<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the potential for parking taxes and levies in the city of Kendari. The research method used is descriptive method with content analysis or content analysis. Broadly speaking, this writing systematic is more of a narrative nature which collects secondary data from BPS, opinions of experts, journals, books and articles published on the internet related to potential taxes and parking levies in the city of Kendari. The results showed that the revenue from parking, both in the form of taxes and levies, was still very low, although mathematically there was a huge potential for revenue from this sector. The implication of this is that the government must be fast in building its supporting infrastructure so that it can collect taxes and parking fees to the maximum and there is no more illegal parking which sometimes disturbs the public and reduces local revenue.]]>

Broadly speaking, the systematic writing is more narrative that collects the opinions of experts, journals, books and writings published on the internet related to digital money. The results showed that digital money is a necessity of today's technological developments. The research findings imply that the government must be proactively involved in developing this digital money, not prohibited but regulated in cooperation with the central bank, in this case Bank Indonesia as a monetary authority in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the economic conditions in terms of foreign tourists as foreign exchange earners during the Covid19 pandemic in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive method and content analysis. Broadly speaking, the systematic writing is more narrative that collects the opinions of experts, journals, books and writings published on the internet related to foreign exchange and foreign tourists. The results showed that foreign exchange and foreign tourists experienced a very large decline since the spread of the Covid19 virus. The research findings imply that the government must immediately take quick steps to overcome this in order to increase the country's foreign exchange.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the development of musyarakah financing in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive method with content analysis or content analysis. Broadly speaking, this writing systematic is more of a narrative nature that collects secondary data from BPS, opinions of experts, journals, books and articles published on the internet related to musyarakah financing in Indonesia. The results of the study show that musharaka financing continues to show increasing growth from year to year. As a form of financing that focuses on the productive sector, musyarakah financing needs to be further increased compared to murabahah financing which focuses on the consumptive sector.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine changes in the structure and leading sectors in the City of Kendari. This research is a quantitative research using secondary data from BPS in the form of GRDP of Kendari city based on the business field in 2010-2020. The results showed that the economic structure of the city of Kendari is dominated by the retail wholesale trade sector and the construction sector. Where in 2010 the trade sector gave the largest contribution to GRDP, but in 2020 the construction sector dominates the contribution to GRDP. The results of other studies show that the leading sector in the city of Kendari is the corporate services sector from 2010-2020. The implication of the results of this study is that the city of Kendari as a service city needs to make changes to urban planning related to trade. And as a city that has advantages in the service sector, it is necessary to issue policies that support service improvement in order to increase the value of the contribution of the service sector in the city of Kendari considering that the city of Kendari is not superior in terms of agriculture.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the economic potential in Southeast Sulawesi province based on 17 economic sectors. This research is a quantitative study using the LQ analysis tool. Based on research results, the economic potential in Southeast Sulawesi province is relatively stable as indicated by the LQ value, where the mining and quarrying sector occupies the first position as the leading sector. The implication is that the mining and quarrying sector is still a priority in supporting the economy in the province of Southeast Sulawesi. <![CDATA[This research delves into the identification of key sectors in South Konawe District, utilizing Location Quotient (LQ) analysis to focus on the base sector. The findings highlight three sectors with LQ values exceeding 1: (1) agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, (2) mining and quarrying, and (3) transportation and warehousing. These sectors emerge as leading contributors, underlining their pivotal role in the local economy. The results provide crucial insights for crafting effective regional development strategies and optimizing resource allocation. Moreover, the recognition of these leading sectors equips policymakers and stakeholders with a strategic framework for targeted interventions, fostering not only economic resilience but also sustainable growth in South Konawe District.]]>
