Abstract

Perkembangan penduduk Indonesia diprediksikan meningkat dua kali lipat sampai tahun 2050, yaitu sekitar 430 juta jiwa dengan asumsi pertambahan penduduk sebesar 1,5% per tahun. Jumlah penduduk yang semakin banyak ini tentunya memiliki dampak terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan.Koefisien jalur pengaruh variabel produksi pertanian (Y1), variabel lahan sawah (Y2) dan variabel populasi penduduk (Y3) terhadap Ketahanan Pangan sebesar 0.799, 1.023 dan 0,900 secara berurutan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa produksi pertanian (Y1), variabel lahan sawah (Y2) dan variabel populasi penduduk (Y3) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Ketahanan Pangan (Z). Hal ini terlihat dari koefisien jalur yang bertanda positif sebesar 0.799, 1.023 dan 0,900 dengan nilai critical ratio (CR) sebesar 6,979 (lebih besar dari 1,96) dan diperoleh probabilitas signifikansi (p) sebesar <0,001. Nilai ini lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi (a) yang ditentukan yaitu 0,05.Dengan melihat hasil analisa tren ketahanan pangan dalam aspek produksi pangan, selama ini nilai produksi senantiasa mengalami penurunan secara umum, sehingga pemenuhan produksi pangan hanya 80% saja dan meninggalkan kekurangan rata-rata sebesar 20% setiap tahun yang harus dipenuhi dengan cara impor dari Negara lain. Hal ini jika dilihat dari parameter yang ada ternyata dari sisi produksi pertanian saja masih belum memenuhi kebutuhan pangan nasional, ditambah tingkat produktivitas sebesar 72% yang diharapkan bisa 100% bahkan dengan konsep vertical farming diharapkan bisa mencapai angka optimal yaitu 100%, kemudian aspek lahan sawah yang memiliki nilai pengurangan yang cukup signifikan, penyusutan luas panen lahan padi nasional pada tahun 2010 menyusut seluas 12,63 ribu hektar atau 0,1% total luas lahan. Secara keseluruhan, lahan pertanian di Indonesia berkurang 27 ribu hektar pertahun. Sehingga, penurunan luas panen tidak hanya terjadi pada padi, tetapi juga pada komoditas lainnya. Ketahanan pangan sangat erat kaitannya dengan ketahanan nasional, stabilitas ekonomi, terutama dari produksi pangan, lahan pertanian dan populasi penduduk. Pemantapan ketahanan pangan dilakukan dengan peningkatan ketersediaan pangan di tingkat rumah tangga dengan mengembangkan komoditas lokal, peningkatan produktivitas pertanian melalui akselerasi pemanfaatan teknologi sesuai dengan kapasitas SDM setempat, pembinaan dan pendampingan secara intensif dan berkelanjutan pada program pemberdayaan masyarakat, menguatkan jejaring kerja dan komikomitmen seluruh pemangku kepentingan terhadap upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui peningkatan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to see the effect of Indonesia's interest rates, inflation, DAR and ROA on stock prices. This type of research is quantitative research, uses a deductive approach and is descriptive in nature. The population of the property and real estate sector has 52 companies, within 5 years, so the data totaled 155.          The results of this study show that simultaneously SBI, inflation, DAR and ROA have a significant effect on stock prices. Partially, only ROA has a positive / significant effect on the stock price. Other variables, namely SBI, inflation and DAR do not affect the stock price. The amount of stock price variation that can be explained by the independent variable used is 18.3%, the remaining 81.7% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio on stock prices, the effect of Firm Size on stock prices, the effect of Return On Equity on Stock Prices, the effect of Earning Per Share on Stock Prices, and the influence of Current Ratio, Firm Size, Return On Equity, and Earning Per Share simultaneously on stock prices in the 5 year period, 2014-2018. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive statistical analysis type. The population in this study amounted to 150 companies. This study uses financial statement data with time series for the last 5 years published from www.idx.co.id. In this study, the sample selection used purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study contained 49 companies in the last 5 years with a total sample quantity of 245 manufacturing companies. The results of this study indicate that partially Current Ratio and Return On Equity have no and insignificant effect on stock prices of manufacturing companies. Partially Firm Size and Earning Per Share have a positive and significant effect on stock prices of manufacturing companies. Meanwhile, the independent variable Current Ratio, Firm Size, Return On Equity, and Earning Per Share simultaneously have a significant effect on the variable stock price of manufacturing companies.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test and analyze the relationship between operating costs, accounts payable and sales to net income in the Food & Beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2018 period. This type of research is quantitative research with a deductive approach and descriptive research characteristics. The total population of 18 companies with purposive sampling technique obtained a sample of 12 companies. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The test results show that operating costs, accounts payable and sales have an effect on net income. The partial test results are operating costs and sales have a positive effect on net income and trade payables have a negative effect on net income. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the influence of the variables used in explaining the dependent variable is 83.6%, the rest is influenced by other variables of 16.4%.

