Abstract

Partisipasi adalah turut berperan serta dalam suatu kegiatan. Partisipasi  selain  telah  menjadi  kata  kunci  dalam  pembangunan,  juga menjadi  salah  satu  karakteristik  dari  penyelenggaraan  pemerintah  yang  baik.  Tujuan umum penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan dan pengelolaan pembangunan. Tujuan Khusus penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan partisipasi masyarakat dari aspek ; (1) masalah dan kebutuhan (2) peluang yang sama dalam perencanaan; (3) sinergitas perencanaa dan (4)  Legalitas perencanaan. Metode Penelitian adalah dengan desain penelitian kualitatif menggunakan partisipan secara acak kepada mereka yang memneuhi kriteria sudah bermukim diatas 40 tahun, enggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara, sementara itu teknik analisa data dengan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa masalah dan kebutuhan dilakukan melalui kegiatan penyelidikan, menggali dan mengumpulkan masalah dan kebutuhan-kebutuhan bersifat lokal yang berkembang dimasyarakat. Berkaitan  masyarakat mempunyai peluang yang sama dalam perencanaan, dibutuhkan kerja keras Kepala Desa Alebo agar dapat menumbuhkan kepercayaan masyarakat serta meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan pembangunan Berkaitan dengan Sinergitas perencanaan, belum dilakukan optimal, karena keterlibatan masyarakat belum terwakili. Berkaitan dengan indikator keempat yakni Legalitas perecanaan, sudah sesuai dengan regulasi yang ada dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, karena sudah mengacu  pada  semua peraturan yang berlaku. Melihat dampak penting dan positif dari perencanaan partisipatif, maka untuk menyempurnakan perencanaan partisipatif, maka faktor keterlibatan masyarakat dapat ditingkatan dengan upaya ; (1) Pendidikan melalui pelatihan, (2) meningkatkan Partisipasi aktif dalam pengumpulan informasi dan (3) meningkatkan Partisipasi aktif dalam memberikan alternatif rencana dan usulan kepada pemerintah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.PKS Utama Agrindomas Kecamatan Pondidaha Kabupaten konawe. Penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel terbanyak 54 responden. Metode penelitian ini adalah field research (studi lapangan). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, observasi, dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan di atas maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa, kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.PKS Utama Agrindomas Kecamatan Pondidaha Kabupaten Konawe, dimana pada hasil uji t diketahui bahwa nilai t-hitung sebesar 2.886 >  t-tabel sebesar 2.006.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran Pengelolaan Pariwisata di Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil telaah beberapa dokumen perencanaan daerah baik di Sulawesi Tenggara maupun daerah banding lainnya dan pendalaman dengan pengelola kebijakan pariwisata dan dianalisa dengan deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian mengambarkan bahwa pengelolaan pariwisata selalu bertumpu pada perencanaan yang menegaskan potensi  pada setiap wilayah, dan selalu mengoptimalkan peran lembaga pengelola baik itu lembaga pemerintah maupun lembaga yang mengusahakan industri pariwisata. Saran yang disampaikan adalah  semua elemen pengelola perlu melakukan inovasi  yang  signifikan terhadap upaya peningkatan kualitas pengelolaan usaha wisata.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the future of the pulse counter business in the digital era. The method used is descriptive by collecting data directly in the field and analyzed. The results of the study indicate that there have been many pulse counter businesses that have replaced businesses or combined with other types of businesses. The implication of this is that the pulse counter business can no longer be relied on as a prospective business because other alternatives have emerged that can be used to buy credit either through mobile banking or e-commerce on the Internet

