Abstract

STEAM is a new innovation in the era of disruption in the world of education. which is an integrative thematic learning, scientific approach and technology-based, STEAM Method is a unit of learning to improve critical and creative thinking skills that can be carried out by all educational fields including early childhood education, and this STEAM learning method uses loose-based media parts which are used to stimulate children's creativity. The purpose of this study is to develop the learning process using STEAM and loose part based learning methods. And to increase creativity and critical thinking in children is characterized by children able to solve problems and be able to make connections with the surrounding environment. Using a loose part based STEAM learning method that is able to develop creativity and critical thinking of children. Children's creativity can be seen from how to play, explore and have creative thinking skills and fluent, critical thinking skills that we can see in analyzing a problem, can explore in detail and systematically

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan selama pandemi Covid-19 melakukan pembelajaran secara online atau dalam jaringan (daring), sesuai dengan kebijakan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Permendikbud Nomor 4 Tahun 2020. Adanya pembelajaran secara daring dimasa pandemi Covid-19 memberikan tantangan khusus bagi guru. Guru secara paedagogik harus tetap melaksanakan perannya untuk memotivasi dan mendorong kreatifitas anak usia dini dalam proses belajar, meskipun tanpa harus bertatap muka secara langsung dengan peserta didik. Selain itu, guru dituntut lebih komunikatif terhadap peserta didiknya, sebab guru tidak dapat mengontrol secara langsung peserta didik saat mengerjakan tugas-tugas yang diberikan oleh guru dalam proses belajar. Supaya tujuan pembelajaran tercapai dengan baik. Yang juga sangat penting adalah bahwa harus kompeten dalam membangun kerjasama dengan orang tua. Semua peran tersebut harus dilakukan dengan mediasi perangkat teknologi dan oleh karenanya guru secara personal harus menguasai teknologi informasi dan komunikasi terbarukan. Artikel ini akan membahas kualifikasi, peran guru dalam pembelajaran daring di RA ICP Nurul Ulum Bojonegoro selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif analisis diskriptif, pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara secara mendalam dan dokumentasi dari yang didapatkan peneliti saat dilapangan. Penulisan artikel ini dilakukan agar guru semakin mengerti dan mengetahui perannya serta menerapkan model pembelajaran yang bervariasi dalam proses pembelajaran secara daring. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat Sembilan peran guru dalam pembelajaran dalam jaringan selama pandemi Covid-19. During the Covid-19 pandemic, educational institutions conducted online or online learning, in accordance with the policies stipulated by Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 4 of 2020. Online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic presented special challenges for teachers. Pedagogically, teachers must continue to carry out their role to motivate and encourage the creativity of young children in the learning process, even without having to meet face to face with students. Apart from that, teachers are required to be more communicative with their students, because teachers cannot directly control students when working on tasks given by the teacher in the learning process. So that learning objectives are achieved well. What is also very important is that you must be competent in building cooperation with parents. All of these roles must be carried out with the mediation of technological devices and therefore teachers must personally master renewable information and communication technology. This article will discuss the qualifications and role of teachers in online learning at RA ICP Nurul Ulum Bojonegoro during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is the qualitative method of descriptive analysis, data collection by means of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation of what researchers obtain in the field. This article was written so that teachers better understand and understand their role and apply various learning models in the online learning process. Based on the research results, it shows that there are nine teacher roles in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Delays in speech development in early childhood remain a prevalent developmental issue that impedes children’s ability to communicate and socialize effectively. This study investigates the implementation of speech therapy interventions for children with speech delay at the Smart Edu Tuban Inclusive Kindergarten (KB), focusing on the intervention process, supporting and inhibiting factors. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a single case study design, data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation involving key informants: the principal, a teacher-therapist, a parent, and a student with speech delay. The study reveals two main forms of intervention: (1) strengthening the speech organs through massage, brushing, and breath exercises, and (2) repetitive verbal training using visual aids. These methods are structured in four stages: initial assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Supporting factors include complete therapeutic facilities, active parental involvement in reinforcing therapy at home, and the therapist’s competence. Inhibiting factors include children’s difficulty in articulating words and fluctuations in mood during therapy sessions. The findings highlight the importance of combining motoric stimulation and verbal repetition strategies within a structured and individualized therapy program. This case also underscores the critical role of environmental support, particularly from parents and educators, in enhancing therapeutic outcomes. The study contributes to understanding how inclusive early childhood institutions can develop adaptive therapeutic practices. However, as a single-case design, the findings cannot be generalized broadly. Further research with larger participant pools and experimental design is needed to assess the effectiveness of various intervention models and their applicability across diverse settings. Strengthening inter-institutional collaboration and integrating emotional support mechanisms are recommended to optimize therapy outcomes for children with speech delays.

Abstract

Pengelolaan limbah pertanian merupakan salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat pedesaan, termasuk di Desa Ngarum, di mana limbah kulit jagung banyak dihasilkan pasca panen. Limbah ini sering kali tidak dimanfaatkan secara optimal, sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan kepada masyarakat mengenai pengelolaan limbah kulit jagung dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan limbah tersebut secara ekonomis dan ramah lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan meliputi ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung dalam pembuatan produk-produk kerajinan tangan seperti anyaman tas dan hiasan rumah dari kulit jagung. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, masyarakat Desa Ngarum diharapkan mampu mengelola limbah kulit jagung secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan, serta mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Pelatihan ini juga membuka peluang bagi pengembangan usaha mikro di desa, yang berpotensi meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Kata kunci: kerajinan, limbah kulit jagung, desa ngarum
