Abstract

Pembelajaran Biologi masih didominasi oleh aktifitas guru. Kelas berfokuspada guru sebagai sumber utama pengetahuan dan berpegang pada buku paketsaja. Kegiatan pembelajaran kurang memberikan kesempatan kepada siswauntuk berinteraksi dengan benda-benda konkrit dalam situasi yang nyata.Permasalahan tersebut dapat di atasi menggunakan pendekatan pembelajarankooperatif dengan model Student Teams Achivement Division (STAD).Penelitian tindakan kelas digunakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hasilbelajar Biologi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 11 Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan, pada materi Menentukan ekosistem dan saling hubunganantara komponen ekosistem. Pada siklus I, siswa yang mengikuti tes terdapatsebanyak 5 siswa yang tuntas. Siswa tersebut dikatakan tuntas karena hasiltes yang diperoleh telah mencapai nilai KKM. Siswa yang dikategorikan tidaktuntas sebanyak 15 siswa, karena hasil tes yang diperoleh belum mencapainilai KKM. Dengan ketuntasan secara klasikal pada tes silus I adalah 25%. Sedangkan pada siklus II, dengan materi mengindentifikasikan pentingnya keanekaragaman makhluk hidup dalam pelestarian ekosistem, telah mengalami peningkatan yaitu siswa yang dikategorikan tuntas sebanyak 20 siswa atau 100%, siswa yang dikategorikan tuntas. Dengan demikian model pembelajaran Student Teams Achivement Division dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 11 Kota Bandung, pada materi Ekosistem.

Abstract

Background - Job satisfaction is a happy emotional state or positive emotion that comes from evaluating one's work or experience. With high job satisfaction will increase employee performance against the organization where they work. Lack of satisfaction with the company can lead to low employee performance. In this study related to job satisfaction of BSI Bandung Branch employees. Aim - The aims of this study were to identify and analyze the influence of spiritual leadership and psychological contracts on employee job satisfaction at BSI Bandung Branch. Design / Methodology / Approach – This study used descriptive and explanatory survey methods. The research was conducted on 90 BSI employees. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis. Findings – The results of this study show that spiritual leadership and psychological contracts partially or jointly have an impact on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, a determinant value of 0.938 was obtained, this means that spiritual leadership and psychological contracts are able to explain employee job satisfaction of 93.8%. Meanwhile, 6.2% was caused by other factors. Conclusion - The leadership of the BSI Bandung Branch must be able to implement spiritual leadership for employees and build a strong psychological contract for employees within the company. Job satisfaction needs to be improved again to improve organizational performance. Research implication - To increase employee job satisfaction, it is necessary to pay attention to the attitudes and behavior of leadership shown by leaders to employees besides strengthening the psychological contract between employees and the organization. Limitation - The scope of this research is limited to one particular company, so it does not reflect the situation of other institutions in the same study regarding spiritual leadership, psychological contract, job satisfaction

