Abstract

The teacher's job is not only limited to doing a science transformation, but also must set a good example. Exemplary in education is part of a number of the most effective and effective methods in preparing and forming children morally, spiritually, and socially. Therefore, teachers should be able to be good role models for their students. Related to this, there are several things that must be done by the teacher, including: (1) Always showing a good attitude in front of students, (2) Never having been selfish or willing to win themselves in any case, (3) always doing good to others without expecting reward. (4) Always treat students well as they want to be treated by others well too.

Abstract

Communication become an important topic in an effort to improve the quality of education in madrasah. The success communication of headmaster expected to improved the quality management of education in madrasah. At research the author was used a qualitative method, The subjects of this study was the head of the madrasah and complete of the data from teachers, students and the societies. For data collection techniques in this study used the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Communication managerial of headmaster in improving the quality of education in MTs Negeri 1 Kolaka there were divided into three kinds of communication, namely (1) Communication from top to bottom, in the form of assignment instructions, reasoning tasks and evaluating employee performance, (2) Communication from below up, in the form of feedback and improvement suggestions in madrasah, it resolved the problems was faced. (3) Horizontal communication in the form of coordination between field mediated by the headmaster, coordination with society and coordination with sesame of headmaster, coordination with the ministries of religious and other institutions

Abstract

The People's Business Credit (KUR) is a government program launched in November 2007 by President Susilo Bambang Yodoyono, which is given to micro-entrepreneurs who are feasible but not yet bankable. One of the efforts that can be made to empower a productive economy in order to reduce unemployment is to help open employment / business for those who need work, namely entrepreneurship by fostering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, the provision of People's Business Credit (KUR) funds in Tamboli Village, Samaturu District was not fully used in accordance with the initial loan agreement.The formulation of the problem in this study is How to use the People's Business Credit (KUR) fund in developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tamboli Village, Samaturu District and What are the obstacles in the utilization of People's Business Credit (KUR) funds. This study aims to determine whether customers use the funds provided in accordance with the initial agreement to provide credit and what are the obstacles faced by the debtor in managing the People's Business Credit (KUR) fund to develop their business.The research method used includes the type of research in the form of qualitative research, and the objects of this research are the customers of the People's Business Credit (KUR), Mantri and Customer Service. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation.The results showed that the utilization of People's Business Credit (KUR) funds in developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tamboli Village, Samaturu District has been well realized, seen from the level of debtor income before and after taking the increased People's Business Credit (KUR) funds. The obstacles in the utilization of People's Business Credit (KUR) funds in developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tamboli Village, Samaturu District are crop failure and stagnant business.

Abstract

There are two Sharia Banks in Kolaka Regency, namely BNI Syariah Bank KCP Kolaka and Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk KCP Kolaka. The determinants of customer satisfaction include service quality and customer experience. To attract the hearts of its customers, every company, especially the Kolaka Regency Sharia Bank, must always provide and pay attention to customer satisfaction. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a simultaneous influence of Service Quality and Customer Experience on Customer Satisfaction at the Kolaka Regency Sharia Bank? The purpose of the study was to determine whether there was a simultaneous influence of Service Quality and Customer Experience on Customer Satisfaction at the Kolaka Regency Sharia Bank. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative approach. Determination of the number of representative samples that depends on the number of indicators multiplied by 5 based on the results of a questionnaire with a total of 65 respondents. The sampling technique used is the Accidental Sampling method, which is a sampling technique based on chance. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources, the data in this study are direct answers assisted by questionnaires or questionnaires given directly by customers to be filled in according to the actual situation. Data analysis techniques through the SPSS 0.20 program are Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumptions Test, and Statistics. The results showed that by using a questionnaire or questionnaire, researchers obtained research results by showing that partially the Service Quality Variable (X1) had no positive and significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction Variable (Y) with a Sig value. Of 0.154 while the Customer Experience Variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction Variable (Y) with a Sig value of 0.000. Meanwhile, the Service Quality and Customer Experience variables simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the Customer Satisfaction Variable.