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Village Fund Management in Togomangura Village. To achieve these objectives, qualitative research methods are used to decipher data descriptively. Data collection techniques are done by observation, interviews, and documents and archives using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed: 1). For the stages of village financial planning in Togomangura Village, the Togomangura village government has managed the village fund finances in accordance with Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 concerning Village Fund Financial Management. 2). For the Village Fund budgeting phase in Togomangura Village, it has been carried out in accordance with existing principles, namely by budgeting village funds in accordance with the RKP of the Village that was determined at the planning stage and in accordance with Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 concerning Village Financial Management. 3). The implementation of Village Fund Financial Management in Togomangura Village has been very good and in accordance with applicable regulations namely Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 concerning the implementation of village finances and the PDTT Permendes Number 19 of 2017 concerning Priorities for the Use of Village Funds in 2018. 4). The administration of the Village Fund Financial Management Program in Togomangura Village is already good, because it is in accordance with applicable regulations namely Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 concerning the implementation of village finance. 5). Village Fund Financial Reporting in Togomangura Village is not in accordance with Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 concerning village financial management. This is evidenced by the late TPK Field and Village Treasurers in submitting reports. 6). Monitoring of Village Funds by the BPD, it can be concluded that the BPD in carrying out its functions runs well but is less than optimal. This is because there are several factors that create obstacles, namely Human Resources (HR) so that the awareness of BPD members is less than optimal in carrying out their duties and functions. 7). The use of Village Funds in Togomangura Village in 2018 is not in accordance with the priority of use according to the PDTT Regulation No. 19 of 2017 concerning the priority of using Village Funds in 2018. 8). Inhibiting factors in the management of the Village Fund in Togomangura Village, namely: Human Resources, Late Reporting, Internet Networks, Community Understanding, Poor Coordination.

Abstract

Ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan pelaku usaha dalam memulai usahanya yakni menerapkan konsep marketing mix berupa Product, Price, Place dan Promotion (4P). Perencanaan dengan konsep tersebut memudahkan pelaku bisnis pemula (start up) dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya. Kotler (2009) berpendapat bahwa place atau tempat menentukan arti penting dari kegiatan bisnis untuk membuat produk dengan mudah diketahui dan diperoleh oleh seorang pelanggan dan tentunya selalu tersedia untuk pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh pemilihan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap usaha dagang ritel di Kecamatan Baruga Kota Kendari. Dengan teknik analisis data regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 20.0 for windows.Penentuan jumlah sampel melalui teknik Purposive sampling , sebanyak 30 responen. Hasil analisis menunjukan pemilihan lokasi berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap usaha dagang ritel di Kecamatan Baruga Kota Kendari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect partially and simultaneously of the brand image consisting of corporate image, product image, and user image on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Motorcycles in Morowali Regency. This type of research is a quantitative study using 120 respondents who were taken by accidental sampling technique. The data collection used a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regressionThe results of the study found that (1) there was a partially positive and significant influence of corporate image on purchasing decisions, (2) there was a partially positive and significant effect of product image on purchasing decisions, (3) there was a partial positive and significant effect of user image on the decision. purchase, (4) there is a positive and significant effect of corporate image, product image, and user image simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Yamaha Motorbikes in Morowali Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, Kendari Branch. The sample in this study were as many as 43 respondents who were taken census at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, Kendari Branch. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools. The study results found that simultaneously individual characteristics and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially individual characteristics and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Financial Performance Analysis of Village Fund Allocation (Study in Lahunggumbi Village, Pondidaha District, Konawe Regency). This study aims to determine how well the financial performance of village fund allocations is based on the effectiveness ratio and growth ratio in Lahunggumbi Village, Pondidaha District, Konawe Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The data processed is the Village Fund Allocation Financial Report in the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget from 2018 to 2020. The data collection techniques used are documentation techniques and library techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative with the formula: Effectiveness Ratio and Growth Ratio. The results showed that in general the financial performance of the Lahunggumbi Village Government, Pondidaha District, Konawe Regency was good in managing the Village Fund Allocation finance. This can be seen from the calculation results of the Effectiveness Ratio categorized as Effective or Good, because the average effectiveness is 100%. While the Growth Ratio grew positively or well, because the average Village Fund Allocation Income Growth Ratio was 18,4% and the Village Fund Allocation Expenditure Growth Ratio was 18,4%.

Abstract

Knowing the profit level of the futsal field tenant business (BumDes) in the village of Kalibu, Kulisusu sub-district, North Buton Regency.Knowing the business feasibility of a futsal field tenant (BumDes) in Kalibu Village, Kulisusu District, North Buton RegencyThis study aims to find out what the profit level of a futsal field tenant business is and how the feasibility of a futsal field tenant business is in Kalibu Village, Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency. This study uses descriptive data analysis, which presents data according to the information obtained in the field. The data in this research are primary and secondary data. As for the results of this study, the calculation of the R/C ratio of the Futsa Field Tenant Business (BUMDes) in Kalibu Village, Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency, that the Futsa Field Business (BUMDes) is feasible to run. The head or manager of the BUMDes business unit has the task of assisting the director in managing, developing and managing BUMDes businesses that are in accordance with the potential of the village and the needs of the community.
