Abstract

Life expectancy is one of the indicators used to evaluate the government’s performance in improving the well-being of the population. High life expectancy in an area indicates that people in the area have been assured of health and poverty has been well overcome, and vice versa. Based on national socioeconomic survey (SUSENAS) data, showing life expectancy in East Java Province from 2009 to 2013 increased by 69.15 years to 70,19 years. Although overall life expectancy in East Java province has increased, there are still some areas that have life expectancy below 65 years. This is not from the different characteristics of each religion. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to model life expectancy in East Java using semiparametric regression with a mixed estimator of Spline Truncated and Fourier Series.  Based on the research that has been done, the results that modeling the data of life expectancy using mixed estimator of Spline Truncated and Fourier Series produced a value of R2 of 99,62% which means that the predictor variables are able to explain the response variabel life expectancy of 99.62%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran akuntansi terhadap minat jurusan akuntansi di perguruan tinggi negeri pada siswa kelas XII program IPS UPT. SMAN 1 Takalar. Variabel penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran akuntansi sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan minat jurusan akuntansi sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII Program IPS UPT. SMAN 1 Takalar yang terdiri dari kelas XII IPS 1, XII IPS 2, XII IPS 3, dan XII IPS 4 yang berjumlah 129 siswa, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Sampling Total, sampel dari populasi diperoleh dari seluruh jumlah populasi dengan sampel sebanyak 129 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase, uji instrumen dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS 25 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana diperoleh Y’ = 4,773 + 1,572X. Nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 1,572, berarti bahwa jika variabel pembelajaran akuntansi (X) ditambahkan satu satuan, maka variabel minat jurusan akuntansi (Y) meningkat sebesar 4,773 satuan. Dari hasil analisis Koefisien determinasi (r^2) diperoleh 0,353 atau 35,3%. Hal ini berarti pengaruh pembelajaran akuntansi terhadap minat jurusan akuntansi sebesar 35,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 64,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Selanjutnya uji-t diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05 yang berarti pembelajaran akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat jurusan akuntansi. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis penelitian ini diterima.
