Abstract

The purpose of the research and assistance carried out in Sidomukti Village, Kenduruan Sub-District, Tuban District was to make farmers independent for seed sovereignty, production sovereignty, and market sovereignty. The method used was Participatory Action Research. The results obtained are that agriculture is a very crucial field in the lives of Indonesian people. Therefore, the number of innovations and assistance carried out to build or increase agricultural capacity is absolutely necessary. In addition, collaboration between parties will be very helpful in the process of independence in the agricultural sector, both in the fields of seeds, production, and markets. For further researchers and assistants, it is hoped that they can carry out more in-depth research, this is because the research and assistance carried out is only in a fairly short time, so that the implementation evaluation process cannot be carried out optimally. In addition, collaboration from multi stakeholders continues to provide further assistance, especially in collaboration with government agencies, where one of the missions carried out by the current Regent is to increase the added value of the agricultural sector widely, where one of the work programs is one village. one priority, village cooperation, logistical support, and strengthening food security. So that multi-stakeholder cooperation will be established in Sidomukti Village.

Abstract

Data kekerasan anak yang terjadi sebelum pandemi Covid-19 sesuai dengan yang terdapat di laporan UNICEF tahun 2015 menyatakan bahwa kekerasan terhadap anak terjadi secara luas di Indonesia; yakni 40% anak berusia 13-15 tahun melaporkan pernah diserang secara fisik sedikitnya satu kali dalam setahun, 26% melaporkan pernah mendapat hukuman fisik dari orang tua atau pengasuh anak di rumah, dan 50% anak melaporkan bully di sekolah. Data yang dihimpun oleh SIMFONI KEMEN PPA (Sistem Informasi Kementerian Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak), KemenPPPA telah menerima 4.116 laporan kasus kekerasan terhadap anak, dan laporan terbanyak adalah kasus kekerasan seksual. Pada bulan Januari hingga Mei 2020, telah terjadi kasus kekerasan terhadap anak sebanyak 68 korban eksploitasi, 76 korban TPPO, 346 korban penelantaran anak, 979 korban kekerasan psikis, 1.111 korban kekerasan fisik serta korban kekerasan seksual menduduki 2.556. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 atas perubahan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002, penyelenggaraan perlindungan anak harus mampu memenuhi terwujudnya penyelenggaraan hak-hak anak terhadap masalah sosial, kesehatan dan perlindungan khusus.

Abstract

Abstract, the success of the learning process can’t be separated from the ability of teachers to develop learning models oriented to build effective intensity of student involvement in the learning process. Therefore, it is necessary to have a method or approach to learning. In this case, one approach to learning t is Holistic. This holistic have been applied in al-Izzah high school Batu, this school has a learning model that is comprehensive (holistic) and train the learners more active to improve the diversity of learners through Islamic education in shaping meta-cognition that lead learners achieve learning objectives. To prove this, it is necessary to study further the research study, for which researchers interested in conducting research on the holistic learning model in the subject of PAI. In this study, there are three objectives are: 1) Assess the holistic approach to learning on the PAI subjects in SMA al-Izzah Batu. 2) Assess the holistic learning strategies on PAI subjects in SMA al-Izzah Batu. 3) Assess the holistic learning method on PAI subjects in SMA al-Izzah Batu. 4) Assess evaluation in holistic learning on PAI subjects in SMA al-Izzah Batu. This research is qualitative research, case study method. al-Izzah senior high school selected as the research object because it has implemented Holistic as a model, especially in PAI learning, learning combines Islamic spiritual and intellectual development of students. Data obtained by interview), observations and documents. Data analysis using data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions or verification. There are four results are: (1) a holistic approach to learning on PAI subjects in SMA al-Izzah leads student in centered teaching; (2) a holistic learning strategies on PAI subjects in SMA al-Izzah lead to active learning; (3) holistic learning method on PAI subjects in SMA al-Izzah used the lecture method, discussion, question and answer, assignment and others; and (4) evaluation of learning in high school holistic al-Izzah based daily tests, repeat monthly, midterms, final exams, student behavior in schools, dormitories and houses.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk mengenalkan kepada masyarakat luas tentang pemanfaatan limbah serbuk kayu untuk dijadikan pupuk kompos.. Kegiatan pengabdian PKM ini menggunakan pendekatan pemberdayaan masyarakat partisipatif atau Participatory Action Research (PAR) yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang melibatkan secara aktif semua pihak-pihak yang relevan dalam mengkaji tindakan yang sedang berlangsung dimana pengalaman mereka sendiri sebagai persoalan dalam rangka melakukan perubahan dan perbaikan ke arah yang lebih baik. Dari kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, peserta kegiatan yaitu mencari titik utama yang menjadi masalah terbesar di masyarakat setempat, kemudian tim KKN-PAR melakukan sosialisasi dan aksi dari masalah yang telah disepakati. Setelah itu pendampingan terhadap masyarakat. Di Desa Kedungmulyo ini, selain mata pencaharian masyarakat sebagai petani, sebagian besar pula bekerja dalam bidang industri meubel. Di industri meubel, banyak sekali limbah dari serbuk kayu yang belum tersentuh tangan masyarakat. Hal ini disebabkan masih rendahnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pengolahan limbah sebuk kayu meubel, Selain itu juga didukung tindakan masyarakat yang lebih memilih cara cepat untuk menjualnya. Dari pemaparan di atas, tim KKN PAR mengadakan inovasi tentang pemanfaatan limbah serbuk kayu meubel untuk meningkatkan harga jual dan kualitas produk sehingga bisa meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Kedungmulyo.

