Abstract

Education is a basic need in the era of globalisation that plays an important role in improving the quality of life and progress of the nation. Countries that have quality education will produce superior human resources and contribute to national development. Therefore, improving the quality of learning through teacher training is very important. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field research design. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews with teachers and students at SMPN 3 Baleendah and SMP Mathla'ul Anwar Margahayu. ADLX learning planning at Mathla'ul Anwar Margahayu Junior High School includes integration of Islamic values, improving teacher competence, and using information technology. ADLX implementation at SMPN 3 Baleendah and SMP Mathla'ul Anwar Margahayu improved students' engagement and motivation, as well as their learning outcomes. Teachers reported improved skills in classroom management and use of interactive learning media. Evaluation results showed an increase in students' average test scores. ADLX combining Active Learning, Deep Learning and Experiential Learning proved effective in improving the quality of learning. Changes in classroom management create an interactive and dynamic learning environment. Technology support and innovation in learning methods enrich students' learning experience. The implementation of ADLX at SMPN 3 Baleendah and SMP Mathla'ul Anwar Margahayu has improved the quality of education. Innovative learning strategies and the use of technology create an effective and interactive learning environment. This success can be an example for other schools.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini bahwa siswa kelas V SD Inpres Unggulan BTN Pemda Kota Makassar akan dievaluasi kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar IPA terkait topik perpindahan kalor. Penelitian kuantitatif adalah metode yang digunakan untuk membandingkan pemanfaatan pendekatan Guided Discovery Learning dengan pendidikan sains tradisional. Kurikulum kelas V SD Inpres Unggulan BTN Pemda Kota Makassar meliputi mata pelajaran perpindahan kalor. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen apabila diberikan perlakuan. Populasi penelitian adalah 87 anak kelas V SD Inpres Unggulan BTN Pemda Kota Makassar. Kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas VC yang berjumlah 30 siswa dan kelas kontrol yaitu kelas VB yang juga berjumlah 30 siswa dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Tes, dokumentasi, dan observasi merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa meningkat setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional dan penemuan terbimbing. Nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen sebesar 86,57, sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 73,30. Metodologi Guided Discovery Learning memberikan dampak terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar IPA, terlihat dari rata-rata kelas eksperimen sebesar 83,53 dan kelas kontrol sebesar rata-rata 66,63.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain digital attendance innovation in enforcing employee work discipline, along with the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence its implementation. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to gain an in-depth understanding of how digital attendance functions within an organizational setting. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, allowing the researcher to capture the real conditions and employee experiences. The data analysis process followed the stages of data collection, condensation, display, and conclusion drawing to ensure systematic and comprehensive interpretation. The findings show that the digital attendance innovation at the Makassar City Education Office is effective when evaluated using an innovation model approach. In terms of relative advantage, the system saves employees’ time in recording attendance and reduces the inefficiencies found in manual systems. Regarding suitability, the system aligns well with organizational needs in promoting discipline, although employee discipline is also influenced by other factors, such as work culture and supervision. From the perspective of complexity, several technical challenges were identified, particularly during power outages, which prevented the attendance machine from operating properly. In terms of trialability, employees can operate the system easily because of its practical design and simple procedures. Finally, in terms of observability, digital attendance enables supervisors and operators to monitor attendance data transparently and detect potential fraud, such as employees attempting to entrust attendance to others. Overall, digital attendance serves as an important tool for strengthening employee work discipline.
