Abstract

This study entitled "The Effect of Cattle Biourine on Growth and Yield of Green Spinach (Amaranthus spp) in Hydroponic Systems. The hydroponic method used in this research is the wick system. The research implementation stage was using a randomized block design (RBD) of 6 treatments and 4 replications of biourinesapi, consisting of 6 treatments and 4 replications in order to obtain 24 treatments. The results of this study indicate that the provision of biourine 300 ml / liter of water is sufficient to provide good growth and yield of spinach, although with the increase in the growth of bovine biourine to 600 ml / 1 liter of water, there is no significant increase in growth and yield. The difference in biourin administration is giving 100 ml / 1 liter of water; giving 200 ml / 1 liter of water; giving 300 ml / 1 liter of water; giving 400 ml / 1 liter of water; giving 500 ml / 1 liter of water and giving 600 ml / 1 liter of water to spinach plants with a hydroponic system had a significant effect on the growth and yield of spinach plants, the highest growth and yield of spinach in the hydroponic system was obtained by administering biourin by administering cow biourine. 600 ml / 1 liter of water but not significantly higher than the growth and yield of spinach in the administration of 300 ml / 1 liter of water, 400 ml / 1 liter of water; 500 ml / 1 liter of water, giving 300 ml / 1 liter of bovine biourine is the right provision to provide the best growth and yield of spinach on hydroponic systems compared to higher and lower yields

Abstract

Pokcoy mustard is one type of horticultural plant that is easy to cultivate, can grow optimally if they are planted on land that has high enough macro and micro nutrients. This study aims to determine the "Response of Growth and Yield of Pkacoy Mustard (Brassica chinensis L.) Due to Dosage of Manure and Concentration of Cattle Biourine. The method used is a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with factorial treatment with 2 treatment factors. Factor 1: Dosage of cow manure with 5 levels, namely K0 (without cow manure), K1 (30 gr/10 kg of soil), K2 (60 gr/10 kg of soil), K3 (90 g / 10 kg of soil), and K4 (120 g / 10 kg of soil). Factor 2: concentration of bovine biorin with 5 levels, namely B0 (without beef biorin), B1 (bovine biorin 80 ml/1 liter of water), B2 (160 ml/1 liter of water), B3 (240 ml/1 liter water), and B4 (320 ml/1 liter of water). The results showed that treatment (K4B4) with a dose of cow manure 120 g/10 kg of soil with a concentration of biourin 320 ml/1 liter of water gave the best growth compared to other treatments for all observation parameters such as plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands). , leaf area (cm²), total fresh weight (g), total oven dry weight (g), fresh weight without roots (g), and oven dry weight without roots (g). and the lowest was in the K0B0 treatment without a dose of manure and cow biourin concentration.

Abstract

Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) khususnya RTH Publik memiliki peran penting dalam mewujudkan suatu perkotaan yang berkelanjutan. Hingga saat ini belum ada kajian mengenai strategi untuk ketersediaan RTH Publik di Kawasan Perkotaan Semarapura. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menyusun strategi untuk ketersediaan RTH Publik Kawasan Perkotaan Semarapura. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah survey data instansi, kuisioner dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah Teknik Analisis Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, dan Threat (SWOT) dan Analithical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Selanjutnya, telah tersusun 8 (delapan) strategi untuk ketersediaan RTH Publik di Kawasan Perkotaan Semarapura. Strategi yang menjadi prioritas utama adalah Pemetaan lahan potensial seperti aset-aset milik pemerintah sebagai alternatif penyediaan RTH Publik Kawasan Perkotaan Semarapura

Abstract

This study entitled the effect of planting media on the growth and yield of pakcoy (Brasicca rapa L). The effect of organic fertilizer is treated to increase growth and yield, especially pakcoy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of pakcoy and to determine the concentration and variety of organic fertilizers as an optimal type of organic fertilizer planting medium on the growth and yield of pakcoy. This study used a randomized block design research method (DRM) using various kinds of organic fertilizers, namely cow manure, goat manure, chicken manure, and mixed manure for cows, goats and chicken manure (P0-P5). The author collects data from the parameters of plant height, leaf area. Leaf length, total fresh weight of plants, and total dry weight of plants. Data is taken from each parameter. The results of this study on all parameters gave good results, and for the planting media the best results were using manure mixed with cow manure, goat manure, and chicken manure (P4).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of giving different cow biourine on the hydroponic system to get the best growth and yield of land kangkung plants. The design used in this study was a randomized block design (RAK). With 6 treatments of giving cow biourine, K1: cow biourine giving 100 ml/1 liter of water, K2: giving 200 ml/1 liter, K3: giving 300 ml/1 liter, K4: given 400 ml/1 liter, K5: given 500 ml/1 liter and K6: given 600 ml/1 liter of water. With 4 replications and 24 trials. The results of the research on the effect of giving cow biourine on growth parameters and yields of land kangkung in a hydroponic system showed a very significant effect on all parameters. The conclusion of this study was that the highest yield was obtained by giving biourine 300 ml/1 liter of water such as the highest plant height (K3 = 45.80 cm), the highest number of leaves (K3 = 15.00 pieces), leaf area (K3=102.25 cm), total wet weight of plants (K3=40.03 g) and oven-dry weight of plants (K3=2.19 g). giving biorine 300 ml/1 liter of water is the right way to get the best yield of land kangkung in a hydroponic system compared to giving 100 ml/1 liter of water; administration of 200 ml/1 liter of water; administration of 400 ml/1 liter of water; administration of 500 ml/1 liter of water; administration of 600 ml / 1 liter of water.

