Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu dampak pandemi Covid-19 yang sangat memprihatinkan adalah degradasi moral. Maraknya kriminalitas karena krisis ekonomi ataupun keputusasaan hidup yang mendorong kepada tingginya angka bunuh diri di masa pandemi menunjukkan adanya kesalahan dalam menyikapi bencana dunia tersebut. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah luputnya mereka dari petunjuk hidup yakni Al-Quran. Al-Quran yang dengan kemukjizatannya ia selalu relevan dengan zaman, seharusnya menjadi pegangan kuat selaku muslim dalam menghadapi musibah seperti pandemi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kandungan ayat-ayat Al-Quran yang berkaitan dengan musibah serta menjelaskan pengamalan ayat-ayat tersebut. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kandungan dari ayat-ayat tersebut setelah ditadabburi menjelaskan kepada kita sekian banyak faedah yang sangat relevan dengan kondisi di masa pandemi. Di antaranya adalah sejarah musibah penyebaran wabah tha’un, adab-adab ketika menghadapi musibah, dan kemudahan yang datang setelah musibah. Abstract One of the devastating effects of the COVID-19 pandemic is moral degradation. The prevalence of crime since economic crisis or life’s frustation that leads to high suicide rates during the pandemic indicates an error in addressing this world catastrophe. A factor is their distance from the way of live determined by Qur`an. The Quran that with its miracles is always relevant to any age, should be a strong grip as a Muslim in facing of such a pandemic. Academic problems this research try to answer is (1) How to tadabbur Quranic verses about tragedy or catasthropes? (2) How to applicate these verses in a pandemic situation? The aims of this research is to describe contents of the Quranic verses relating with catasthropes and to explain the exercise of these verses. Chosen and used method in this research is qualitative descriptive. Finding of the research shows that contents of those verses, after tadabbur, explains to us many lessons with relevances toward situation in pandemic era. In particular, catasthrope history of tha`un, ethics towards catasthropes and convenience that come after the tragedy.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the Quadruple Witching Days phenomenon and its impact on abnormal returns on the Indonesian stock market. This phenomenon has attracted the attention of many investors and academics, because it is believed to be able to significantly influence stock price movements. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide an in-depth understanding of the influence of Quadruple Witching Days on the Indonesian capital market. Associative descriptive research tests the influence of Quadruple Witching Days. Using secondary data and library methods in the LQ45 and SRI-KEHATI stock indices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2010 to 2022 with daily and weekly data. The hypothesis test that will be used in this research is the Paired Sample t - Test and the non-parametric Mann-Withney test. There are differences in abnormal returns before and after the Quadruple Witching Days event on the LQ45 stock index. There is no difference in abnormal returns before and after the Quadruple Witching Days event on the SRI-KEHATI stock index. High Vigilance, Quick Selling or Buying, Portfolio Diversification as a consideration for taking profits for investors LQ45, Long Term Investment Approach, Portfolio Stabilization may be more suitable with investment strategies because there is no significant difference in abnormal returns, investors in SRI-KEHATI.

Abstract

Digital media's explosive expansion and speedy appearance have profoundly changed traditional reading habits and how people interact with textual content. This study examines the advantages of conventional reading in the historical background, the technological developments that led to the emergence of digital media, and the resulting shifts in reading habits. Findings show that the widespread use of digital platforms and devices has significantly decreased sustained reading and increased desire for shorter, bite-sized content. Furthermore, the study addresses the implications of these changes for education and draws attention to the cognitive difficulties that come with reading on digital devices, including reduced attention spans and greater multitasking. The study emphasizes the necessity of a well-rounded strategy that preserves the richness and engagement of conventional reading while utilizing the benefits of digital media.
