Abstract

Analysis of PATEN (District Integrated Administrative Services) aims to determine the extent to which the implementation of policies that are being promoted by related parties in improving public services. This study aims to describe the implementation of PATEN policies in the field of policy analysis in the perspectives put forward by Van Veter and Van Horn. Policy implementation can be done using the Van Metern Van Horn theory which is seen from 6 (six) variables that influence policy implementation, namely; Policy standards and objectives/measures and policy objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing organizations, attitudes of implementers, communication between related organizations and implementation activities and social, economic and political environment. The problems that the implementation of PATEN that wants to be evaluated in Pidie Jaya are the problem of overlapping authority, there are no special PATEN regulations, lack of Human Resources (PNS), unsupported infrastructure, lack of budget to create PATEN implementation, and not optimal PATEN socialization. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of the PATEN policy in Pidie Jaya has been running, but it is still not optimal due to the lack of commitment of PATEN implementers from various parties.

Abstract

Social media influencer (SMI) has emerged as one of a powerful approach in building customer’s intention to visit a tourism destination. This research therefore tries to uncover the mechanism on how the dimensions of SMI, namely attractiveness, trustworthiness, and expertise, influence visit intention by incorporating enjoyment as mediator by applying Stimuli-Organism-Response (SOR) Theory. Using purposing sampling, 115 usable samples of those who experienced an SMI’s posts regarding Aceh tourism, are gathered online. Data were analyzed by using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). In testing the hypotheses, we conduct a Bootstrapping procedure using 5000 sub-samplings. The finding highlights that SMIs’ attractiveness and SMIs’ expertise, are found to be a strong predictor of enjoyment, of which has a significant relationship with visit intention. However, SMI trustworthiness failed to predict enjoyment. Except for SMI trustworthiness-visit intention relationship, this study also found the role of enjoyment as mediator for both SMI attractiveness and SMI expertise in predicting visit intention. Consequently, this research pinpoints two routes to obtaining visitors’ intention to visit a tourism site. They are attractiveness-enjoyment-intention and expertise-enjoyment-intention with the second pathway have bigger contribution to visit intention. The findings can be used as a guide to assist tourism destination marketers in developing effective advertising that use SMI to communicate with their visitor and differentiate themselves from the tourism destination intense competition. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Indomobil Plaza Aceh. Ditengarahi bahwa tingkat kedisiplinan, pelatihan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan tersebut masih belum optimal. Permasalahan yang timbul adalah apakah kedisiplinan dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Indomobil Plaza Aceh, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kedisiplinan dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial dan simultan. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah survei dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan penjelasan tentang hubungan antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Indomobil Plaza Aceh, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 42 responden. Variabel kedisiplinan, pelatihan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan diukur menggunakan skala Likert, dan data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS Statistics versi 26 for Windows. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen telah dilakukan sebelum pengolahan data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kedisiplinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai T-hitung 1,860 > T-tabel 1,684 dan p-value 0,006 < 0,05, sehingga hipotesis pertama diterima. Pelatihan kerja secara parsial juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai T-hitung 1,715 > T-tabel 1,684 dan p-value 0,001 < 0,05, sehingga hipotesis kedua diterima. Secara simultan, kedisiplinan dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai F-hitung 5,909 > F-tabel 3,238 dan p-value 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga hipotesis ketiga diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, kedisiplinan dan pelatihan kerja bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
