Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang Pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT) adalah upaya untuk memperbaiki status gizi dengan menyediakan asupan tambahan yang bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi dan mencapai status gizi yang optimal. Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah masih ditemukannya balita dengan status gizi kurang di wilayah Puskesmas Beringin Raya, Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara pemberian makanan tambahan dan status gizi balita di Puskesmas tersebut.Metode Penelitian Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan desain cross-sectional pada 64 sampel yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis univariat dan bivariate, dengan uji statistik chi-square.Hasil Penelitian Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hampir separuh responden (48,4%) menerima pemberian makanan tambahan yang kurang memadai, dan sebagian besar (53,1%) balita memiliki status gizi kurang (underweight). Uji statistik menunjukkan nilai p sebesar 0,012 (p < 0,05), yang mengindikasikan adanya hubungan signifikan antara pemberian makanan tambahan dan status gizi balita.Simpulan Terdapat hubungan antara pemberian makanan tambahan dan status gizi balita di Puskesmas Beringin Raya, Kota Bengkulu. Diharapkan  para ibu lebih aktif dalam mencari informasi tentang pentingnya pemberian makanan tambahan bagi balita.Kata Kunci : Status Gizi, Pemberian Makanan Tambahan ABSTRACTBackground Providing supplementary food (PMT) is an effort to improve nutritional status by providing additional intake aimed at meeting nutritional needs and achieving optimal nutritional status. The problem raised in this research is that toddlers with poor nutritional status are still found in the Beringin Raya Community Health Center area, Bengkulu City. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between providing additional food and the nutritional status of toddlers at the Community Health Center.Research Method This research uses a quantitative approach with analytical descriptive methods. Data were collected using a cross-sectional design on 64 samples selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out through univariate and bivariate analysis, with the chi-square statistical test.Research Results The research results showed that almost half of the respondents (48.4%) received inadequate supplementary food, and the majority (53.1%) of children under five had underweight. The statistical test shows a p value of 0.012 (p < 0.05), which indicates a significant relationship between providing additional food and the nutritional status of toddlers.Conclusion There is a relationship between providing additional food and the nutritional status of toddlers at the Beringin Raya Community Health Center, Bengkulu City. It is hoped that mothers will be more active in seeking information about the importance of providing additional food for toddlers.Keywords: Nutritional Status, Providing Additional Food

Abstract

Improving the quality of human resources is greatly influenced by the quality of education. There is a systematic mechanism for preserving knowledge and information in education. The quality of education often focuses on the quality of graduates, but without a quality educational process, high quality graduates (output) cannot be obtained. With the current development of the education industry, funding can be said to be quite a complex issue that needs to be considered by education providers. Because the basic problems of education will be related to educational staff problems, learning mechanism problems, infrastructure problems, sales problems and other aspects related to financial problems. The teaching and learning process will be hampered by the failure of educational institutions to provide funds. Obstacles in the teaching and learning process automatically cause people to lose trust in the institution. However, excessive funding does not guarantee better school management (Winarsih, 2016 ). This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method, which is a method that studies the current situation of human groups, objects, and conditions with a system of thought, or a series of events in the present. here were 6 informants/subjects for this research, including the head of the madrasa, the deputy head of the madrasa in the field of infrastructure, the deputy head of the madrasa in the field of curriculum, the deputy head of the madrasa in the field of student affairs, the deputy head of the madrasa in the field of public relations and the educational staff of MI Mahabbatullah Jambi City. The results of the research show that Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mahabbatullah Jambi City does the following in managing education funds: (1) Planning and formulating policies consisting of data collection, data processing, and diagnosis, summarizing needs, budgeting the necessary resources and choosing objectives, (2) plan, (3) outline the plan, (4) implement the plan, and (5) then revise and plan the next strategy.

Abstract

Strategic management is very important in managing an organization, because it can differentiate how well an organization achieves its performance, can face all forms of change and every decision provides benefits for various forms and types of profit-oriented organizations, government institutions, health and other organizations. other non-profits. Strategy is a process of implementing planning to achieve the organization's long-term goals by involving various existing resources. The Strategic Management course is a course designed to provide students with an understanding so they can implement a series of managerial decisions and actions in determining company performance in the long term. After students complete this strategic management course, students are expected to understand strategic management in terms of environmental observation, strategy formulation (strategic planning or long-term planning), strategy implementation, and evaluation/control. In addition, students are able to consider the implications of organizational strategy for the entire human resource system in the organization by translating organizational goals into specific resource management systems.
