Abstract

Simulasi kebakaran digunakan untuk memberikan edukasi tentang apa yang harus dilakukan saat berhadapan dengan api atau digunakan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dalam bencana kebakaran. Dengan majunya teknologi kita tidak lagi harus mempersiapkan segala keperluan yang berbahaya dalam membangun simulasi kebakaran yang ada. Melainkan dengan teknologi VR atau 3D kita mampu memberikan visual serta suasana seakan berada dalam kebakaran yang sedang terjadi. Namun untuk membangun VR serta 3D yang mampu memberikan ilusi yang sangat kuat diperlukan rangsangan yang kuat pula. Api merupakan salah satu media yang mampu memberikan rangsangan tersebut. Namun masalah yang dihadapi ialah api yang sperti apa yang mampu memberikan rangsangan emosi yang kuat. Dalam penelitian ini kita akan mencari tahu model visual api seperti apa yang mampu memberikan rangsangan emosi yang kuat. Dengan membangun simulasi kebakaran yang berdasar pada hasil dari kuisioner self assessment manikin yang berfokus pada tema kebakaran, player akan menilai kembali dengan menggunakan sistem yang sama. self assessment manikin merupakan sistem penilaian emosi dari gambar yang ditampilkan. Simulasi yang dibangun mampu membangun rasa takut user, pada kriteria kurang menakutkan. Dapat dikatakan simulasi serta dataset gambar yang bertemakan api memiliki potensi sebagai salah satu cara meningkatkan rangsangan emosi manusia.Namun potensi yang dimiliki dataset maupun simulasi yang dibangun masih membutuhkan beberapa parameter tambahan yang mampu menyesuaikan perbedaan pengalaman pada saat berhadapan dengan api.

Abstract

Fire is the closest disaster to us, a person who put cigarettes around flammable objects could burn one to dozens of houses. The last thing that happens was a mass panic. In this kind of situation, panic is one of the keys to determine how much probability someone will survive. However, detecting someone's panic during a fire is impossible. This leads some scientists to assume that mass panic was never happening and some studies use simple functions to determine someone when panic. Currently, thanks to technological advances we can easily build virtual worlds that resemble real events. To build a virtual world that could evoke panic we still need the right stimulus. In this paper, we will discuss with terms of fire disaster stimulus that possible to impel someone to feel panic. While some stimulus datasets that already exist have more broad categories, we wanted to focus on a specific problem. The determined parameters are considered through several elements that could cause a person to panic, either before or during a fire. By using the Self-Assessment Manikin system to obtain valance and arousal matrix, we conduct a test to see how much influence the fire categories stimulus provided.

Abstract

Cafe Rengganis has been facing various challenges in managing its daily operations, particularly in the areas of raw material management, transaction recording, and financial reporting. The limitations of the previously used manual system resulted in high levels of raw material wastage, slow transactions, and a time-consuming financial reporting process. To address these issues, the management decided to adopt the Rengganis Management Information System (SISGANIS), a digital-based solution designed to integrate various operational management functions to improve overall efficiency. SISGANIS offers a comprehensive approach to inventory management, real-time transaction recording, and automated and accurate financial reporting. With features that support transparency and accountability, this system aims to minimize human errors in the management of raw materials and daily transactions, while also accelerating the financial decision-making process. The use of SISGANIS allows management to access accurate data, enabling more in-depth analysis and better decision-making in a shorter amount of time. The evaluation of SISGANIS implementation shows a significant positive impact on the operational efficiency of Cafe Rengganis. Raw material wastage was reduced by 29.17%, transaction speed increased by 33.33%, and the time taken to prepare financial reports was shortened by up to 60%. These findings demonstrate that the implementation of the right management information system can provide effective solutions for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to enhance efficiency and competitiveness in the culinary industry. The successful implementation of SISGANIS at Cafe Rengganis not only improved managerial efficiency but also provided a strong foundation for faster and more accurate data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

Kegiatan digitalisasi merupakan kegaiatan wajib disegala sektor. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi digital dan perubahan era yang mengarah pada era 5.0 Society, tuntutan untuk menggunakan digital dalam segala kesempatan menjadi hal yang krusial. Dalam bidang ekonomi electronic data interchange (EDI) telah terjadi dalam seluruh sektor ekonomi. Termausk untuk pemasaran dalam ekonomi digital sekarang telah berfokus pada penggunaan sosial media dan penguatan kepada relasi konsumen dan penjual di dunia maya. Untuk meningkatkan kebutuhan sumber daya infomrasi dan teknologi dilakukan penyuluhan untuk digitalisasi UMKM. Dimana UMKM merupakan tombak sirkuliasi dari perekonomian Indonesia, dan dirasa kemampuan UMKM Indonesia untuk memenuhi sumber daya manusia dalam bidang informasi dan teknologi masih kurang. Hasil dari penyuluhan untuk UMKM dan masyarakat umum adanya peningkatan pemahaman terhadap test yang diberikan antara sebelum penyuluhan berjalan dengan setelah berjalan sebesar 3%.

Abstract

One of the factors supporting the success of a business place is productive employees who have maintained and improved qualification standards. The company's appreciation for exemplary employees can be given by giving gifts or awards. Employee performance assessment can be done to determine employees who are qualified and highly dedicated to the company. However, many companies experience difficulties in evaluating employee performance because the calculations are still manual so that they are less effective and objective, one of which is SMK Visi Global Jember. The research will apply the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in determining the best employees at SMK Visi Global Jember so that the selection process is right on target with the needs of the criteria given. The required criteria include honesty, loyalty, commitment, discipline and cooperation which will be processed to produce the highest rank for determining recommendations for exemplary employees. The results of this study produce a Consistency Ratio (CR) value of 0.083 so that the value of giving preferences is consistent and can be used in determining exemplary employees at SMK Visi Global Jember

Abstract

Dengan perkembangan zaman yang telah berfokus untuk pemaksimalan penggunaan teknologi dalam dunia ekonomi digital, perlunya ada peningkatan strategi yang jitu dalam memaksimalkan teknologi tersebut. Gamfikasi merupakan penambahan elemen permainan kedalam aspek yang serius seperti ekonomi digital. Dengan penambahan serta pemahaman tentang gamifikasi mampu meningkatkan interaksi antara produk dan pembeli serta retensi penggunaan produk yang ada, memaksimalkan potensi dalam ekonomi digital. Sayangnya kurangnya literasi dan kepamahan dalam masyarakat dan UMKM yang ada menjadikan strategi ini kurang diminati. Dengan mengadakan webinar, hasil dari pengabdian yang dilakukan dikatakan mampu meningkatkan kepemahaman terhadapt gamifikasi dalam dunia digital.

Abstract

Kasus kekerasan seksual di Indonesia masih belum terselesaikan. Dengan berbagai macam upaya serta literasi yang ada mulai dari lingkungan rumah hingga universitas, kekerasan seksual.masih menjadi sebuah ancaman. Tempat tempat umum seperti café juga menjadil lokasi yang rawan akan kekerasan seksual ini. Literasi dan pengabdian yang ada telah digalangkan demi meningkatkan kepemahaman masyarakat mengenai kekerasan seksual. Dalam artikel ini akan dibahas mengenai kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan dalam Chord Café dalam rangka meningkatkan literasi kekerasan seksual dalam lingkungan café.
