Abstract

One of the causes of the increase in Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is the decrease factor in exclusive breastfeeding to infants. Based on the Statistics Center (BPS) in 2016 covering 49.51% of infants in Indonesia who received exclusive breastfeeding less than 6 months. In this case, multimedia technology can be used to support government programs in Increasing Exclusive ASI Coverage Rates for Indonesian children in accordance with Government Regulation No. 33 of 2012. So, the researchers conducted research using computer-based multimedia learning assistance (CAL) technology for help support the health of several posyandu, puskesmas, and mother and child clinics in promoting exclusive breastfeeding through the Acupressure Technique which can be accessed through the release of the hormone prolactin and the hormone oxytocin in drinking mothers. This multimedia application based on Computer Assisted Learning (CAL) can provide understanding and learning about Acupressure Techniques with visuals that are interesting, easy to understand, and supported by clear audio visuals.

Abstract

Abstract

The best and qualified employees will make the company increase in its operations and can grow rapidly. But the constraints that exist in the CV. Maju Jaya Award for the best employee is still not optimal in its implementation. Therefore we need a system that can assist companies in evaluating the best employees optimally. Decision making to determine the best employee can be done by the company by assessing the performance that has been carried out by its employees at CV. Maju Jaya is influenced by several criteria, namely Knowledge, Discipline, Responsibility, Attendance, Teamwork. This decision support system uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method where the decision-making process can be calculated based on the calculation of the weight of each criterion, so that the best employees in the company can be selected quickly.

Abstract

Decision support systems are part of a computer-based information system including knowledge-based systems or knowledge management that are used to support decision making in an organization or company. It can also be said as a computer system that processes data into information to make decisions on specific semi-structured problems. The Weighted Product method is part of the Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) concept which requires normalization of the calculations. By using the Weighted Product method, it is hoped that a decision support system software can be developed that can be used by an agency, which will be an alternative selection and give weight to alternative comparisons and criteria, while these criteria are discipline, responsibility, loyalty and quality of work. The criteria have been determined by the company. The results of the study show the use of Weighted Products as a model for a decision support system for determining employee bonus recipients at CV. Arsmas Suan Sejahtera can assist company owners in determining employees who are entitled to be recommended for multi-criteria weighting bonuses and selection more quickly, accurately and more effectively.

Abstract

A comprehensive mathematical model formulation is presented, encompassing gate fidelity optimization, coherence time extension, stabilizer code evolution, and surface code implementation. The research demonstrates significant advancements in qubit stability, with a 7% increase in gate fidelity and a remarkable 50% extension in coherence time achieved through optimized gate operations and material improvements. Quantum error correction techniques, guided by the Lindblad master equation and the surface code, result in a 25% reduction in error rates, contributing to the overall stability of the quantum processor. The outcomes not only bring practical quantum computing closer to realization but also provide a foundation for future innovations. The research identifies avenues for continued optimization, including advanced gate designs, exploration of emerging qubit technologies, and the development of sophisticated error correction codes. Further interdisciplinary collaborations and investigations into scalable quantum architectures, materials science, and cryogenic engineering are essential for overcoming remaining challenges. The insights gained contribute to the advancement of fault-tolerant quantum computing systems, offering transformative capabilities for computation and technology.

Abstract

AMIK IMELDA is one of the campuses that foster students at the diploma three or academic level with several majors and consistently serves students both in terms of teaching and administrative services, to ensure that the service process is well delivered to every important component in the institution in providing the best for students because students are part of the campus that cannot be separated from the activities in the AMIK IMELDA environment, but until now there has been no analysis process to ensure the level of service in the AMIK IMELDA environment. In measuring the level of academic service at Amik Imelda using the SERVQUAL approach where the process is used to measure the service quality of the attributes of each dimension, so that a gap value will be obtained which is the difference between consumer perceptions, in this case, students towards the services that have been received. with the hope of being accepted. The measurement of this method is by measuring the service quality of the attributes of each dimension, so that the value of the gap will be obtained which is the difference between consumer perceptions of the service received and consumer expectations of the service to be received. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of satisfaction with academic services by all academic communities in the AMIK IMELDA Medan environment with several assessment factors for services that refer to reliability, namely the ability to implement in a timely and reliable manner, responsive to the readiness of all environmental elements in providing service quickly and responsively, Assurance, namely the ability of staff to know the right service, quality of hospitality, attention and courtesy in providing services, skills in providing information, Emphaty, namely individual attention given to students by the Institution and the last is Tangible, covering appearance of physical facilities, such as the front office building, parking available, cleanliness, tidiness and comfort of the room, complete communication equipment and appearance. This type of research is product development by following the process of data collection, problem analysis, application of the chosen method and continued with application design up to the testing stage. This research is a research of SKIM PDP (Beginner Lecturer Research) which is included in the basic research category with TKT 1-3 sizes, the target outcome in the study is the main target of publication in accredited national journals with additional isBN books and registered with Haki