Abstract

This study is entitled "The Effect of Dosage of Chicken Cage fertilizers on the growth and results of the onional plant (Allium Ascalonicum L)". The needs of society against onions will continue to increase along with the increase in the population. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of dose of chicken cage fertilizer against growth and results of onion crops. This study uses randomized design (RAK) and was conducted on June 05 until 26 August 2021 consisting of 6 treatment and each treatment was repeat 4, thereby 24 experimental units. P0 = No cockpils of chicken, P1 = 3t/ha chicken chief fertilizer, P2 = 6t/ha pink cage fertilizer, P3 = 9t/ha pink sufferell, P4 = 12t /ha pink feather cake, p5 = 15t/ha chicken cage fertilizer. The treatment of chicken coexisthood is a real effect of parameters of the number of leaves and influentials are very real to the high plant (cm), the number of per cent plates (bh), the amount of tubers per plant (bh), fresh weight of the plant (g), dry weight of ginnous per bamps per plant. (G), and dry weight obs burnt per plant (g) and dosage of dye of chicken cage fever 12 t/ha gives the growth and best results to fresh weight of tuling per plant, 55.88 g, dry weight of burnt per gulf plant is 52.30 g and dry weight of obs bulbers 27.59 g

Abstract

Brassica juncea L. or commonly called mustard greens is one of the most popular types of vegetables in Indonesia, because this mustard is one of the varieties that contain various health benefits. This study aims to determine "Response of Growth and Yield of Green Mustard (Brassica Juncea L.) due to the application of cow manure and cow biourine". The method used is a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with factorial treatment with 2 treatment factors. Factor 1: Dosage of cow manure with 5 levels, namely K0 (without cow manure), K1 (cow manure 30 g / 10 kg of soil), K2 (cow manure 60g / 10 kg of soil), K3 (cow manure) 90 g / 10 kg of soil), and K4 (cattle manure 120 g / 10 kg of soil). Factor 2: the concentration of cow biourine with 5 levels, namely B0 (without cow biorine), B1 (cow biorine 80 ml / 1 liter of water), B2 (bovine biorine 160 ml / 1 liter of water), B3 (cow biorine 240 ml / 1 liter water), and B4 (beef biorine 320 ml/1 liter of water). The results showed that the treatment with doses of 120 g / 10 kg of soil (K4) gave the best growth compared to other treatment with doses of manure for all observation parameters such as plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf area. (cm²), total plant fresh weight (g), total plant oven dry weight (g), fresh weight without plant roots (g), and oven dry weight without plant roots (g). as well as the treatment with 320 ml / 1 liter of water (B4) concentration of cow biourine

Abstract

According to BPS data, mustard greens increased by 667,473 tons/ha in 2021, and in 2022 to 3,324 tons/ha. The decrease caused by various kinds, one of which is a decrease in land quality. Therefore, research on dosing guano organic fertilizer on mustard greens needs to be carried out with the aim of: 1) knowing the effect of applying guano organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.). 2) find out what dose of guano fertilizer is best for the growth and yield. This study used a Randomized Group Design with 6 treatments, namely G0: no guano fertilizer treatment, G1: 4 tons/ha , G2: 8 tons/ha, G3: 12 tons/ha, G4:16 tons/ha, G5: 20 tons/ha. Each treatment was repeated 4 times So that 24 treatment parameters were observed, namely plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, total fresh weight of the plant and fresh weight of the total oven dry plant. The results of this study showed that the effect of applying guano fertilizer dose treatment on mustard greens (Brassica juncea L.) had a very noticeable effect on plant height, leaf area, total plant fresh weight, total oven dry weight of the plant and had no real effect on the number of leaves. The application of guano fertilizer dose 480 g / 10 kg of soil gives the best results against the growth and yield of mustard plants with a maximum total fresh weight of 642.5 g, and a maximum total oven dry weight of 35.3 g.

Abstract

This study focuses on evaluating the extent of cocoa pod damage caused by pathogenic infections. Understanding the underlying causes of disease is essential as a foundation for making effective control decisions. Field observations revealed that pod rot is the most significant disease due to the considerable losses it causes in cocoa production. Pod rot in cocoa, caused by Phytophthora palmivora, typically begins with the appearance of small brown spots on the surface of the pod around two days after infection. These lesions rapidly expand and darken, eventually covering the entire pod. Within approximately 14 days, the pod turns completely black, and the internal tissues, including the seeds, become dry and mummified, serving as a major source of future infections. White mycelium appears on the infected surface and becomes denser as the disease progresses. This mycelium produces sporangia containing numerous spores. These spores are spread by rainwater, either through direct contact or splash dispersal, infecting other parts of the cocoa tree. The time needed for the pod to rot completely is around two weeks, depending on the pod’s size at the time of infection. Field data indicated that in Plot I, 35 pods (14.28%) and 16 trees (5.33%) were infected. In Plot II, 22 pods (16.54%) and 19 trees (9.05%) were infected, while in Plot III, 15 pods (23.07%) and 9 trees (9.89%) were affected by pod rot. Environmental factors : air humidity, rainfall, and farming practices were identified as key variables that influence the rate of disease development and spread.