Abstract

In submitting a pledge for goods for this micro and small business, Perum Pegadaian needs to see and analyze the feasibility of a customer, namely by completing the financing application procedure, completing the financing requirements (such as conducting an assessment of prospective customers with 5C aspects (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition), conduct an analysis of the business feasibility of the customer and assess the estimated guarantee held by the customer. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the feasibility of customers in submitting goods pawns for micro, small and medium enterprises at PT. Pawnshop Kolaka Branch? The aim is to describe the feasibility of customers in submitting pledges for goods for micro and small businesses at PT. Pawnshop Kolaka branch.The approach of this research is a qualitative approach and the type of descriptive research using field data obtained. The data collection instruments used observation sheets, interview sheets, and documentation sheets. The results of the study are aimed at assessing the feasibility of customers used by PT. Pegadaian Kolaka Branch in providing KREASI financing is by completing the financing requirements and fulfilling the KREASI financing procedure. Assessing prospective customers with aspects of 5C (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition), conducting analysis of customer business feasibility and assessing the estimated guarantee owned by customers, namely BPKB for motorbikes or cars. The purpose of the customer's business feasibility assessment is to avoid bad financing where the customer is unable to repay the debt, for this reason a business feasibility analysis is needed in this financing.

Abstract

This research aims to develop animaker-based learning media in supporting the teaching and learning process at MTs Babussalam HKSN Mangolo because basically learning media can attract the attention of students to be more focused on ongoing lessons. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the design of the development of learning media based on the animaker application in the subjects of aqidah akhlak commendable morals material? and What is the level of effectiveness of learning media using the animaker application at MTs Babussalam HKSN Mangolo? There are two research objectives, namely to find out the design for the development of learning media based on animaker applications in aqidah moral subjects. To determine the level of effectiveness of learning media using the animaker application at MTs Babussalam HKSN Mangolo. This research method is research development or Research and Development using the Borg and Gall development model whose stages include potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing; research subjects namely PAI teachers and class students. Research in the form of observation sheets, questionnaires, and interview guidelines for Akidah Akhlak teachers, and students. The results of the research show that this Animaker-based learning media includes potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product trials. The Animaker learning media was declared effective because it met the criteria that became the reference, namely the response of students with a score of 89.99%. and the teacher's response to learning media with a value of 3.87.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka merupakan kurikulum baru yang memberikan kemudahan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Serta memberikan peluang bagi guru dan peserta didik bebas berkreasi, berinovasi, dan belajar mandiri agar dapat mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Setiap sekolah memiliki kemampuan yang berbeda-beda dalam menanggapi kurikulum merdeka, salah satunya SMA Negeri 01 Bombana yang sudah berhasil mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi penerapan, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta dampak penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Negeri 01 Bombana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana yang meliputi pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka meliputi pelatihan in-house training, workshop pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, dan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Faktor pendukung penerapan mencakup sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan akses digital, sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi motivasi siswa, fasilitas sekolah, dan dukungan orang tua. Dampak penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka adalah munculnya inovasi, interaksi dua arah, dan kreativitas pada guru, serta meningkatnya fokus siswa terhadap pembelajaran yang diminati.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi implementasi moderasi beragama di Pondok Pesantren Wesalo Kolaka Timur melalui penerapan nilai-nilai moderasi Islam, seperti taadub, qudwah, muwatanah, tawassuth, tawazun, i’tidal, musawaah, syura, tasamuh, dan thatawwur wa ibkar. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pimpinan pesantren, ustaz, santri, dan masyarakat sekitar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai moderasi ini diintegrasikan secara sistematis melalui kurikulum, pembinaan karakter, dan interaksi sosial.Nilai taadub menjadi fondasi utama dalam pembentukan etika santri, dengan penekanan pada penghormatan terhadap guru, teman, dan lingkungan. Qudwah diterapkan melalui keteladanan ustaz dan pimpinan pesantren dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk gotong royong dengan masyarakat. Muwatanah ditanamkan melalui pengajaran cinta tanah air dan penghormatan terhadap hukum negara. Prinsip tawassuth mendorong santri untuk menghindari sikap ekstrem dan menghormati perbedaan pandangan, sedangkan tawazun menekankan keseimbangan antara kebutuhan duniawi dan ukhrawi. Nilai i’tidal dan musawaah diterapkan melalui praktik keadilan dan kesetaraan dalam pembagian tugas serta kesempatan belajar. Prinsip syura melibatkan santri dalam proses musyawarah, sehingga melatih keterampilan demokratis. Selain itu, tasamuh diwujudkan melalui interaksi sosial yang toleran dengan masyarakat sekitar, sedangkan thatawwur wa ibkar mendorong santri untuk berinovasi melalui program kewirausahaan dan keterampilan.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Wesalo berhasil menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang harmonis, inklusif, dan berorientasi pada pembentukan santri yang berakhlak mulia, berdaya saing, dan siap berkontribusi positif dalam masyarakat. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi pengembangan model pendidikan berbasis moderasi beragama di Indonesia.
