurchasing decisions of green products, while place and promotion variables have a positive but not significant effect onpurchasing decisions of green products. Product variable has a dominant influence on consumers' decision to buy green products. Ubud Organic Market organizer advised to improved product quality sold. Management of similar green market needs to be considered because it can answer consumers desire to shop more than once at Ubud Organic Market. Promotion can be done in new ways to help spread information about the market.

Abstract

Business Financial Analysis on Piggery (A Case Study of Piggery of UD Karang at Jagapati Village, Sub-District of Abiansemal, Badung)Pigs is one commodity of livestock meat producer. Pigs have qualities and abilitiesthat benefit namelyit hasfaster growth rate and also a higher number of piglets perbirth. Pork demand has improved in the area of Bali that can provide businessopportunities to UD Karang to develop a piggery by raising pigs to be fattening.Piggery business needs to do a financial analysis to determine the success of itsbusiness. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of a piggery interms of financial aspects and the obstacles being faced. This research was conductedon a piggery of UD. Karang located in the village of Jagapati, AbiansemalSubdistrict of Badung Regency. The analytical methods used were quantitative andqualitative methods. The study results and the conclusions showed that the piggery ofUD Karang is financially feasible with NPV value of Rp 452, 693. 850, thenet valueof B/C of 1.3 and the IRR of 74.62%. The obstacles faced by the piggery of UDKarang namely respiratory disease in swine livestock, price fluctuations, andenvironmental pollution. Suggestions given to UD Karang that it should work withthe Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health, add good quality feed soas to meet the nutritional needs of the animals, and the pig manure should befermentedto be utilized as biogas.

Abstract

Effect of Consumer Satisfaction on Brand Image of Cap Bunga Flamboyant Coffee (A Study in the Village Community of Landih, Bangli District, Bangli Regency) This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of consumer satisfaction on a brand image and the magnitude of the effect of customer satisfaction on the strength of brand associations, the uniqueness of brand associations, and the superiority of brand associations on Cap Bunga Flamboyant Coffee in the Landih Village, Bangli District, Bangli Regency. The analytical method used was quantitative-descriptive analysis. Data collection was done by observation,interview, and documentation. Selection of key informants and number of sample determination were done by purposive method. The sample used in this studyamounted to 50 samples. The variables in this study were the effect of consumer satisfaction on the brand image of Cap Bunga Flamboyant Coffee with theindicators used were customer values, customer responses, and customer perception using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis ofthe equation model formed was Y = 0,149 + 0,919X indicating the value of customer satisfaction on the Cap Bunga Flamboyant Coffee gave a positiveimpression so that placing a strong brand image and brand image of Cap Bunga Flamboyant Coffee would always be remembered, and ultimately consumeropportunities for repurchase the Cap Bunga Flamboyant Coffee brand became very large, which was followed by the strength of the increasingly strong brandassociation with a value of +0,875, the uniqueness of the brand association which was getting higher with a value of +0,921, and the superiority of the brandassociation which was getting better with the value of +0,952 assuming ceteris paribus or other factors that affect the brand image of Cap Bunga FlamboyantCoffee to remain constant.

Abstract

Abstract Noble values ??contained in Subak finally set to make UNESCO as World Cultural Heritage in need of protection. The challenge is not only coming from the onslaught of tourism alone but the biggest challenge comes from farmers themselves, namely the lack of interest of young generation to carry on the profession as a farmer. This led to concerns about the sustainability and preservation of the water control system. Subak as one of the world's cultural heritage contained in Sub Sukawati Gianyar regency which Subak Kulub Atas, Subak Kulub Bawah, and Subak Pulagan. Very important for the socialization of Subak as a world heritage, especially on the definition and management to the surrounding communities and the general location of the high school students in the District Sukawati Gianyar regency. Service activities that have been conducted in SMU 1 Sukawati, these students showed enthusiasm in listening to the material that we provide. After counseling, community service our team provides time for students to discuss around the water control system and world heritage, and there are many students who are interested and ask questions about how to preserve Subak and what they should do as the younger generation. As their young people are less interested in working in the agricultural sector, but they have the desire to preserve subak. Keywords: subak, world cultural heritage, agricultural

