Abstract

Calamus acehensis (Rustiami), known as Aceh jernang rattan, is an endemic plant with high economic value in Aceh Province. This jernang produces red resin from its fruit which is used as a natural dye for rattan handicrafts as well as in traditional medicine, such as wound medicine, headaches, and post-natal pilis. The advantage of C. acehensis over other jernang species lies in its rapid growth and high resin production at a young age. At the age of two years, the plant has reached a height of two meters and started to bear fruit. Distinctive morphological features include stem internodes up to 50 cm, leaves up to 2 meters long, petioles 35 cm long, and black leaf sheaths with long and dense spines. This study aims to assess pollen morphology to determine its pollination system and taxonomic status. Pollen samples were taken from C. acehensis growing in Rieseh Tengoh Village, Aceh and from cultivation in Jambi. Analysis was conducted using a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) at the UGM Integrated Research and Testing Laboratory. Results showed that both samples had small pollen size, 1.212 µm (Aceh) and 1.116 µm (Jambi), with a single monocolpate aperture shape and flat exine ornamentation. These characteristics indicate the potential for wind-assisted cross-pollination (xenogamy) (anemogamy), providing important insights for the conservation and cultivation of Acehnese jernang.

Abstract

In this study, the problem that can be seen is the decline in achievement obtained by Taekwondo athletes Dojang UNP. This study aims to determine the extent of the physical condition of the taekwondo athletes at Dojang UNP. Researchers conducted research on Taekwondo athletes Dojang UNP. This type of research is descriptive. This research was conducted in the parking lot of the Al-Azhar Mosque UNP Padang in January and February 2021. The population of this study was 35 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, so the number of samples in this study were 10 people, 5 male athletes and 5 female athletes. The instrumentation in this study are: 1) vertical jump test, 2) flexion of trunk, and 3) bleep test. The data analysis technique used in this study was the percentage descriptive analysis technique p = f / n × 100%. The results of this study were: 1) The level of leg muscle explosions of the Taekwondo athlete Dojang UNP Padang was in the moderate category. 2) The level of flexibility of the Taekwondo athletes of UNP Padang is in the Medium category. 3) The aerobic endurance level of the taekwondo athletes of UNP Padang is in the medium category.

Abstract

Anomali temperatur permukaan tanah dan awan gempa yang berkaitan gempa bumi yang terjadi di Palu 28 September 2018 telah diteliti  menggunakan data temperatur permukaan tanah dan permukaan air laut dari Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) dan data awan dari satelit Multifunction Transport Satellite (MTSAT). Data temperatur udara dari European Centre for Medium Range Weather Forecasts (EMCWF) juga digunakan untuk memastikan bahwa anomali temperatur bukan disebabkan oleh aktivitas cuaca. Anomali temperature permukaan tanah diamati selama 5 tahun dari 2014-2018 dan awan gempa diamati 3 bulan sebelum terjadi gempa bumi. Penelitian ini menemukan adanya kenaikan temperatur permukaan tanah dan air laut sebagai prekursor gempa Palu 2018. Pada saat terjadi gempa kenaikan temperatur permukaan tanah pada siang hari sebesar 2,2 K melebihi batas nilai sebagai prekursor gempa bumi (>2 K) tetapi kenaikan temperatur teramati setiap tahun. Selain itu, anomali temperatur permukaan laut hanya 0,25 K masih lebih kecil dari anomali sebagai prekursor gempa bumi (>2 K). Selama itu tidak ditemukan juga adanya kemunculan awan gempa sebelum gempa terjadi. Dengan demikian gempa Palu 2018 tidak diiringi oleh kenaikan temperatur permukaan tanah dan air laut serta kemunculan awan gempa. Anomaly land surface temperature and earthquake cloud that related the 2018 Palu earthquake were examined using land and sea surface temperatures from Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS)  and cloud from the Multifunction Transport Satellite (MTSAT) satellite data.  Air temperature data from the European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (EMCWF) were also used to ensure that temperature anomalies are not caused by weather activity. Land surface temperature anomalies were observed for five years from 2014-2018, and earthquake clouds were observed for three months before the earthquake. This study find an increase in the surface temperature of land and seawater as a precursor to the 2018 Palu earthquake. During the earthquake, there was an increase in land surface temperature by 2,2 K, which exceeds the limit value of anomaly land surface temperature as an earthquake precursor (> 2 K), but such an increase is observed every year. In addition, sea surface temperature anomaly is only 0,25 K, which is much smaller than the value as an earthquake precursor  (> 2 K). It was also found that there is no earthquake cloud before the Palu earthquake. Thus, the 2018 Palu earthquake was not accompanied by an increase in land and sea surface temperatures and the appearance of earthquake clouds.

Abstract

Cedera kepala merupakan penyakit yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan tingkat kesadaran pada seseorang. Berdasarkan hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar tahun 2018, perbandingan angka kejadian cedera kepala di Indonesia pada tahun 2013 mencapai 8,2% dari populasi dan pada tahun 2018 meningkat menjadi 9,2%. Pemberian stimulasi sensorik berupa stimulasi auditori sedini mungkin sangat penting untuk kelangsungan hidup, kualitas hidup dan prognosis jangka panjang pada pasien cedera kepala karena pendengaran merupakan fungsi indera yang paling akhir berfungsi pada penurunan kesadaran. Tujuan karya tulis akhir ini menerapkan terapi Murottal Al-Qur’an dalam asuhan keperawatan pada pasien cedera kepala dengan penurunan kesadaran di ruang rawat inap HCU Bedah RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Metode Karya Tulis Akhir ini menggunakan pendekatan laporan kasus (case report). Praktek profesi magang dilakukan dari bulan Mei-Juni 2023. Populasi adalah seluruh pasien Cedera Kepala yang dirawat di ruang HCU Bedah RSUP. Dr. M. Djamil Padang pada bulan Mei-Juni 2023 sebanyak 4 orang. Sampel yang diambil dengan Teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 2 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, pengukuran GCS dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil evaluasi dari intervensi yang diberikan pada pasien menunjukkan adanya pengaruh terapi Murottall Al-Qur’an Dalam Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Pasien Cedera Kepala Dengan Penurunan Kesadaran Di Ruang Rawat Inap HCU Bedah Rsup Dr. M. Djamil Padang.
