Abstract

Islamic law is a set of regulations based on Allah's revelation and the sunnah of the Prophet regarding the behavior of mukhallaf humans which are recognized and believed to be binding for all who are Muslims. Islamic law is universal. Law must develop according to the social needs of the community, as the rule in fiqh that "law changes with the changing times and changing times". In reality, Islamic law is not yet idealistic and seems unable to anticipate changing times and tends to be far from justice. For example, old Islamic law products state that marriage or consent granted must be carried out in one assembly. The reason or legal illat of one assembly is to maintain the continuity and confidence of the witnesses for the two parties who are carrying out the contract. Social development in Indonesian society, especially in the field of technology is currently growing rapidly. Marriage in the Islamic concept is an inner and outer bond between a man and a woman and with the consent of both and based on love and affection agree to live together as husband and wife in a household bond. From the results of the study, it was found that the marriage contract via telephone in the view of Islamic law must fulfill the law and the requirements for marriage in its validity, as long as there is no firmness from law enforcement agencies. Which opinion is enforced in the religious court, then during the process of the consent granted there is no doubt and fulfills the pillars and conditions. In its implementation, it fulfills the requirements and pillars of marriage and does not conflict with the compilation of Islamic law, so the marriage is valid. This is corroborated by the provisions of articles 27 to 29 of the compilation of Islamic law, among others, not lapse of time, then it is carried out by the guardian of the marriage concerned and said directly by the groom over the telephone.

Abstract

Morals are a trait that is embedded in human beings, can be of good value or bad value. Morals are also not always synonymous with knowledge, words or deeds. People can know a lot about good and bad morals, but they don't necessarily have good morals themselves. People can speak soft and sweet words, but those words can come from the heart of a hypocrite. The Qur'an always emphasizes that the morals that a person commits, whether good or bad, will eventually reflect back on oneself. Whoever does good, that goodness will bounce back to himself. And whoever does reprehensible then the reproach will reflect on himself The era of globalization and information demands various efforts to develop and design educational policies by a nation, as well as special ones so that a society does not drown in the swift flow of globalization and information. Many unexpected changes have come from the two sides of the current world power which have a very large influence on people's lives, namely economic activities, developments in science and technology. On the other hand, such living conditions have also been able to penetrate the educational environment so that many students have deviated from religious teachings, such as being impolite at school, home, and society, they are even often involved in various acts of mass violence and behave in ways that tend to deviate. from religious teachings Therefore, moral education for students cannot be taken lightly. By fostering the morals of the students, it means that they have made a big contribution to preparing a better future for the nation, on the other hand, if students are allowed to fall into misguided actions, it means that they have allowed the nation and the country to fall into the abyss of destruction. By fostering the morals of students, the social environment is also getting better, safe, orderly and peaceful, which allows people to feel comfortable. Abstract