Abstract

Study this aim to test and analyze the influence of the role of brand ambassadors, event marketing and digital marketing on the purchasing decisions of shopee users. The type of research isafdquantitative by number of samples research that is 100 consumers. The conclusion from the results of this study is the results of the Latent Variable 1 hypothesis test, namely the brand ambassador has a path coefficient value of 0.525 and a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis is accepted or fragmented by positive and significant dominance. The results of the Latent Variable 2 hypothesis test that event marketing has a path coefficient value of 0.280 and a p-value of 0.003 <0.05 so that it partially has a positive effect. The results of the Latent Variable 3 hypothesis test, namely digital marketing has a path coefficient value of 0.141 with a p-value of 0.157> 0.05 and a t-statistic of 1.418 so that fragmentation does not have a positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

As an era advances, the role of humans is increasingly being replaced by technology. Start-up companies are clear evidence that technology has become increasingly advanced in this world. The aim of this research was to test how much influence roe, equity and der have on company value in start-up companies registered on Yahoo Finance for the 2019-2021 period. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Yahoo finance is a source of obtaining data used in research with data analysis using eviews 12. The amount of data used is 17 start-up companies on Yahoo Finance. Company value is important information for investors when investing in a company. Company profits are influenced by many factors that can increase which become benchmarks for investors

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, and capital structure on firm value in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index with corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable. The research design used is the casual design method. The population used in this study were companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2019-2021 period. purposive sampling technique was used in sampling so that 41 companies were obtained by analyzing data as many as 123 samples. The data analysis technique used is panel data analysis using the E-views program. The results showed that dividend policy has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, capital structure has a negative and significant effect on firm value, corporate social responsibility cannot moderate the effect of dividend policy on firm value, corporate social responsibility can moderate the effect of capital structure on firm value.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic in early 2020 has caused a decline in the value of banking companies in Indonesia. The limited space for people to move due to government policies has an impact on reducing economic activity and disrupting bank performance in providing credit. This study was conducted to determine the effect of profitability and liquidity on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. The population in this study were 47 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation time of 4 years. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling, and the number of samples obtained was 12 banking companies. The data analysis method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using SMART PLS 4. Based on the research results, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value while liquidity has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, dividend policy cannot moderate the effect of profitability and liquidity on the value of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how Tokopedia users in Medan City behave financially in relation to their age, income, and level of financial knowledge. The Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analytical method is used in this quantitative study. One hundred respondents who shop on Tokopedia in Medan were given questionnaires in order to collect data. The findings show that while age has no discernible effect on financial behavior, income and financial knowledge do. Age, income, and financial literacy all account for 89.4% of the variation in financial behavior, according to the R-Square value of 0.894. These results demonstrate how better income management and financial literacy can assist people in making more informed financial decisions. To improve the community's financial well-being, effective income management techniques and financial education are crucial.

Abstract

This study was carried out in Medan City at PT Bank Sumut Central. The aim of this study was to ascertain the degree of PT Bank Sumut Medan City Center customers' interest in using mobile banking, as well as the advantages of doing so and their financial behavior with regard to Generation Z. The reason mobile banking is so simple to use is that generation Z can pick up the basics of using it quickly since the system is intuitive, clear, and uncomplicated. This study used a quantitative approach, processing data from 150 generation Z clients through the use of SPSS. The study's findings show that interest in using mobile banking (X1) did not have a significant effect, at least not in the partial sense (t test). favorable and noteworthy impact on the financial behavior of Generation Z (Y). This is evident from the significance value obtained (1.000 > 0.05) and the computed t value, which is less than the t table (0.000 < 1.986), indicating that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. The Benefits of Using Mobile Banking (X2) did not significantly and favorably affect Generation Z's financial behavior (Y), according to partial data (t test). This is evident from the significance value obtained (1.000 > 0.05) and the computed t value, which is less than the t table (0.000 < 1.986), indicating that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted
