Abstract

Perkembangan globalisasi telah mempercepat arus tenaga kerja lintas negara yang menyebabkan perusahaan harus mampu mengembangkan strategi HRM yang efektif. Keberhasilan HRM sangat penting untuk memastikan perusahaan mampu bersaing di pasar global dan menjaga produktivitas serta kepuasan karyawannya. Maka penelitian ini dibuat bertujuan untuk mengetahui akan pentingnya strategi dan praktek untuk mengelola HRM global. Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan multinasional dalam mengelola tenaga kerja internasional dan solusi untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan dan solusi dalam mengelola MSDM global. Hasil penelitian yang kami dapatkan ialah bahwa perusahaan harus mengembangkan kompetensi lintas budaya, kepemimpinan global, kebijakan HRM yang fleksibel serta memanfaatkan teknologi dan digitalisasi dalam upaya mencapai tujuan perusahan dalam pasar global.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 or known as COVID-19 is a virus that was discovered in the city of Wuhan, China in December 2019. This virus is categorized as an infectious disease that causes respiratory infections caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 or commonly referred to as SARS-CoV-2. 2. Early protection during a pandemic is needed so that the pandemic is immediately resolved and ended. Vaccines are the main key in reducing the transmission rate of COVID-19. The implementation of this COVID-19 vaccination requires knowledge, as well as the public's willingness to carry out the COVID-19 vaccination. Knowing the relationship of Relationship between Knowledge Level of COVID-19 Vaccination and Readiness to Vaccinate COVID-19 Dose 3 (Booster) in South Rengasdengklok Village in 2022. This research method is quantitative design using cross sectional analytical research type design. The population of this study is the community of South Rengasdengklok Village RT 002 RT 006 RW 001,using purposive sampling techniques. Based on the results of statistical analysis using the chi square test obtained a p value of 0,000 ≤ 0.05. This indicates that H0 was rejected. There is a Relationship between Knowledge Level of COVID-19 Vaccination and Readiness to Vaccinate COVID-19 Dose 3 (Booster) in South Rengasdengklok Village in 2022.

Abstract

One of the things that can improve performance is employee job satisfaction. This study investigates the effect of employee empowerment and work engagement on employee satisfaction. It also investigates whether employee satisfaction is a good mediator. This study conducted a survey on employees at Tritya Eye Clinic Surabaya. Using saturated sampling method, 66 employees were surveyed. The data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that employee empowerment and work engagement contribute positively to employee satisfaction. The study also proved that employee satisfaction mediates the relationship between employee empowerment and work engagement on employee performance. This study contributes to understanding employee behavior using the framework of employee satisfaction and employee performance at Tritya Eye Clinic Surabaya, which can also be applied to other general companies.