Abstract

Perancangan desain interior kelas ini menggunakan pendekatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Perancangan interior ruang kelas dilakukan di TK Al Hikmah NU Tuban yang telah dibatasi pada elemen interior terutama pada penataan kelas, menghias kelas atau lay out, mengecat dinding kelas, furniture dan mempertimbangkan pemilihan warna secara psikologis yang disesuaikan dengan kegiatan yang ada di dalam kelas. Tema PKM desain interior menggunakan tema alam semesta dan alat transportasi. Tidak terdapat mural dan lukisan dinding disetiap sudut sekolah dan beberapa pembahasan lainya yang mana hal tersebut dapat menghsilakn suasana sekaolah TK yang nayaman serta terkesan alami.  Tujuan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di TK Al Hikmah Muslimat NU Tuban ini untuk membantu Lembaga dalam merancang interior kelas yang bersifat edukatif dan rekreatifnsesuai dengan tumbuh kembang anak, sehingga aktivitas belajar siswa bisa membuat suasana yang nyaman sekaligus menarik bagi siswa. Penelitian yang digunakan ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan mengambil TK Al hikmah Muslimat NU Sidorejo Tuban sebagai obyek penelitian. Untuk pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengamati dan melihat pada desain interior, wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, Pendidik, dan dokumentasi di TK Al Hikmah Muslimat NU Sidorejo Tuban.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan kedisiplinan siswa Kelompok Bermain Az-Zahra Ngrojo Bangilan Tuban melalui pembiasaan salat duha beserta faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelompok Bermain Az-Zahra berjumlah 20 anak yang terbagi atas 10 siswa kelompok A dan 10 siswa kelompok B . Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Penerapan salat duha di Kelompok Bermain Az-Zahra dilakukan setiap hari Kamis. Dilakukan berjamaah mulai pukul 08.10 WIB setelah siswa mengambil wudu secara bergiliran. Pada prosesnya guru bergiliran menjadi imam sesuai jadwal sedang guru lainnya mendampingi dan mengamati siswa saat pelaksanaan salat duha sampai doa bersama selesai. (2) Perkembangan kedisiplinan siswa Kelompok Bermain Az-Zahra pada Kelompok B yang sudah lebih dulu melaksanakan salat duha pada tahun pelajaran sebelumnya sudah berkembang sesuai harapan, sedangkan kelompok A yang baru melaksanakan salat duha pada tahun pelajaran ini masih belum berkembang. Jadi pembiasaan salat duha belum efektif diterapkan dalam waktu singkat. (3) Faktor yang mendukung penerapan pembiasaan salat duha di antaranya, adanya dukungan dari semua pihak sekolah, orang tua/wali murid dan masyarakat sekitar, kerja sama yang baik antara guru dan orang tua, kelancaran komunikasi antara guru dan orang tua baik secara langsung atau lewat alat komunikasi dan Kematangan usia peserta didik. Adapun faktor yang menghambat di antaranya, kemandirian dan kepercayaan diri siswa yang masih belum berkembang, kurangnya kepedulian orang tua jika ada informasi lewat telepon seluler dan keadaan emosi peserta didik yang berubah-ubah.

Abstract

The reason for the research at TK Dharma Wanita Saringembat, this institution has a public relations management and has a quality education marketing strategy every year to attract users of educational services. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study include: (1) the role of public relations management includes: a) making institutional programs b) helping to publish institutional programs c) being a mediator between school institutions and the community. (2) Public relations strategies in increasing the promotion of new student admissions include: planning stages a) creating a PPDB team b) determining the place, time, and cost c) selecting promotional media. Implementation stages a) establish cooperation or MOU b) distribution of brochures and pamphlets c) installation of banners d) apply social media. Evaluation stages a) holding an evaluation meeting according to a predetermined schedule 2) evaluating social media and PPDB programs that are less effective. (3) the constraints of public relations in improving the quality of promotion of new student admissions a) lack of admin staff b) the lack of social media applications owned.

Abstract

This community service is carried out to introduce the wider community to the manufacture of vegetable pesticides. This service activity uses a participatory community empowerment approach or Participatory Action Research (PAR). PAR is an approach to research that encourages researchers and people who benefit from research to work together fully in all stages of research. From the activities that have been carried out, activity participants look for the main points that are the biggest problems in the local community, then the KKN-PAR team carries out socialization and action on the agreed problems. After that, assistance to the community. In Mojoagung village, the biggest source of income is a farmer. The main problem of the people in Mojoagung village is the lack of creativity of Mojoagung Village residents in dealing with hereng pests. The people of Mojoagung village still use chemical pesticides to deal with planthopper pests even though in the village environment there are several plants that can be used as ingredients for making vegetable pesticides. However, in Mojoagung Village the use of plant-based pesticides has not been implemented due to a lack of knowledge regarding the manufacture of plant-based pesticides so that people prefer to use chemical pesticides. Based on the explanation above, the KKN-PAR team held an empowerment program regarding the manufacture of plant-based pesticides by utilizing local plant-based materials.

Abstract

This study is about wedding culture on Songo Ramadlan night in Parengan Tuban, East Java. In this research location, there is a wedding tradition called malem songo that has been passed down from generation to generation and it is not known for certain when this tradition was first implemented.. Seeing this, the researcher carried out research with the aim of (1) knowing the factors that cause marriages to occur on the night of the 29th of the month of Ramadan in the community of Parengan District, Tuban Regency (2) to find out the perspective of customary law and Islamic law on the occurrence of marriages on the night of the 29th of Ramadhan in the people of Parengan District, Tuban Regency. This research uses a type of empirical legal research where all information is obtained from documentation and interviews, using a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the data collected is primary data, namely interviews with Parengan District KUA officials, figures and several community members who held weddings at Night Songo and secondary data from books that have relevance in research, which is then edited, checked and compiled carefully and arranged in such a way analyzed. The results of this research show that getting married at night songo has become a tradition and is deeply rooted in the people of Parengan District, which is considered to bring blessings in Javanese culture and is seen as a form of local wisdom. Therefore, the implementation of this marriage is to avoid complications, because the Songo Ramadhan night is not regulated by religious principles or Javanese law.

Abstract

Anak usia dini merupakan masa emas (golden age). Pada usia ini masa perkembangannya adalah diamati. Media pembelajaran akan membantu keefektifan proses pembelajaran dalam penyampaiannya pesan dan isinya. Terkadang guru mengabaikan penggunaan media pembelajaran, padahal alat teknologi informasi dalam media pembelajaran khususnya media audio – visual dapat terapan. Penggabungan TI dalam pedagogi bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan motivasi anak-anak dan memfasilitasi pemahaman. Prosedur selanjutnya yang melibatkan pemanfaatan media audio-visual dalam instruksi mencakup persiapan bahan-bahan penting seperti notebook, proyektor, sistem suara, kabel, dan video presentasi. Selain itu, sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa siswa duduk dalam posisi yang nyaman, memungkinkan mereka untuk sepenuhnya terlibat dengan konten video. Guru menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran dan teknik instruksional, kemudian memungkinkan siswa untuk melihat presentasi. Setelah ini, siswa diberikan pertanyaan tambahan yang berkaitan dengan konten video, sehingga mendorong pemahaman dan retensi pengetahuan.
