Abstract

Indonesia is increasingly showing a more civilized humanity through incessant social practices in times of pandemic pressure and natural disasters. Various difficulties experienced by all levels of society have raised the attention of others to help help in locations affected by the economic crisis and losing their jobs. Almost all lines are trying to push the values of Pancasila by the impulse of the cultural conscience of the people's wisdom. It seems that the movement of the ideological spirit by the residents has not yet been realized that the character building of Pancasila values is moving. Therefore, a phenomenological research is needed on the implementation of Pancasila values from government, institutional and community activities as character building. The purpose of this research is to prove that the values of Pancasila are the character of the Nation which is a reflection of National resilience. The research method used is the method of interview and observation to determine the qualitative awareness of understanding the values and their implementation that is being carried out by the community. The findings obtained are that the local community carries out social service activities to reduce the burden of food, clothing, shelter and economic congestion in the family to create psychological and life resilience. The second finding is that the public is increasingly aware of the power of citizen unity driven by the spirit of the Pancasila ideology among pluralist communities. From these findings, it is concluded that the values of Pancasila must be grounded through community coaching / learning activities with the colors of the characters and local wisdom according to the culture of the environment.

Abstract

The existence of the Pakpak language among the families and communities of Pakpak migrants from time to time is further eroded by the incomprehension of its 'writing and pronunciation.' As an initiative to defend his vision against the scour of civilization, for the sake of preserving the culture and habits of these ethnic linguistic characters, the author searches for and finds Pakpak's original writings to get character letters that explain how to express them in everyday language. This research was conducted using qualitative methods, data collection through literature study, observation, online interviews, and document analysis. The purpose of this research is to a) internalize the characters of Pakpak's writing for the love of his identity; and b) can be socialized as an alternative in the process of learning written characters and tribal languages for the sake of awakening local wisdom based on aesthetics and ethics. The results showed that strengthening the understanding of Pakpak's writing can foster the character of an individual with a personality.

Abstract

Kompetensi guru PAUD terdiri dari kompetensi pedagogik, sosial, personal, dan profesional. Perlu diperhatikan keterampilan dan kebutuhan model; Perspektif pelaksanaan dan pengelolaan pelatihan sebagaimana yang dipersyaratkan. Proses yang diusulkan oleh pelatihan tematik melibatkan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan evaluasi dalam rangka memenuhi tuntutan peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara yang paling efektif untuk menghubungkan manajemen pelatihan lagu dengan keterampilan pedagogik guru PAUD berdasarkan teori Gorge R. Terry. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, menggabungkan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi langsung di dua sekolah PAUD. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, peserta didik PAUD, dan masyarakat. Temuan penelitian bersifat negatif yaitu perencanaan pembelajaran anak usia dini yang dilakukan oleh guru PAUD di dua lokasi tersebut belum sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip penilaian dalam Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini; penerapan prinsip-prinsip manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan yang terstandardisasi belum optimal, terbukti menurut kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam melakukan penilaian pembelajaran; Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh positif yaitu perencanaan melibatkan peneliti dari Lembaga Pendidikan dan Sosial (LPS) seluruh guru PAUD melalui konsep dasar pelatihan sesuai visi misi, analisis lingkungan, strategi, kurikulum, dan tujuan; Penyelenggaraan manajemen pelatihan lagu oleh sistem administrasi PAUD, kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, peserta didik dan masyarakat; Pelaksanaan Pelatihan Lagu melalui pengarahan, pemberian motivasi, pengajaran, pendampingan dan koordinasi kegiatan yang dilaksanakan sesuai perencanaan kegiatan; dan, Evaluasi dan supervisi melalui monitoring.
