Abstract

Kerajinan tangan ini merupakan sebuah kerajinan seni yang dibuat menggunakan tangan atau secara sederhana yang berguna sebagai hiasan, pernak-pernik, dan untuk digunakan sehari- hari. UMKM kerajinan di bawah binaan Dewan Masjid Indonesia Kabupaten Gresik merupakan UKM produk kreatif masyarakat Gresik. Produk kerajinan yang dihasilkan meliputi songkok, tas sekolah, topi, anyaman bambu, dan anyaman rotan. Awalnya sistem pemasaran produk kerajinan tangan ini masih banyak yang dijual dengan cara tradisional, namun saat ini sudah menggunakan pemasaran online, maka banyak hasil kreativitas warga Gresik yang tereksplorasi dengan baik. Permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM kerajinan adalah tentang masalah perpajakan, hal ini terjadi ketika mereka harus berhadapan dengan instansi yang terkait dengan pajak. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sosialisasi memahami tentang kewajiban pajak, memahami prinsip dasar PPh final UMKM, dan memahami bagaimana mekanisme pelaporan perpajakan. Diharapkan setelah adanya sosialisasi pemahaman perpajakan bagi pelaku UMKM kerajinan akan mendorong peningkatan penjualan dan perekonomian nasional yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, motivation and career development on the performance of nurses mediated by organizational commitment at the Regional General Hospital dr.TC.Hillers Maumere. The aim of the study was to analyze the influence of competence, motivation and career development on nurse performance mediated by organizational commitment at Dr TC Hillers Maumere Hospital. The population in this study were ninety-five nurses with clinical nurse qualification III. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis with SPSS software tools and inferential statistics using Smart PLS 3.0. The test results show that competence, motivation and career development have a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. However, competency, motivation and career development mediated by organizational commitment show a positive and insignificant effect on nurse performance

Abstract

This study aimed to find out and analyze the effect of work environment, work discipline, and emotional intelligence on the employees’ performance at the University of Nusa Nipa Indonesia. Besides, it aimed also to find out and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence in mediating the effect of work environment and work discipline on the employees’ performance at the University of Nusa Nipa Indonesia. Furthermore, the study was quantitative. The population was all employees at the University of Nusa Nipa Indonesia, consisting of 66 people. Moreover, the data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed descriptively with SPSS and T-Sobel. Additionally, the result of the descriptive analysis showed that the work environment, work discipline, emotional intelligence, and the employees’ performance were good criteria. In addition, the result of the path analysis concluded that 1) work environment affected employees’ performance, 2) work discipline affected employees’ performance, 3) emotional intelligence affected employees’ performance, 4) emotional intelligence was able to mediate the relationship of work environment on employees’ performance, and 5) emotional intelligence was able to mediate the relationship of work discipline on employees’ performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the role of purchase intention as an intervening variable of service quality and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (PT BJTI PORT). Several factors influence the buyer's decision including cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors and there are four factors 1) product, 2) price, 3) promotion, and 4) location. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The methodology in this study is descriptive-quantitative using descriptive analysis and inferential statistics, namely, this research analysis of inferential statistical data is measured using WarpPLS version 5.0 PLS (Partial Least Square) software. Based on the results of data analysis regarding direct and indirect influences, it shows that service quality does not influence purchasing decisions, word of mouth influences purchasing decisions, buying interest influences purchasing decisions, and buying interest is unable to intervene or is unable to mediate influence. service quality on purchasing decisions while buying interest can intervene or be able to mediate the influence of word of mouth on purchasing decisions. This means that buying interest can encourage or direct consumers to make purchasing decisions at PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (PT BJTI PORT)
