Abstract

Education management covers various aspects, ranging from the management of human resources, curriculum, facilities, to education policy. This literature review aims to explore the importance of Relevant Studies in developing effective education management strategies. Based on the literature review and previous research, in an increasingly complex and dynamic era, developing an effective education management strategy is a challenge for education stakeholders. One of the important elements in the strategy development process is the utilization of relevant studies as an empirical and theoretical basis. The research method used is a literature study by collecting and analyzing articles, journals and books related to the importance of Relevant Studies in developing effective education management strategies. The results of the literature review show that Relevant Studies play an important role in developing an effective, sustainable and adaptive education management strategy to the challenges of the times. Therefore, it is important for educational institutions, governments and all stakeholders to actively support and integrate the results of relevant studies into every aspect of education management, in order to create a better education that is in line with future challenges.

Abstract

Abstract

This literature review aims to explore the influence of the role of the principal on teacher performance discipline. Based on literature reviews and previous research, the role of the principal is considered an important factor in teacher performance discipline. Discipline is very important in efforts to improve teacher performance, meaning that the higher the work discipline, the higher the performance. Thus it can be said that the relationship between work discipline and teacher performance is positive. The research method used is a literature study by collecting and analyzing articles, journals and books related to the influence of the role of the principal on teacher performance discipline. The results of the literature review show that the role of the principal has a significant influence on teacher performance discipline. School principals have an important role in improving teacher discipline through coaching, motivation and example. Steps taken by school principals to improve teacher discipline include making rules, regulations, activity procedures, setting activity hours, and motivating teachers. Abstract

Strategic management is very important in managing an organization, because it can differentiate how well an organization achieves its performance, can face all forms of change and every decision provides benefits for various forms and types of profit-oriented organizations, government institutions, health and other organizations. other non-profits. Strategy is a process of implementing planning to achieve the organization's long-term goals by involving various existing resources. The Strategic Management course is a course designed to provide students with an understanding so they can implement a series of managerial decisions and actions in determining company performance in the long term. After students complete this strategic management course, students are expected to understand strategic management in terms of environmental observation, strategy formulation (strategic planning or long-term planning), strategy implementation, and evaluation/control. In addition, students are able to consider the implications of organizational strategy for the entire human resource system in the organization by translating organizational goals into specific resource management systems.