Abstract

This action research is motivated by the existence of a learning model that is used less varied, in the teaching and learning process, the teacher has not been able to create active and fun learning, so that students experience boredom during the learning process and students play less active roles, students still like to play alone while learning, so that student learning outcomes do not reach KKM. This research was conducted in two cycles. In each cycle, learning activities were carried out by applying the Discovery Learning method. The research subjects were fourth grade students consisting of 34 students. This study shows that student learning outcomes in the material of the properties of light through the Discovery Learning method can improve. The increase can be seen from the results of class action research in cycles I and II. In cycle I students who completed the KKM were 10 students or 29.41%. In cycle II, the number of students who completed the KKM was 30 students or 88.23%, an increase of 58.82% from cycle I. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the Discovery Learning method can improve the learning process. Thus it can be concluded that the use of the Discovery Learning method can improve the learning outcomes of science material on the properties of light in class IV students of MI Daarul Qolam, Margahayu District, Bandung Regency in the 2020/2021 school year.ABSTRAKPenelitian Tindakan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya model pembelajaran yang digunakan kurang bervariasi, dalam proses belajar mengajar, guru belum mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif dan menyenangkan, sehingga siswa mengalami kejenuhan selama proses pembelajaran dan siswa kurang berperan aktif, siswa masih suka bermain sendiri saat belajar, sehingga hasil belajar siswa tidak mencapai KKM. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Dalam tiap siklusnya dilaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan metode Discovery Learning. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas IV terdiri dari 34 siswa. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dalam materi sifat-sifat cahaya melalui metode Discovery Learning dapat meningkat. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil penelitian tindakan kelas pada siklus I dan II. Pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas KKM sebanyak 10 siswa atau 29,41%. Pada siklus II siswa yang tuntas KKM sebanyak 30 siswa atau 88,23% meningkat 58,82% dari siklus I. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA materi sifat-sifat cahaya pada siswa kelas IV MI Daarul Qolam Kecamatan Margahayu Kabupaten Bandung tahun pelajaran 2020/2021.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu data kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh siswa dalam suatu pembelajaran Ilmu Kimia pada saat covid-19 melanda. Sejak adanya Covid-19, proses pembelajaran yang pada awalnya dilakukan secara tatap muka beralih menjadi pembelajaran secara daring. Oleh karena itu, peneliti memiliki keinginan menganalisis kesulitan siswa belajar kimia dalam proses pembelajaran selama Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif yang disebarkan kepada siswa dari berbagai SMA/SMK yang ada di wilayah Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa selama Covid-19, 66% siswa menyatakan bahwa mereka tidak dapat memahami pembelajaran kimia.

Abstract

Plans or planning are needed in various forms of organization, because this planning is a basic management process in making decisions and taking actions. Planning is needed in all types of activities, be it organizational activities, companies or activities in the community, and planning exists in every management function, because these functions can only carry out decisions that have been determined in planning. This article aims to reveal the importance of planning in the education management system. The research method used is a literature study. The results of this study reveal that planning is the process of defining organizational goals, producing management art to achieve goals, and planning organizational work activities. Planning is also the most important process in the principle of all management functions, because without planning other functions of organizing, directing, and controlling. Good planning will form good management. We recommend that in reaching decisions and actions in various forms of organization use the basic management process in the form of planning. In a plan, it is necessary to pay attention to the nature of good planning to achieve the desired results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar matematika materi operasi hitung bilangan bulat negatif siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) melalui pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME). Model penelitian ini berupa penelitian kuntitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen semu (Quasi Experiment) the purposive Control Gourp Pretest – Posttest Design. Instrumen pada penelitian ini berupa soal pretest dan posttest dalam bentuk soal uraian sebanyak lima soal yang diberikan pada kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen serta lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data dengan melakukan uji statistik berbantuan aplikasi Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). Hasil yang diperoleh berdasakan perhitungan didapat nilai Asymp sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,002 sehingga dapat dikatakan nilai ini lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas 0,05 artinya hipotesis alternatif yang menyatakan terdapat perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol diterima. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada materi operasi hitung bilangan bulat negatif siswa SD melalui pendekatan RME lebih efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi nilai-nilai Aswaja (Ahlusunnah wal Jamaah) di sekolah dalam menjawab tantangan yang ditimbulkan oleh Revolusi Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi tinjauan literatur, yang melibatkan kajian teori-teori yang relevan dengan masalah penelitian. Metode ini sangat penting, terutama dalam penelitian akademis, karena metode ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori dan aplikasi praktis. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Aswaja moderasi (tawassuth), keseimbangan (tawazun), toleransi (tasamuh), dan keadilan (i'tidal) berfungsi sebagai prinsip-prinsip panduan untuk berperilaku dalam semua aspek kehidupan. Pendekatan yang paling efektif untuk membina kehidupan beragama di sekolah adalah melalui strategi yang mencakup learning to know, learning to do, learning to be, dan learning to live together. Selain itu, proses pengembangan kehidupan beragama dapat dilakukan melalui metode seperti memberikan pengajaran teori yang minimal, memberikan contoh dan teladan yang luas, memperkuat pembiasaan dan praktik, memberikan motivasi yang cukup, dan memastikan pengawasan dan penegakan aturan yang konsisten.