We can get education anywhere, both at school, within the family, and in the community. However, the most basic education is education that is obtained in the family environment, because family is the first education experienced by children. There are three types of parenting styles, namely authoritarian, democratic, and permissive parenting. Every family has different parenting styles in educating a child. The parenting pattern must be in accordance with the child's needs so that the child can develop properly and optimally, so that the achievement in the learning process that will be experienced by the child will run more optimally. In other words, the family's parenting pattern can affect children's learning achievement. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of parenting style on the students' fiqh learning achievement of class VIII Madrasah TsanawiyahNegeri 1 Kolaka? The research objective was to determine whether there was an effect of parenting style on the students' fiqh learning achievement of class VIII Madrasah TsanawiyahNegeri 1 Kolaka. This research is a correlational quantitative research. The independent variables in this study are parenting styles (authoritarian parenting = X1, permissive parenting = X2, and democratic parenting = X3), and fiqh learning achievement as the dependent variable. Sampling in this study using the Simple Random Sampling technique. From this study, it can be concluded that the results of the calculation of the T test for each variable X indicate that the significance value for the effect of authoritarian parenting (X1) on fiqh learning achievement (Y) is 0.001 <0.05 and the t-count value is -3.464> t table 1.972. . The significance value for the effect of permissive parenting (X2) on fiqh learning achievement (Y) is 0.003 <0.05 and the tcount -3.041>ttable 1.972. The significance value for the effect of democratic parenting (X3) on fiqh learning achievement (Y) is 0.000 <0.05 and the tcount value is 4.663> t table 1.972. Furthermore, the results of the F test found that the significance value for the effect of the variable X on Y is equal to 0.000 <0.05 and the value of Fcount 17.588>Ftable 2.65. From the results of the two tests above, it is said that there is an effect of parenting styles on the students' fiqh learning achievement of class VIII Madrasah TsanawiyahNegeri 1 Kolaka. The contribution of parenting parents to student achievement in learning was 21%.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran aktif (active learning) adalah pendekatan yang menempatkan siswa sebagai subjek utama dalam proses belajar, bukan sekadar penerima informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas model tersebut dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran siswa SMA IT Al Mawaddah Warrahma Kolaka Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus pada 15 siswa kelas XI. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam partisipasi siswa, pemahaman materi, dan nilai akademik setelah penerapan model ini. Siswa menjadi lebih antusias, aktif berdiskusi, dan lebih mudah memahami pelajaran. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar guru menerapkan pembelajaran aktif secara konsisten, serta mengembangkan strategi yang kreatif dan inovatif untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih interaktif, menyenangkan, dan bermakna bagi siswa.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a library study (library research) using a philosophical approach, as it explores the ideas and thoughts of H. Ahmad Zacky presented in his book titled, Yuk, Instal Hati Kita dengan Tobat (Let’s Install Our Hearts with Repentance). The main focus of this study is the concept of repentance as a method for renewing the heart, as proposed by Ahmad Zacky in a modern and contextual framework. The data used in this research is classified into two types: primary data, sourced from Ahmad Zacky’s own book, and secondary data, obtained from various literature such as classical Islamic texts, reference books, scientific journals, articles, dissertations, theses, and relevant digital sources. The core idea of Ahmad Zacky’s thought emphasizes that the corruption of the heart is the root of sinful acts; therefore, the heart must be renewed through sincere repentance. According to him, repentance is not merely a momentary act but a continuous process of self-correction supported by various spiritual practices. In this regard, he outlines ten key practices to support heart renewal, including prayer, remembrance, night prayer, fasting, invoking blessings upon the Prophet, pilgrimage, almsgiving, charity, patience, and sincerity. This study aims to explore the spiritual values within the concept of repentance and its contribution to heart purification in modern life. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan filosofis karena membahas gagasan pemikiran H. Ahmad Zacky dalam bukunya yang berjudul Yuk, Instal Hati Kita dengan Tobat. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah pada konsep tobat sebagai cara untuk memperbarui hati yang dikemukakan oleh Ahmad Zacky dalam bingkai modern dan kontekstual. Data dalam penelitian ini diklasifikasikan menjadi dua jenis, yakni data primer yang bersumber dari buku karya Ahmad Zacky sendiri, serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai literatur seperti kitab klasik, buku referensi, jurnal ilmiah, artikel, disertasi, tesis, dan sumber digital lainnya yang relevan. Inti pemikiran Ahmad Zacky menekankan bahwa kerusakan hati adalah awal dari perbuatan dosa, sehingga perlu dilakukan pembaruan hati melalui tobat. Tobat menurutnya bukan hanya tindakan sesaat, tetapi sebuah proses pembenahan diri yang terus-menerus dengan dukungan berbagai amalan. Dalam hal ini, ia menyebutkan sepuluh amalan utama yang mendukung proses pembaruan hati, antara lain shalat, zikir, qiyamul lail, puasa, membaca shalawat, menunaikan haji, membayar zakat, bersedekah, bersabar, dan berikhlas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali nilai-nilai spiritual dalam konsep tobat dan kontribusinya terhadap kebersihan hati dalam kehidupan modern.
