Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a library study (library research) using a philosophical approach, as it explores the ideas and thoughts of H. Ahmad Zacky presented in his book titled, Yuk, Instal Hati Kita dengan Tobat (Let’s Install Our Hearts with Repentance). The main focus of this study is the concept of repentance as a method for renewing the heart, as proposed by Ahmad Zacky in a modern and contextual framework. The data used in this research is classified into two types: primary data, sourced from Ahmad Zacky’s own book, and secondary data, obtained from various literature such as classical Islamic texts, reference books, scientific journals, articles, dissertations, theses, and relevant digital sources. The core idea of Ahmad Zacky’s thought emphasizes that the corruption of the heart is the root of sinful acts; therefore, the heart must be renewed through sincere repentance. According to him, repentance is not merely a momentary act but a continuous process of self-correction supported by various spiritual practices. In this regard, he outlines ten key practices to support heart renewal, including prayer, remembrance, night prayer, fasting, invoking blessings upon the Prophet, pilgrimage, almsgiving, charity, patience, and sincerity. This study aims to explore the spiritual values within the concept of repentance and its contribution to heart purification in modern life. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan filosofis karena membahas gagasan pemikiran H. Ahmad Zacky dalam bukunya yang berjudul Yuk, Instal Hati Kita dengan Tobat. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah pada konsep tobat sebagai cara untuk memperbarui hati yang dikemukakan oleh Ahmad Zacky dalam bingkai modern dan kontekstual. Data dalam penelitian ini diklasifikasikan menjadi dua jenis, yakni data primer yang bersumber dari buku karya Ahmad Zacky sendiri, serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai literatur seperti kitab klasik, buku referensi, jurnal ilmiah, artikel, disertasi, tesis, dan sumber digital lainnya yang relevan. Inti pemikiran Ahmad Zacky menekankan bahwa kerusakan hati adalah awal dari perbuatan dosa, sehingga perlu dilakukan pembaruan hati melalui tobat. Tobat menurutnya bukan hanya tindakan sesaat, tetapi sebuah proses pembenahan diri yang terus-menerus dengan dukungan berbagai amalan. Dalam hal ini, ia menyebutkan sepuluh amalan utama yang mendukung proses pembaruan hati, antara lain shalat, zikir, qiyamul lail, puasa, membaca shalawat, menunaikan haji, membayar zakat, bersedekah, bersabar, dan berikhlas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali nilai-nilai spiritual dalam konsep tobat dan kontribusinya terhadap kebersihan hati dalam kehidupan modern.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru melalui program Klinik Guru Digital dengan menggunakan metode participatory action research (PAR) yang mengutamakan partisipasi aktif guru dalam seluruh proses kegiatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Pomalaa dengan pendekatan berbasis kebutuhan (needs-based approach) untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Program ini melibatkan 30 guru dari 9 madrasah dan dirancang dalam lima tahapan utama: konsultasi awal untuk pemetaan kebutuhan, pelatihan teknologi dasar, praktik pembuatan media pembelajaran digital, pendampingan implementasi di kelas, serta evaluasi program secara partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa program ini sangat bermanfaat, dengan 80% responden menilai pelatihan ini relevan dan berdampak signifikan terhadap penguasaan teknologi. Sebanyak 87% guru mengalami peningkatan kemampuan dalam menggunakan platform pembelajaran online, dan 80% berhasil membuat materi ajar digital. Selain itu, program ini juga memfasilitasi terbentuknya komunitas digital antar-guru yang mendorong kolaborasi dan pengembangan kompetensi berkelanjutan. Temuan ini mendukung kerangka kerja Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) dan memperkuat hasil penelitian sebelumnya mengenai efektivitas pelatihan berbasis praktik. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pengembangan model pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan yang dapat direplikasi di berbagai konteks pendidikan untuk menjembatani kesenjangan keterampilan digital guru sekaligus membangun budaya kolaborasi untuk integrasi teknologi yang berkelanjutan dalam proses pembelajaran

Abstract

Factors that influence students' interest in participating in Student Activity Unit (UKM) activities at the Islamic Science University (USIMAR). This study uses qualitative research methods by conducting interviews with students in various faculties. The results of the interviews show that student interests and factors are closely related to each other. Supportive factors from the environment, such as encouragement from peers and family support, have a positive influence on students' interest in participating in UKM activities. Apart from that, the benefits obtained from participation in UKM are also an important factor that motivates students. This research provides in-depth insight into the dynamics of student interest in participating in UKM activities on the USIMAR campus environment. The implications of these findings can be used by campuses and UKM managers to increase student participation and strengthen the sustainability of UKM as a means of developing student potential outside academic activities

Abstract

The issue of zina (fornication/adultery) is one of the most critical topics in Islamic legal studies due to its profound impact on morality, social order, and legal norms. Traditionally, classical exegesis defines zina narrowly as sexual intercourse outside a valid marriage, with strict hudūd punishments: one hundred lashes for unmarried offenders (ghayru muḥṣan) and stoning (rajam) for married offenders (muḥṣan). However, such interpretations are often considered rigidly legal-formal and less attentive to broader humanitarian values. This study aims to analyze the concept of zina in the Qur’an through the lens of Muhammad Shahrur’s hermeneutics of limits (ḥudūd). The research applies a qualitative method using library research, focusing on textual analysis of Qur’anic verses, classical commentaries, and Shahrur’s works. Content analysis was employed to examine the meanings, arguments, and legal implications of Shahrur’s interpretation. The findings reveal that Shahrur rejects the application of stoning (rajam) due to its lack of explicit Qur’anic basis and argues that the maximum punishment for zina is one hundred lashes as stated in QS. An-Nur [24]: 2. He also opens the possibility of minimum sanctions in the form of social or educational measures depending on the socio-historical context. Furthermore, Shahrur redefines zina beyond mere biological acts, extending it to include sexual exploitation, coercion, and violence against women, thus emphasizing the protection of human dignity. In conclusion, Shahrur’s hermeneutics of limits contributes significantly to the reformulation of Islamic criminal law in a more contextual, humanistic, and justice-oriented direction. His approach paves the way for rejecting stoning as a punishment and adopting modern evidentiary mechanisms, thereby offering a contemporary framework for addressing zina within Islamic jurisprudence.