Abstract

Marketing Analysis of Sweet Corn Produced by Farmers of Subak Delod Sema, Kesiman Petilan Village, East Denpasar District, Denpasar City Sweet corn is an agricultural commodity that has the potential to provide high profits if it is cultivated effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the institutional, function, channel and marketing efficiency of sweet corn that are cultivated by farmers in Subak Delod Sema, Kesiman Petilan Village, East Denpasar District, Denpasar City. The number of respondents in this study is 35 out of 177 farmers that was determined by using the Slovin method. The results show that on average, to market their products, farmers sell their sweet corn through two channels, namely (1) farmer producers - collectors - consumers; (2) farmer producers - collectors - retailers (market) - consumers. The results show that not all marketing agencies in these marketing channels perform marketing functions. Both marketing channels can be said to be efficient when viewed from the farmer's share. The marketing margin value is Rp. 400, - / seed for marketing channel I and Rp. 600, - / seed for marketing channel II.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Value Chain Of Granola Potatoes In The Candikuning Village, Sub-District Of Baturiti, Tabanan Regency The value chain of commodity of potetoes is all activities done to its distribution to the end consumers. The mean problems faced by the majority of horticultue farmers or long marketing distribution chain, obstacles in the supply of seeds, in ability to meet the consumer’s demands, the weakness of infrastructur, in adequate facilities, the unpredictable weather conditions, the perishable goods, and the price fluctuation. The objective of the study is to find out the value chain of commodity of potatoes in the Village of Candikuning, the Sub-district of Baturiti, Tabanan Regency. The production system that is carried out by the potato’s farmers starting from soil preparation to post harvest. The research findings show that there are four types of different marketing channels. The marketing margins for each type of marketing channels were also different. The first marketing channel margin was IDR 7.750 which was the biggest margin because of its lomger channel of distribution, while the smallest margin was for the fourth channel because of the shortest channel of distribution namely IDR.4.000. farmers are expected to make a stronger cooperation with the marketing institutions in order to get more information on price of product and to make a better coordination of product distribution to avoid price monopoly in the marketing channels of potatoes. Abstract

Farming cassava analysis of Gajah varieties(Case study in farmer livestock group Kerti Winangun,Bukti Village, Kubutambahan Sub-District, Buleleng Regency)Cassava is one of crops that economically potential to be developed in order to meet food needs in addition to rice. Village of Bukti, Sub-District of Kubutambahan, is one of the cassava production centers in Buleleng, but the locally developed cassava waslower in its production and productivity. In order to improve the productivity and production of cassava, the Farmers Group of Kerti Winangun of Bukti Village have developed superior cassava varieties of Gajah. This study aimed to determine the revenue, R / C ratio, and the constraints of farming cassava varieties of Gajah by the Farmers Group of Kerti Winagun at Bukti Village. The choice of location was done purposively and to determine the respondents, it was conducted by census. The results of the research of farm cassava varietiesof Gajah in the planting season of 2015 shows that the production cost of Rp. 15,738,424.00, with the revenue amounting to Rp. 47,367,300.00, which generated revenues of Rp. 31,628,876.00 per hectare with R / C ratio of 3.00 means that farming is profitable or feasible to proceed. Technical constraints faced were limited cassava seeds, and the attack of white pest. Economic constraint was the lower price of potatoes soggy in the market. Climate constraint was the low rainfall. Farmers are advised to take advantage of cuttings of cassava of Gajah varieties of the previous harvest, to perform processing of crops so as to increase the sale value, as well as building ponds to collect rain water for watering plants that can be helpful in the dry season.
