Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate various techniques and instruments for assessing the realm of skills at the primary, secondary, and higher education levels, as well as their implications in learning Islamic religious education.This research method combines library research with descriptive analysis techniques. The source of the data comes from educational assessment books, permendikbud, and other literature relevant to the topic of discussion. According to the findings of this study, the technique of assessing aspects of skills in learning Islamic religious education at the primary, secondary, and higher education levels is both test and non-test assessment.Psychomotor assessment with tests, including performance test techniques consisting of identification tests, simulation tests, picking tests, and paper and pencil tests Meanwhile, psychomotor assessment with non-tests can be accomplished through the use of products, projects, portfolios, anecdotal records, and self-assesment and peer-assessment. Meanwhile, instruments that can be used in psychomotor assessment include checklists, rating scales, and notes.

Abstract

Purpose – Despite the increasing significance of character education within the context of Islamic education, there is a discernible gap in scholarly discussions on this subject. This study aims to address this void by offering a bibliometric and bibliographical review concerning character education via Islamic pedagogy. Design/methods/approach – Employing a bibliometric analysis approach, this research scrutinized 117 documents extracted from the Scopus database, spanning 2007 to 2023. The analytical tools employed include performance, co-citation, co-word, and co-authorship metrics, facilitated through VOSviewer and PoP software. Findings – The investigation highlighted a moderate uptick in publications about Islamic education from 2007 to 2023. However, citation trends within Islamic education studies fluctuated between 2007 and 2023. This review also identified the pivotal documents, nations, authors, sources, and affiliations that have substantially impacted the growth trajectory of Islamic education research. Research implications – The insights derived from this study underscore the potential of Islamic education in fostering positive attitudinal shifts in students. As character education strives to mold virtuous habits, Islamic education serves as a conduit by instilling Islamic values, thereby facilitating the cultivation of commendable character traits by rectifying detrimental behaviors and mindsets.

Abstract

This research aims to be used in the preparation of writing advanced scientific articles about Islamic education based on the title by knowing the main information about the article, 1) most information, most citation, most relevant author, 2) reviewing the development of publications from 1980-2023, 3) fade most relevant affiliates, 4) co-occurrence network by title, source title, theme development, trending topics by title, and 5) wordcloud by title, thematic maps or future research theme opportunities. The tool used to analyze the data in this study was part of rR-studio, namely the bibliometric r-package software. The data analyzed were obtained from the Scopus database with the type of article title document obtained from CSV which was then analyzed using the Biblio Shiny Web Interface. The results of a bibliometric analysis on Islamic education based on titles from 1980-2023, provide an illustration that scientific articles on Islamic education have developed quite rapidly from year to year and are quite popular in the world of global academics on the Asian continent where the majority of the population is Muslim. The affiliates that are most active in publishing scientific studies on Islamic education are still dominated by universities on the Asian Continent, such as the National University of Malaya, the University of Malaya and the Indonesian University of Education. The discussion of scientific research on Islamic education raises many themes related to the social field in general, such as education and students.

Abstract

A girl who engages in sexual intercourse with an adult man is legally considered a victim of sexual violence in the form of statutory rape, thus entitled to protection and recovery. However, in a statutory rape case involving a teacher and student in Gorontalo in September 2024, the victim's identity was widely disseminated online, complicating the protection and recovery process. This research aims to identify the virtual legal culture that undermines the rights of female victims of statutory rape to receive protection and recovery. The study employs an ethnographic method with a socio-legal approach. Data were collected through virtual observation of TikTok accounts responding to statutory rape cases in Gorontalo and analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results show a series of legal cultures that hinder the fulfillment of the rights of female statutory rape victims to enjoy protection. These include the "kepo" culture, or excessive curiosity about others' affairs, which drives the public to delve deeply into the case; the "social climbing" culture, where individuals exploit the case's popularity to boost their notoriety; and the "spill the tea" culture, or online gossiping, used as a form of social sanction against the girl, who is often wrongly perceived as the perpetrator of adultery.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of the role of peers, family environment, and learning discipline on students' learning motivation in Office Automation and Management at SMK Negeri 1 Bawang Banjarnegara. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all Office Automation and Management students at SMK Negeri 1 Bawang Banjarnegara for the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 324 students including class X, class XI and class XII. The sample in this study was selected using a proportional random sampling technique and calculated using the Slovin formula. From the population, the total sample used was 179 students. The data collection technique used was by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS. The results of the research show that the peer role variable (X1) influences students' learning motivation (Y), the family environment variable (X2) influences students' learning motivation (Y), and the learning discipline variable (X3) influences students' learning motivation (Y). Abstract

