Abstract

This study aims to examine the condition of books and the need for digital textbooks for lecturers and students of Islamic Higher Education in the Madiun area which consists of six universities, namely the Islamic High School (STAI) Madiun, STAINU Madiun, STAI Ma'arif Magetan, IAIN Ponorogo. , IAI Ngawi, and Insuri Ponorogo. The method used at this stage is exploratory qualitative. The aim is to provide an overview of the textbooks used for teaching so far. The activity carried out is to analyze the feasibility of textbooks used to teach so far and the need for digital textbooks for lecturers and students of Islamic Higher Education in the Madiun area. The tools used for the preliminary study include a questionnaire for students, a list of interview questions for Indonesian language lecturers, and a study format for Indonesian language textbooks. Questionnaires were given to students of Islamic Higher Education in five residency universities of Madiun to find out students' needs for Indonesian language textbooks. In addition, the researcher also interviewed Indonesian language lecturers to find out the lecturers' perceptions of the Indonesian language textbooks used through a list of questions that had been compiled by the researchers. Furthermore, the researcher used the textbook review format to examine the Indonesian MKDU textbooks from the aspect of national insight. Based on the results of observations that have been carried out at six Islamic Universities in the Residency of Madiun, it is found that; (1) learning scientific writing is very important to be taught in universities because every student should have the ability to write scientifically as a provision in preparing scientific papers, (2) students still have not mastered correctly in writing scientific papers, (3) there are no language textbooks Indonesia makes it difficult for students to find references related to scientific writing material, (4) lecturers and students need books to support lectures. Books can help lecturers and students in learning, (5) online lectures make students prefer using digital books.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang penerapan model pembelajaran perseorangan dan kelompok kecil (PPKK) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita keliling dan luas persegi dan persegi panjang di kelas VII SMP Negeri 13 Palu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas mengacu pada desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan dan pengamatan, serta refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model PPKK dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 13 Palu dalam menyelesaikan soal keliling dan luas persegi dan persegi panjang khususnya pada soal cerita, dengan fase pembelajaran yaitu: (1) pengantar, (2) informasi, demonstrasi, dan aktifitas perseorangan, (3) informasi dan aktifitas kelompok, (4) kuis, dan (5) penutup. Kata Kunci: PPKK; Hasil Belajar Matematika; Persegi dan persegi panjang. Abstrack: The research aim to obtain a description of the applying of the learning models of individuals and small groups to improve student learning outcomes in completing the story about the circumference and area of ​​the square and rectangular in class VII SMPN 13 Palu. This research is a classroom action research refered to desain research Kemmis and Mc. Taggart consisted of planning, action and observation, and reflection. The results showed that the application of learning models PPKK can improve the learning outcomes of students of class VII SMPN 13 Palu in solving the circumference and area of ​​the square and rectangular particular on story problems, the learning phase, namely: (1) introduction, (2) information, demonstrations, and activities of individuals, (3) information and group activities, (4) quizzes, and (5) the cover. Keywords: Learning Model Individual and Small Group; Mathematics Learning Outcomes; Square and Rectangle.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model-model produk-produk yang sudah digunakan di perguruan tinggi agama Islam di Kota Madiun. Metode yang digunakan pada tahap ini adalah kualitatif eksploratif. Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang buku ajar yang digunakan untuk mengajar selama ini. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah menganalisis kelayakan buku ajar yang digunakan untuk mengajar selama ini. Alat yang digunakan untuk studi pendahuluan, di antaranya angket untuk mahasiswa, daftar pertanyaan wawancara untuk dosen bahasa Indonesia, dan format telaah buku ajar mata kuliah bahasa Indonesia. Angket diberikan kepada mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam di lima perguruan tinggi karesidenan Madiun untuk mengetahui kebutuhan mahasiswa terhadap buku ajar mata kuliah bahasa Indonesia. Selain itu, peneliti juga mewawancarai dosen bahasa Indonesia untuk mengetahui persepsi dosen terhadap buku ajar  bahasa Indonesia yang digunakan melalui daftar pertanyaan yang telah disusun oleh peneliti. Selanjutnya, format telaah buku ajar  digunakan peneliti untuk menelaah buku ajar MKDU bahasa Indonesia dilihat dari aspek wawasan kebangsaan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan di lima Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam di Karesidenan Madiun diperoleh fakta bahwa muatan wawasan kebangsaan yang terdapat dalam buku ajar Bahasa Indonesia antara lain; (1) penghargaan terhadap harkat dan martabat manusia sebagai makhluk ciptaan Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa, (2) tekad bersama untuk berkehidupan kebangsaan  yang bebas, merdeka, dan bersatu, (3) cinta tanah air dan bangsa, (4) demokrasi, (5) kesetiakawanan sosial, (6) masyarakat adil dan makmur.
