Abstract

Gangguan mental organik merupakan suatu gangguan mental yang berkaitan dengan penyakit atau gangguan sistemik atau gangguan otak yang dapat didiagnosis tersendiri. Epilepsi adalah kelainan otak yang ditandai dengan kecenderungan timbulnya bangkitan kejang terus menerus, dengan konsekuensi gangguan neurobiologi, kognitif, psikologi dan sosial, dan terjadi minimal satu kali bangkitan epileptik. Penderita epilepsi memiliki risiko enam sampai dua belas kali lipat untuk berkembang menjadi gangguan psikotik. Tn.H laki-laki 17 tahun dengan riwayat epilepsi akibat cedera kepala dengan diagnosis psikiatri, gangguan mental organik akibat kerusakan atau disfungsi otak atau akibat penyakit lain atau penyakit fisik. (F06.8). Tatalaksana pada Tn.H ini adalah farmakoterapi dengan pemberian risperidone 2 kali 2 mg perhari, asam valproate 3 kali 250 mg, phenytoin 3 kali 50 mg serta psikoterapi pada Tn.H dan keluarganya dengan tujuan untuk mengenali penyakit dan mencegah kekambuhan dari penyakit.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe students difficulties in presenting spoken exposition text, limited to the use of simple present tense. This research was a descriptive research, conducted in May-June 2017 at MAN 2 Padang. The population was Grade XI of Science program students of MAN 2 Padang. The sample was 38 students chosen by using stratified random sampling method. The research data was the clauses with grammatical mistakes found in the transcript of students speaking, obtained by a speaking test. The result of the research showed that the most frequent difficulties of verbal clauses using simple present tense were subject-verb agreement (51%) and the use of auxiliary verb (18%). The most frequent difficulties of nominal clauses using simple present tense were no verb (71%) and no subject (13%).

Abstract

Counseling guidance services play an important role in students' awareness of praying in Islamic religious education, there are many impacts that influence students' religious awareness, especially in carrying out prayers. In this case, the influence of counseling guidance services is very useful in helping students overcome personal, academic and social problems. as well as providing direction in developing students' religiosity, especially in carrying out prayers. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design, which involves analyzing documents in the form of articles to understand the influence of counseling guidance on awareness of prayer in the Islamic religion. The data collected was in the form of articles containing discussion of the influence of counseling on awareness of prayer in the Islamic religion. The research results obtained from the influence of counseling guidance on awareness of praying in Islamic religious education are that it has a positive impact on awareness of praying in Islamic religion, increasing students' development in carrying out prayers with counseling guidance services, can help students set a better mindset in worship and in activities and be more diligent in worship. This research concludes that the influence of counseling guidance services can play an important role in increasing students' awareness of worship in performing prayers and can integrate religious values ​​in daily life.