Abstract: Unilateral divorce practice can be cathegorized as general phenomenon in Sasak society, Lombok. It was occurred at many forms and ways; some husbands who divorce their wives unilaterally state the divorce statement directly to their wives by face to face, some of them state divorce in front of other people, some of them state it from far place with telecommunication ware, and some of them state it in front of local authority holder in divorce affair, they are religious leader and hamlet head. Unilateral divorce practice still existed in Lombok due to several factors, firstly, uncompleteness of divorce regulation, malpractice in marriage and divorce administration, and influence of extremely textual and patriarchal Islamic law understanding. In general, unilateral divorce negativelly affected to wives who divorced unilaterally. They lost their right to get mut’ah, expense of iddah, dowry settlement and also sharing of marital property.Abstrak: Perceraian sepihak merupakan fenomena yang boleh dibilang masih umum terjadi pada masyarakat Sasak, Lombok. Perceraian sepihak tersebut terjadi dengan berbagai macam bentuk atau cara, yakni suami menyatakan talak secara langsung kepada istri dengan bertatap muka, atau suami menyatakan talak di hadapan orang lain, bahkan adakalanya suami menyatakan talak lewat alat komunikasi, dan terkadang suami menyatakan talak di hadapan kepala dusun dan kiai yang dianggap sebagai pemilik otoritas dalam soal perceraian. Masih eksisnya perceraian sepihak di kalangan masyarakat Sasak ini disebabkan oleh beberapoa faktor, yakni belum lengkapnya peraturan tentang talak, terjadinya malpraktik administrasi pernikahan dan perceraian, dan pengaruh pemahaman ajaran agama yang bersifat tekstualis dan patriarkhis. Praktik perceraian sepihak ini pada akhirnya berdampak negatif terhadap para istri yang diceraikan. Mereka kehilangan sejumlah hak yang seharusnya didapatkan, seperti hak istri untuk berpartisipasi dalam menentukan arah kehidupan rumah tangga, hak istri untuk mendapatkan mut’ah dan nafkah iddah, hak untuk mendapatkan pelunasan maskawin, dan juga hak untuk mendapatkan bagian atas harta bersama.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskrispikan dan menganalisis pemahaman masyarakat di Kabupaten Banjar Kalimantan Selatan tentang harta perpantangan yang dikategorikan sebagai fiqih responsif gender yang lahir dari pemikiran ulama setempat abad XVIII, Syekh Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari. Data dikumpulkan pada tahun 2019 di Kabupaten Banjar Kalimantan Selatan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi non partisipatoris serta telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman masyarakat Banjar tentang harta perpantangan dewasa ini terbagi menjadi dua; di tingkat ulama-ulama yang sering membantu penyelesaian sengketa, substansi dan dasar pemikiran yang melatarbelakangi kelahirannya dipahami dengan baik, namun kedudukannya lebih dipahami sebagai hukum adat daripada ijtihad fiqih, sedangkan masyarakat umum khususnya generasi muda kurang mengenal konsep harta perpantangan, baik substansinya, dasar pemikirannya maupun penerapannya karena fiqih kewarisan yang mereka pelajari merujuk pada karya ulama jazirah Arab. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman masyarakat Banjar tentang konsep fiqih cenderung didominasi oleh fiqih dari ulama jazirah Arab, karena ijtihad ulama setempat yang mengakomodasi lokalitas tidak dipahami sebagai ijtihad fiqih.