Abstract

Education is a basic need in the era of globalisation that plays an important role in improving the quality of life and progress of the nation. Countries that have quality education will produce superior human resources and contribute to national development. Therefore, improving the quality of learning through teacher training is very important. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field research design. Data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews with teachers and students at SMPN 3 Baleendah and SMP Mathla'ul Anwar Margahayu. ADLX learning planning at Mathla'ul Anwar Margahayu Junior High School includes integration of Islamic values, improving teacher competence, and using information technology. ADLX implementation at SMPN 3 Baleendah and SMP Mathla'ul Anwar Margahayu improved students' engagement and motivation, as well as their learning outcomes. Teachers reported improved skills in classroom management and use of interactive learning media. Evaluation results showed an increase in students' average test scores. ADLX combining Active Learning, Deep Learning and Experiential Learning proved effective in improving the quality of learning. Changes in classroom management create an interactive and dynamic learning environment. Technology support and innovation in learning methods enrich students' learning experience. The implementation of ADLX at SMPN 3 Baleendah and SMP Mathla'ul Anwar Margahayu has improved the quality of education. Innovative learning strategies and the use of technology create an effective and interactive learning environment. This success can be an example for other schools.

Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi salah satu permasalahan serius yang menghambat pembangunan sumber daya manusia di Indonesia, termasuk di wilayah pedesaan seperti Desa Panenjoan, Kecamatan Cicalengka, Kabupaten Bandung. Rendahnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang gizi, pola makan sehat, serta keterampilan pengolahan makanan bergizi menjadi faktor penyebab utama yang harus diintervensi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam upaya pencegahan stunting melalui pendekatan edukasi terpadu. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendidikan masyarakat melalui penyuluhan interaktif dan pelatihan praktis, dengan melibatkan kader posyandu, guru dan kepala sekolah PAUD, serta perangkat desa. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 29 Mei 2025 dan diikuti oleh 46 peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta terkait stunting, pentingnya 1.000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK), pola makan sehat berbasis bahan lokal, serta keterampilan dasar pengukuran antropometri. Meskipun masih ditemukan beberapa kendala teknis, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan partisipasi dan kesadaran masyarakat dalam upaya pencegahan stunting. Edukasi terpadu berbasis komunitas terbukti efektif sebagai strategi percepatan penurunan stunting di tingkat desa.

Abstract

In the face of increasingly complex educational challenges, there is a growing demand for leadership models that integrate ethical and humanistic values, particularly in Islamic elementary schools. This study explores the operationalisation of kindness-based leadership at MI Fitrah Insani, Leles, Garut, as a strategic response to the limitations of performance-oriented and hierarchical leadership paradigms. This study addresses the gaps in the literature regarding the implementation of ethical leadership grounded in Islamic values by examining how empathy, participatory communication, and ethical responsibility shape school culture and educational quality. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and a document analysis. Triangulation of these methods enabled a comprehensive understanding of institutional dynamics, leadership practices, and their impact on school climate, teacher motivation, and student engagement. The findings reveal that kindness-based leadership at MI Fitrah Insani fosters an emotionally safe and inclusive school environment. Through participatory decision-making, structured communication, and consistent appreciation practices, the leadership model contributes to improved teacher loyalty, pedagogical innovation, and heightened student participation. Despite structural, cultural, and operational barriers such as bureaucratic rigidity and limited professional development, adaptive strategies, including ethical leadership training, policy reform, and digital communication platforms, have enhanced the effectiveness and sustainability of this model. This study concludes that kindness-oriented leadership is not merely a normative ideal but a transformative practice that aligns with Islamic ethical traditions and addresses the academic and moral dimensions of education. The findings offer practical implications for Islamic schools seeking to cultivate character-driven and ethically grounded leadership.
