Abstract

The productivity of shallots in Indonesia from year to year is still low from maximum productivity, especially in Probolinggo district because it is caused by attacks of pests and diseases so often decreases the economic value and the quality of shallots. Lack of information for farmers, especially novice farmers on shallot plants, results in late countermeasures to prevent pest and disease attacks on shallots. For that, an application system is needed, namely an expert application system that can be implemented into machine language easily and efficiently by using Fuzzy Logic. The use of the Fuzzy Logic expert system can bridge machine language that is very precise with human language which tends to be not precise. In this study the logic used is fuzzy logic with the Sugeno method based on Android using the Java programming language by testing 16 expert data. From the results of testing this application system, researchers obtained an accuracy rate of 93.75% with details of 15 accurate data and 1 inaccurate data.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a tropical climate which has two seasons, namely the rainy season and the dry season. From the climatic conditions that occur in Probolinggo district, especially Tiris sub-district, it is very likely that the people of Tiris sub-district are affected by tropical diseases, especially children, as well as limited working hours or doctor's working hours and the large number of patients who have to queue. Because of this, we need a tool that can diagnose children's illnesses in the form of a system. Application for diagnosing tropical diseases in children which can be used for initial diagnosis in children when they experience disorders in the body. The application will display diagnostic results based on the symptoms experienced by the child at that time. The application was built using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter Framework.

Abstract

Handling public complaints of Probolinggo city, known as “Laporo Rek”, requires more time to provide the report to the relevant office. Its caused by the administrators sometimes doesn't know where the Public complaints to addressed. Using the naïve Bayes algorithm in Text Mining for Public Complaints of Probolinggo city can help the administrators to work more effectively and efficiently. The processing data of Public Complaints of Probolinggo city through several stages of text mining, which are token, filter, steaming, and analyzing. After completed the stage, the data will be classified using the naïve Bayes algorithm. The naïve Bayes algorithm calculation will view the result of each data class of Public Complaints of Probolinggo city, which is entered by phone, text message complaints. The research using this method has resulted in accuray 95%; it means each public complaints of Probolinggo city can be classified by each government agency in Probolinggo.

Abstract

Comitte nasional sports of Indonesia is the organization that focus on sport. Every two years, Probolinggo's KONI hold city sports week activity that specially for elementary and junior hight school students. In every registration process Porkota's participant currently it is still done manually which causes the registration process to occur a lot of error and requirs a longer time. Along with the development of technology, an online registration system is needed to simplify the registration process and prevent errors from occurring. The PORKOTA registration application consists of web and android applications. The android application is used by the school to register and the web application is used by KONI to make data changes, delete data and print data. Design of PORKOTA registration process system is described in the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Then develop a client server based application using web and android with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method as a solution to these problems. The results of this study is the creation of a client server-based PORKOTA online registration application using web and android. This application is expected to help the school and the Probolinggo's KONI in facilitating the PORKOTA registration process

Abstract

Quality human resources will bring a nation into a prosperous and prosperous nation. A prosperous and prosperous nation does not escape the technological advances that are controlled. ICT training aims to increase knowledge and insight in the field of computer information technology. This is because in the 4.0 era knowledge and skills in the field of ICT are indispensable. The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the world and including Indonesia has affected the learning system for children. The learning system that was originally face-to-face was replaced with an online system. This is a new problem. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve skills in the field of ICT in children. From the description that has been presented regarding the skill needs of children, the community service program team took the initiative to do service with the theme of improving ICT skills in children with the target of fifth graders at SDN Tamansari 1. Service activities were carried out with three schemes consisting of preparation, preparation and implementation of activities. Results of activities The results of activities participants understand about the functions and working systems of hardware, basic software work processes and functions of Microsoft office icons. Participants are also taught how to operate a computer and use the available applications and features.

Abstract

Aplikasi penjualan merupakan sebuah sistem yang dirancang untuk memudahkan dalam proses transaksi penjualan dan perekapan data penjualan. Optik merupakan istilah dari toko atau perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang kaca mata. Optik sebagai suatu badan usaha yang sering kita jumpai, namun masih banyak optik yang belum menggunakan komputer untuk mengelola berbagai macam data. Sistem penjualan pada Sinar Jaya masih menggunakan sistem manual, mulai dari pencatatan laporan penjualan dan pencatatan laporan piutang sehingga dibutuhkan waktu lama dalam pencatatan laporan dan rawan terjadi kesalahan perhitungan total penjualan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka dibutuhkan aplikasi penjualan yang dapat memudahkan petugas Sinar Jaya dalam melakukan kegiatan penjualan dan pencatatan dengan metode pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu metode waterfall yang proses pengerjaannya dilakukan secara berurutan. Sedangkan desain sistem yang digunakan yaitu flowchart, ERD dan DFD. Hasil penelitian menyatakan telah dirancang aplikasi untuk penjualan kacamata pada Sinar Jaya dengan menggunakan web yang terdiri dari dua level user yaitu admin untuk mengontrol data-data yang ada pada Sinar Jaya dan sales untuk melakukan kegiatan transaksi. Hasil uji eksternal aplikasi ini memperoleh nilai 88,8% yang artinya aplikasi ini sangat layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Batik manggur merupakan industri kecil menengah yang bergerak di bidang industri busana dimana batik manggur ini memproduksi kain batik dengan motif utamanya yaitu manga dan anggur. Sistem yang digunakan oleh toko batik manggur masih mengandalkan media sosial seperti Instagram dan whastapp atau dating langsung ke toko. Aplikasi Penjualan batik Manggur Berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat membantu pengelolaan tingkat penjualan secara online dalam menunjang pengoptimalan tingkat penjualan produk. Kelebihan utama dari aplikasi batik berbasis web ini dapat mempermudah pembeli untuk membeli produk batik secara online tanpa harus datang ke toko. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode air terjun (waterfall) yang terdiri dari analisis sistem, desain sistem, pembuatan sistem, perancangan sistem, uji coba dan pemeliharaan. aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan Bahasa pemogram PHP dan database MYSQL sebagai media penyimpanan data. Aplikasi “Batik Manggur” telah dilakukan uji kelayakan menggunakan kuesioner oleh beberapa kategori responden Toko Batik Manggur. Didapat nilai presentase pelanggan 83,1% dengan kategori sangat setuju, dan nilai presentase penjual 70,8% dengan kategori sangat setuju.

Abstract

Learning with technology content, including computer science or informatics, is a very crucial topic at this time. Unfortunately, there are still many schools that have not adapted to this digitalization culture. There are many factors behind schools not starting a digitalization culture, such as facilities and infrastructure and human resources that are not ready yet. One school that has not implemented digitalization in learning is SDN Kedungdalem. This school still does not have digital-based learning media, most of the learning activities are carried out using books and worksheets. This situation makes students not excited about learning because it is not interesting for students. The aim of this research is to analyze the description of the results of students' academic responses to ICT learning and educational games that have been given. The research method used in this activity is a qualitative approach with rural operations. The subjects of this research were 5th grade students at SDN Kedungdalem. The research results showed that students really liked the educational games provided because the games were funny, exciting and fun.
